The store is probably the largest reptile store in Las Vegas, and has the worst customer service.. I am sad to say this because I used to love LLL Reptiles living in another city. I was with my two small kids waiting for 20mins to get my pinhead crickets. You’d think that by that time the lady would have noticed that they were all dead! When I got the bag, they didn’t look like they were moving. But since it was hard to tell, because they are so small, I decided to trust the staff.. I got home 5 mins later and emptied the bag. 95% were completely lifeless! Dead. I knew it. The lady who bagged them should have known it. I could have paid just $2 extra dollars and got them delivered hassle free and time not wasted online. ( definitely ordering online next time) I even called in about an hour before I came , to check they had live pinhead crickets for sale , and the staff told me yes they did! What a waste of my time and money, not to mention the excruciatingly long wait at the store, with only one other person shopping at the store at the time. As a side note, I have been to this store multiple times and have never gotten service while shopping. This is a sharp contrast to other reptile stores in the city and pretty much the only reason I choose to go to the store instead of ordering online. Big sad.

My 2 teen boys and I came for a lizard and a tarantula and allll the stuff they needed. I felt like a pest asking the very nice employee Anna to help me find everything. However she took that feeling right away! She made us feel like she truly cared that we had the right things for each of our little dudes. She truly was amazing! Loved her, and our dudes are both still very healthy and happy and it has been 2+ months. Great reptile shop.

Sold us a Chamelion. We wanted a boy. We were told we were being sold a boy. Surprise, it's not a boy! How can you have a store and not know if your animals are female or male. On top of that, we didn't have the proper setup for her because we thought she was a boy. Now we have to clean her eggs out every four months.

We bought a sulcata tortoise last year and wanted to get her a Red foot friend . We called everywhere and finally found a few at a reasonable price . Jake was so helpful and nice even though he was very busy with other customers . We ended up buying Both Red foot Tortise ‘s And couldn’t be happier they are healthy , beautiful thanks Jake !

This place has the best selection of tarantulas out of any pet store in town I've been to. Their prices are fair and they have storewide sales every so often. The employees are helpful too.

LLL reptile is a five star place! The employees' enthusiasm for all things reptile and amphibian shows in the way they are happy to help and educate their customers. They carry a wide range of reptilian pets, along with all the care items. One stop reptile shop! My son had been waiting for a mourning gecko all through the winter, and they got one in and kept it aside for him. He's so happy. Prices seem fair.

Received a Milkshake and an Emperor Scorpion. Milk Snake is beautiful and Scorpion is HUGE, don't have the issue of where it will eat or not, it is ravenous and healthy. Very happy and will order again (as soon as my wife comes to terms and settles down)

This place was packed with reptile lovers. My new favorite place as I transition from Detroit to Las Vegas with my pet iguana.

I really can’t say enough good things about this shop. It was my first time there and I needed to pick up some things for a new hobby and I really didn’t know much. I’m still learning. EVERY SINGLE employee took the time to engage me in conversation and provide their thought and opinions. They were all super patient and down to earth, not pushy or rushed. I ended up walking past the spiders they had and I had always wanted one of the blue varieties. So if course this is a whim purchase but none the less the staff took their time to educate me and help me get everything I needed to make sure she went home happy. Thank you guys for everything!

I purchase my bearded dragon's food and supplies here. The employees are very knowledgeable because they are all reptile owners. Any question I've ever had they were able to help me. The prices are awesome too.

This store is amazing. They go above and beyond with their patience, knowledge, and care towards the animals. Trey helped us both times we came in. He taught both my daughters to love and not be afraid of all the animals inside. We absolutely love his spirit and passion for what he does. Thank you!

I used to love this place until I realized how poorly they take care of their reptiles... went into the store to get some crickets and one juvenile bearded dragon had no food or water. Sever other reptiles water bowl were also bone dry and the tank full of baby bearded dragons by the front counter also had no food and no water and one of the baby's died and they just left it in there.. They are letting their reptiles die of dehydration, and I am devastated.

