I
ordered
my
husband’s
engagement
ring
on
the
16th
of
January.
Was
promised
the
ring
would
arrive
no
later
the
25th
of
that
month.
I
wait
patiently
for
an
extra
week.
Here
comes
February
and
my
wedding
day
passes
and
still
no
ring.
I
inquire
about
the
order
of
my
ring
and
they
claim
they
can
not
track
it
and
they
will
issue
me
a
refund
that
will
take
3-5
business
days.
Having
said
another
promised
due
date
specifically
for
my
refund
this
time,
customer
service
claims
they
cannot
confirm
when
I
will
receive
my
money
or
my
ring
and
that
they
have
labeled
me
as
a
case
number.
They
said,
and
I
quote,
“We
have
no
way
of
knowing
when
your
ring
or
your
money
would
come
in.
You
can
try
contacting
customer
service
about
it
and
email
them.”
Tried
calling
customer
service,
and
after
waiting
20
minutes
or
so,
I
finally
hear
Susie
answer
the
phone
to
greet
me;
I
explain
my
situation
and
not
even
a
moments
hesitation,
she
hangs
up
on
me.
Tried
to
get
in
contact
with
them
again,
waited
another
30
minutes
of
being
put
on
hold.
Can’t
even
email
or
message
them
from
their
so-called
“faster
answering
service
through
messaging”.
Bottom
line
is
-
if
you’re
looking
for
a
place
to
buy
jewelry,
don’t
get
it
from
this
company.
Terrible
service
from
the
company.
