What a rip off this guy is. Brought in some jewelry and gold/silver to sell. He had a lot of negative things to say about my ring and gave me a rediculous low ball offer. Went somewhere else got got triple of what he offered for only half the jewelry I was selling originally. If you want a fair offer go somewhere else!

Absolutely Outstanding! Far beyond just good customer service! We took some rings in to have them sized and were told one of the rings was extremely difficult to size because of the fact it was marked 925 Silver, but was just plated and not solid. I was told the jeweler was so frustrated after working on it for several hours, he had to stop and come back to it another time. We thought the ring was a complete write-off, but they managed to salvage it! Not only was it sized right, but one could never tell that it was not solid Silver. It looks absolutely fantastic! We have lived in Las Vegas for twenty years and unfortunately we never came here until now. I will definitely be making future purchases for my wife and would highly recommend!!!

Joey is truly a professional. I went to him with the difficult task of making silver rings from scratch. I gave him the design and he had his staff take on the project. Joey at tower of jewels is awesome!! He made my original wedding set many years ago, It is very beautiful.. We just recently went in and had him do an additional band and now I have the dream wedding ring. I would never go anywhere else. All the employees at the store are very courteous and kind and Joey listens listens and gives you exactly what you ask for, He is very good at bringing to fruition what you have in mind. Wonderful craftsmanship!

If you want a reasonable offer on your jewelry “don’t come here”. I was offered $20 for a diamond ring. The guy didn’t even weight it just took a quick look an offered $20. He said it was the best I would get. I got $160 down the street. Seems like this guy was trying to take advantage of my situation.

Tower of Jewels is the best jewelry store in Las Vegas! I have purchased multiple items there over a decade: beautiful Diamond earrings, pendants, watches and man more. They have beautiful things but are also very down to earth and helpful. You can find everything from $100 chain to a $100,000 pendant and everything in between. Joey and his staff are truly amazing. I went in with my son as he wanted to buy an engagement ring for if girlfriend. Joey took his time explaining everything to my son and I and designed the ring he wanted and it was absolutely stunning!! I absolutely love this place! I noticed that my wedding ring diamond was loose so I brought it down to Stephanie and Joey and they handled the insurance claim for me from start to finish, and quickly! Since they were so helpful, I was also able to buy my husband a brand new wedding band, custom made, and I even got some of my old jewelry clasps repaired. This really is a one stop shop and I will forever be a customer 😀

Recently I took my wedding rings to Tower of Jewels for resizing. When completed I felt they were too small. Juan looked them over rechecked size and advised me to wear them awhile. Enlarging might make them too loose and fall off. He Was Right! They fit perfect. Juan was very patient and pleasant. An overall good experience .They will have my business again.

I could not ask for a better engagement ring buying experience! I came in with a bit of surface level knowledge, but still a bit out of my depth. However, I was not the least bit uncomfortable there finding the perfect fit in my price range. Juan is an absolutely delightful person! He really helped educate me on diamond quality and has boundless patience. He was not trying to sell me a ring, he was helping me find exactly what was the perfect fit for my engagement. We found the perfect fit on all accounts: price, quality and style. It seemed almost too good to be true, but I had thought the same about my relationship so it really was the perfect fit. They truly made it a wonderful experience. They also will be able to create wedding bands that match the engagement ring band so I will most certainly be going back!
