    Worst customer service from manager or lead employee Today my boyfriend and I went to this location to take one more final look at engagement rings. Dee helped us try on a ring we were interested in. We asked if we could replace the diamond with a 2carat instead. She called over another lady to further help us. Dee assisted other customers while this new lady (maybe a manager) showed us what it would look like with a 2 carat. I looked at my boyfriend and smiled with joy. The lady then asked quickly and extremely rude "are you going to buy it".....my boyfriend smiled at her and said we are just looking and would like all the info on the ring. My birthday is around the corner so I knew why he didn't want to openly announce anything. She then yelled across the room "Dee!! They are just looking".....then she put the ring back and completely walked away from us. I felt super embarrassed and quite honestly hurt. I have never been treated like a "nobody" until I walked into this Kay. Although I love that band and would love a 2 carat I persuaded my bf to never go back. It's not worth it. Someone like that who doesn't valve us will never get our service. Dee was very nice and polite and seemed as though she wanted to help more but couldn't answer the questions any further. If we do go back we will only be seeing her and not the other lady! July 12, 2016 1045am

    Jewelry is defective, I have taken my jewelry in here to get serviced on numerous occasions due to bracelet coming unhooked and falling off & my earrings backs won’t stay on. Just for my bracelet to fall off somewhere & them to tell me there’s nothing that they can do even with the $300 insurance I purchased through them. Save yourself a headache and go buy quality jewelry.

    I've never been in a jewelry store like this, always assumed it would be like going into car dealership, feeling pressured and the like. Turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I went in to pick out a ring for my 40th birthday. Jacob was awesome, super friendly and personable. I went in with a particular ring in mind and he was able to find exactly what I was looking for and he seemed genuinely excited for me when I finally decided what I wanted. It wasn't the stuffy environment I thought it would be and I never felt like I had to buy something once I was inside. I would absolutely recommend this store and to see Jacob for awesome service!

    Going to pick up my rings that been ready for a couple days now but since they forgot to put me down as a secondary options to pick up one of the rings I had to wait until my wife could get a day off and come with me, very inconvenient!

    Everything was great! Sales Associate was super helpful to make sure I got the full 30% discount when the system seemed to be unable to offer it at first, plus she helped to size my watch perfectly to my liking! Thank you! Went back today to add the watch protection warranty & again great service! Thank you to Angel and Jacob for all your help! Jacob I'll be looking for that Street Fighter game on PS5 also thanks lol.

    David was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We went in just to browse as we had been talking about upgrading my wedding ring for our 16 year anniversary and my husband wanted ideas. I ended up walking out with a new ring today as it was exactly what I had been looking for and in my size. We never felt pressured and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. I will definitely recommend David and Kay Jewelers to any friends or family looking into buying jewelry. Thank you so much for all your help!

    Thank you so much to Angel for helping me yesterday, she was so nice and informative, the second I walked in the store she greeted me and was quick to assist me. She explained in detail about what exactly the protection plan covers, and how it would be a good idea to include it in my purchase due to what i was buying. I ended up getting it, and am extremely satisfied with my experience

    Today is my son's birthday, he really wanted to check out a jewelry store for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive because we were in Macy's prior to coming in and was very harshly watched by a particular employee who didn't seem to enjoy my son's enthusiasm while checking out their kitchen and furniture goods, when I entered kay I informed them that he's autistic and really wants to check out a jewelry store but we didn't have the money to buy anything, the employees there were absolutely wonderful and very accepting, they made him feel welcome in the store and let him take his time looking at all the beautiful jewelry, they wished him a happy birthday and he told them about how one day he wants to sell jewelry too!! Thank you to all those employees who made my son feel included today, it means more than words can express, thank you thank you thank you!!

    I woulda gave them at least 4 stars but I ordered this necklace and ordered a custom fit they sent it back and was shorter then expected 2nd time I got it back it looked ok the chain link looked super thin it broke off and this is what I end up with I lost the link that broke so let’s see if they’re gonna fix this.

    I ordered my husband’s engagement ring on the 16th of January. Was promised the ring would arrive no later the 25th of that month. I wait patiently for an extra week. Here comes February and my wedding day passes and still no ring. I inquire about the order of my ring and they claim they can not track it and they will issue me a refund that will take 3-5 business days. Having said another promised due date specifically for my refund this time, customer service claims they cannot confirm when I will receive my money or my ring and that they have labeled me as a case number. They said, and I quote, “We have no way of knowing when your ring or your money would come in. You can try contacting customer service about it and email them.” Tried calling customer service, and after waiting 20 minutes or so, I finally hear Susie answer the phone to greet me; I explain my situation and not even a moments hesitation, she hangs up on me. Tried to get in contact with them again, waited another 30 minutes of being put on hold. Can’t even email or message them from their so-called “faster answering service through messaging”. Bottom line is - if you’re looking for a place to buy jewelry, don’t get it from this company. Terrible service from the company.

    So I’ll start from the beginning, I purchased three rings, one for myself my mother and sister. It has sentimental value Bc I’m the daughter who does sweeet little things for the women in my family. My mom was wearing her ring one day and a diamond fell out. She went to this location for a repair initially then dee helped my mom and suggested a replacement. Dee called me to confirm my account. Dee is sweet. My mom received a call stating her ring is ready for pick up a voicemail from sherry. My mom drove 45 minutes to this location Bc dee was so nice and my mom loved her customer service experience with her. She spoke to an older lady (no name given Bc she never told us) the service my mother received today was awful. The service she was given was so mediocre and sherry made it sound like my mom was a liar, and they had no ring for proof of replacement which my mom had given up in the first transaction. Completely inadequate employee (sherry). Kay may have beautiful jewelry but this location and service is not appropriate. They need to learn to keep track of customers jewelry. They could’ve avoided all of this rudeness and disrespect had they admit to their faults and confusion they caused my mother and done their job correctly. Management needs to get it together and be more customer focused. Dee was wonderful above all of this.

    I have the protection plan to clean my rings and never once have been asked for my phone number. First time I go in and they ask and somehow we’re unable to find our account.

    This store is a standard the rest should follow, the staff is very friendly, attentive, great selection, and can send your jewelry out for repair. I sent mine out for prong repair and was back super quick and looking new. Thank you to the staff

    Dee was simply amazing. She has a sincere love for her job. No pressure in making a sale and gave so much attention to what we were looking for. She made sure that we were truly elated with our purchase of a lifetime. It was such a personalized experience from the moment we walked in the store and she even called the next day to check on us. Returning to the store and having Brian help me was another great experience. Thank you so much for all your help.

    My wife and I visit this location regularly for her ring’s regular cleaning to keep the warranty valid. Every single time we go, even for just a cleaning (which Kays gains no profit from) the employees are ALWAYS WONDERFUL. Literally, every time. We have not come here once without the distinct feeling that our presence is not only welcome, but enjoyed. Shout out to all the employees who were working 2/13/21 at 5:30pm. You were all excellent and we’ll see you again in a few months!

    I worked with Dee who was absolutely amazing. I had called in for an appointment per their policy & she assisted me through the phone. When I came in she was able to anticipate, acknowledge, & meet my needs with little information from me. I have always had a good experience at Kay but now I can confidently say I've had a Great Experience.

    Had a really great experience buying an engagement ring here. We were helped by Jojo and he was awesome. From the first steps in the door through the whole process it didn't seem like we were being pushed to buy (or sign up for the credit card) anything we didn't want to. We had just come from their competitors store, cough cough Zales, and the customer service and overall experience was a night and day difference. I totally recommend buying from this store or even just stopping by to say hello to the friendly staff. Keep it up!!!
