10/2022 This is our first booking artef 3 yrs due to Covid restrictions. We had to go out of town on short notice and couldn't take our senior doggies. Theyhave maintained a neat and clean interior. Leigh Ana and Ariana at the check in desk were wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were very confident that our doggies were in good hands and they were. We selected the suite which is an eclosed room with walls instead of a cage. They had fun at play time. There were no issues. Wait time was minimal at pick up. We will definitely board them here. Very friendly front desk customer service. Check in was fast. They are attentive and take good care of our doggies during boarding and day camp. We have had no issues.

Don’t go to this store at all !! I went the night before and they didn’t have my dog food on the shelf. Told me they just got a truck in and to come tomorrow and we will have it available. I come back 7pm the next day and still not on the shelf . Tells me the manager in the back said he didn’t see it . But the site shows clearly they had it in stock . Just lazy workers . I don’t need the sorry I needed the dog food . Smh

Our favorite place to go! They know my dog by name now so she always gets a warm welcome lol the customer service, products, grooming...we've never been disappointed. I took my dog somewhere else for a bath one time, and never again. She will only get groomed here. Thanks, Petsmart!

Extremely satisfied with the experience today! Andrea groomed my dog Teddy! He looked great and she was so friendly and informative about the appointment. Will definitely recommend!

Went here after being treated like trash at Walmart and got all my needs and the lady helped me find good will so I could but underwear since the girl In walmart sold me the wrong pair and had the cashier laughing at me also. I cried about that and the lady here was super nice and helped me. Anyone black with autism Is definitely welcome here and treated well Idc about the prices when the service is this great

Nice selection if items, however staff seems to be more concerned qbout upselling as opposed to getting the appropriate product for ur pet.

My king love the treats i get from petsmart. Customer service is always very professional. The staff is very loving towards the pets & very helpful when i cant find a product i need. The employees have great energy.

I’ve been going to this petsmart for years, for my fish and my dogs. Never had I have a problem until today, the staff was rude and raised their voice at myself and my family. Definitely lost me as a customer and my whole family!

My dog is always excited to stay here. The caregivers are so personable...remember her name from one visit to the next! Always cheerful. Follow any special instructions exactly. It is my fur baby's second home.

My dog had a play day at doggie day camp here and she also goes to banfield pet hospital for her shots . She seems to like it and is always happy when we arrive to pick her up after her stay for the day.

Went there on National Random Acts of Kindness Day. I wanted to give to the charity. When I asked, they couldn't tell me the charity they give to. The clerk just pointed to the picture on the counter. Service was fair, they could step it up in my honest opinion. Otherwise, all was good.

They always have a great selection and great customer service at this location! I found my cat's food cheaper here compared to other stores and websites! The member discount I get is also very much appreciated! I even brought my furry baby with me after an appointment at the vet once, and she loved watching the parakeets!

I love this Pet Smart! Shout out to Maria in the grooming department my dog LOVES her. She always does a great job with nail trim/grind my dog isn’t even phased. If she isn’t available the other groomers are great as well. We also do boarding and doggie day camp here for over a year now. This location is clean, professional, and treats your dog like family.

They do a great service- helping rescues with adoption events and rescue cats on display for adoption. Store is always clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean, friendly employees and had a great stock of the chicken free wet dog food my 65 lb lab just loves so it was a win win situation lol. Too bad that it is like 4 bucks a can though so he's down to only getting it mixed in with his kibble at night because WOW!!

Bought a matching Kong harness and leash for my puppy. Saved some by purchasing puppy coupons. My Poodle/Terrier mix and my Bernadoodle get express grooming there. I don't want them in crates. They're groomed quickly and look great by Brandy.

I love petsmart but lately they're definitely infinitely pricier than I remember. However they had a toy on sale for $7 my pitbull Jasmine adores it and won't put it down.

Great, we went into look at fish tanks/stand sets. Got a great deal.on a floor model. Picked up everything we needed. Staff was awesome and helped us all the through the process.

I love this pet smart! I frequent this location for all my pet needs. The workers are always so helpful and sweet to my dogs when I bring them with me. Today I brought my doodle Chai along to get some grooming supplies. Amaya and another associate (whose name I did not get) were so eager to help me get the right tools, give me great advice and answer any and all my questions, all while loving on chai and giving him treats. Thank you Amaya and team!!!

I have used Pam in your grooming department for years, I am very pleased with her, and all are very nice that work there. They are kinda snobby at your vet clinic and very, very, slow. I wish they were nicer!

Grooming appointments consistently overbooked and you are left on hold for 20 minutes when you return their call just to get through to them. I scheduled my appointments over a week ago and to find out on the day of 3hrs prior that they have to reschedule is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The staff here is rude, unhelpful, and seems to be miserable with life. That has been my experience every single time I have been to this specific store, except today. The girl that helped me today was great. I was dreading having to go here today, but they finally hired someone nice that does not have an attitude problem.

Be prepared to wait a while, and then eventually walk out when you’ve been waiting for assistance and the employees just walk past you. I came in the morning and it’s possible that the staff later in the evening is more attentive but this store is usually good. Go to the one on Craig road, it’s busier but the staff seemed more eager to interact with customers. The ‘service’ I (didn’t) saw this morning leaves much more to be desired….

Great atmosphere. Love walking in & seeing the different animals they have. Not just the animals for sale, also the visiting animals. Store is always organized & usually full inventory. Just wish they would have more employee's working on the same shift. I can never find an associate when I need one. I usually have to stalk the aisles & hunt for an associate.
