The owner Craig is a great guy to work with. Absolute gentleman, very professional and honest. Went above and beyond to give great customer service. Also, they have the lowest prices in town! Don't rent at the marina, your wasting money. Shout-out to Craig and his team! They made the process so easy. Streamline and so convenient.

Craig and Skiwi's team were wonderful. Provided us free GPS for our Cam Am Spyders, chargers etc. When one member of the group got sick during the trip, Craig had the motorcycle towed at no cost!!! Would have been hundreds of Dollars by a towing company. Amazing experience and highly recommend. We will certainly be back!

Great customer service. Unfortunately we had an issue with some of the equipment. They sent someone out to troubleshoot, but when that didn't work they offered us a full refund with no problems. They also offered a discount towards a future visit, so we will definitely be back next time we are in town

The service was off the charts. They did everything possible to make our experience wonderful including showing us where would be the best place to ride the PWC. We got the oldest model so it doesn't look so great but ran like a champ all day with my wife and daughter and me. With the money i saved compared to the other rental places i purchased and had my hitch installed. Craig and his wife were very friendly and generous. Can't say enough good about my experience. My second time with them and I will go back a third time.

This place is a rip off. It just so happens the so called damage that the jetski had was the exact amount the deposit was. The guy at the boat harbor told us this was going to happen but it was to late. I will never use this rip off company ever again. My advice rent from lake mead boat harbor. Oh if you do rent from them stop at a gas station they dont fill the jetski.

Clean boat and easy renting. They hook it all up. Provide equipment skis, tubes and ect. Boat was in great condition. If there was one drawback it’s value. $100 overnight fee is a little much because they close at 5. Not everyone is on the lake at 7am. Think about staying open tell 7. However would rent again.

Best place to rent jet ski and very nice people

Skiwi boat was okay. I just wished they would of told me that it was another issue instead of saying it was carbs then paying for it. Had 2 older skis and one had an acceleration issue the othe did not start. Told them both what was going on and immediately was both carbs. I asummed they new what they were talking about. The next weekend was able to take out. They one that did not start was fixed but the other with acceleration issues did not took back and was told to get new ones. They took it in again to look at and was again ready for me. Took out again to the and the exact same problem and this time fuel was bubbling out of carbs.took in again and again the same response get rid of them we aint gonns be working on those types come next year anyways leaving me to believe they didnt want to work on them in first place. by the end of the week i had to call them and was told that compression was not enough that it was to low. They could of easily told me that in first place instaed of having me pay for the carbs and that not being the issue. Other that they were friendly and talkative till the end when they told me that i wouldnt want to pay for them to get fix. I guess one out of 2 aint bad.

Took my Sea Doos down thinking i had a rock in the impeller. $$$. Craig came out, looked them over. Said no rocks in the impeller. Asked me to fire it up. Told me a had a blown Spark plug. $40 bucks later i was on my way with 3 new Spark plugs. Great Guy! Great business. You can't put a price on honesty! I was prepared to spent much more. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

I had a great time with the boat I got for the day at Skiwi rentals. The easy check in, the informational video laid everything out for me. Once we got to to the lake everything was smooth sailing. The boat was excellent for tubing and wakeboarding. We also got a jam in the boat due to rocks, but we called craig and he helped us with ease. Overall my experience was great with Skiwi and we are surely coming back again.

As always you can not know who you are dealing with when going to a new city and renting fun vehicles like the Can-Am Spyder. Relax and trust the folks who you will be working with! They are awesome, fun, kind, competent and want you to have a good experience. Relax and get ready for a fun tour of the Southwest or whatever you are deciding to do. They have been in business for 20 years and keep expanding. They clearly are running the business well.

I've purchased two wave runners from this location and they were rentals before so I had pretty low expectations. They have both run great. I had a slight issue with one and the owner said bring it back and we will take care of it. He came out and figured out the issue himself and even noticed something that needed to be fixed and offered to fix it for me for free. I always enjoying doing business with honest, friendly people and this place has both. I plan to bring my wave runners here for service in the off season as well. I have not rented from them but I have been there when they are renting to others and the process seems really easy and they have the best prices in the area.

This place is awesome!! The only place I would ever rent a boat from. Craig and his crew go above and beyond to make sure you have a great boating experience! He always includes all the toys, skis, wakeboards, tubes, surfboard, everything you need to have a blast on the water. They make it super easy to pick up and return as well! This is a must do!!

Do not recomend !!!! They charged us $418 for some scratches on the top of the lid ! When we rented them, they said the only scratches that matter where on the bottom. They sent me an email telling us how much they charged. The part on amazon they “need to replace” was $70 on amazon. Never renting here again. we rented the jet ski for 3 days $800

Ive rented everything from the can am spyder, to jetskis to boats from skiwi, mutiple times. Ive always had an excellent experience! Between the professional staff, reasonable prices, and quality equipment im nothing but 100% satisfied! Dont procrastinate any longer, pull the trigger and rent the watercraft of your choice from skiwi and enjoy a worryfree funfilled day on the water! But beware, you wont want to stop!!!

My wife and two other couples came to Vegas for the week. We wanted to rent jet skis on Lake Mead for the day. Unfortunately, we tried to book a discounted trip through a third party (which turns out is illegal). The morning of our booking, 30 minutes before our appointment, this person cancelled on us. We were devastated and decided to drive to SkiWi's shop even though it was 30 minutes before they opened. Once they heard what had happened, they sprang into action. Greg immediately gave us a good price on four jet skis and got everything ready for our trip. We were trained, outfitted, and on our way in an impressive amount of time. The jet skis worked wonderfully and we had an AMAZING DAY out on the water! If you are traveling to Las Vegas and want to do something out of the ordinary, PLEASE rent a ski or boat from SkiWi! They will treat you right, take care of everything and make sure your vacation experience is everything it can be. We are no doubt customers for life!

Had a large group and rented 9 machines. They were great and had followup emails both before we picked up the machines and during the time we had them out. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a rental place. Our boat got canceled due to high winds but we still wanted to celebrate mine and another’s birthday so we rented 2 can am spyders instead and took them out to Laughlin for the day!! We had a blast. They keep up with highway traffic no problem and they are extremely comfortable !! Don’t worry about what not to bring cause of storage, there is PLENTY of storage. Also we’re able to keep all of our helmets in the storage while we were in the lake. We will definalty be back to rent some more toys !! Thank you again guys we had the time of our lives !!

Fast and great customer service from the office during the booking until the day of rental. Boat and trailer were in good shape and as advertised, Yamaha SX210. Returning the boat was quick and easy but we were earlier than the rush around 5pm. Only downside was the boat wasn't fully fueled. From experience boating, I decided to top it off just in case before going out, and ended up filling over 16 gallons. Don't think we would've ran out of gas on the lake but you never know. They are very busy on the weekends so I chalked it up to a small oversight. But a less experienced boater might not have caught it.