By far the best reptile store in Las Vegas hands down. Between the stock on supply's, food, actual reptiles this store rocks. On top of it they are very respectful and very knowledgeable. Just spent over 300 bucks and feel so satisfied in my purchase. Thanks for being the best. Donny & Monica

Love this place. It has whatever you need for reptiles. I have bought many chameleons and frogs from here and all were in perfect health. The store is clean and the employees are the best part because they are super knowledgeable. Seek out Jake and he’ll help you pick out whatever you need!

When I first entered into lllreptiles I was helped by a light-skinned gentleman who was rude and non-nowledgeable on the frogs. But then an amazing young man named Trey helped me and gave me all of the information and then some that I would need regarding dart frogs. He is hands down the only reason I'd ever go back. He was nice and kind. And extremely knowledgeable. He is the best person at this establishment please keep hiring people like Trey and not like the light skinned gentleman that was rude, or the girl with the pierced face who was rude as well and tried to take me away from Trey.

We got our newest family member from here for Christmas and we couldn't be happier. She's beautiful and the customer service was FANTASTIC. They answered all our questions and made customers for life.

I'm so grateful for this store, I really needed to acquire more information. Tony was so helpful, he really made me feel so assured in all my research and taught me so much more. He allowed me to configure a tank to get an idea of how my vision will look, which was very imperative for my peace of mind in becoming an owner. The store is clean and the other staff member was incredibly friendly. The reptiles were abundant and well taken care of. I am confident in using their products for my future endeavors and my overall experience was very successful. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service. Normally you would get a "hi welcome to the store if you need help let me know" but nothing. i just stood there waiting to ask for crickets while the employee talked to someone else. They were talking for a while but not a single acknowledgement of "hey give me a sec, or let me call someone to help you". When he was done with that person he walked away like he didn't see me standing there for 10 minutes for help. The time I went before that,i asked a question about the dart frogs and i expected him to show me products and things i would need if i was interested but instead he gave me short responses like he didn't want to help or thought i should've done research online if i was interested. Some people like having a professional to speak to than to be going down a reddit thread for answers.

Been using these guys for all my families reptile needs for years now. Very knowledgeable in all things reptile. Wide variety of animals and accessories. Very friendly staff and great service.

They do not take good care of their animals. I was just in the store and they had 10+ ball pythons in one tank, absolutely disgusting. Many of the ball pythons looked dehydrated, had stuck eye caps and shed, looked like they could have respiratory infections. I would not buy any animals from them as they’re probably sick and i just wouldn’t feel right supporting their poorly run business.

It is definitely on the more expensive side, when it comes to buying feeders, I can get the same amount of feeders at Scales n Tails for $30 cheaper. Other than that, a wonderful place to go to and a great selection of animals.

We came in for a little turtle, lef happy with him, and some stuff he needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is a bit chaotic, but to be expected when you are a reptile person. Truly enjoyed the experience.

9/16/2023 went to get a few things went to check out. Female employe had a nasty attitude. Told her have a nice day didn’t get a response back. Sept for a eye roll. I will not becoming back to the store. When someone is trying to be nice doesn’t mean you have to be a total jerk. I will take my business elsewhere

My son has been wanting a gecko or snake for awhile. We recently acquired two scorpions at different shops and decided to come here for our reptiles. They did not disappoint, my son left the proud owner of a leopard gecko.We went twice He couldn’t decide what he waned so we left did some other things and came back. The young lady who helped us was so patient with us lol. After chasing a mountain stone lizard around the cage we decided that wasn’t for us lol. She then showed us a leopard gecko that wasn’t all the way tame yet lol 😂. After talking to my son and realizing he wanted something he could hold right now, she remembered she had the perfect leopard gecko in the back. And she he is perfect! Thank you for your patience today!!!

Upon arriving I was greeted by a courteous salesman. Gave me some great answers to my questions pertaining to our reptile and made great cost savings recommendations. Great job guys.

a month ago have bought five poison dart frogs and three of them die in less than 3 day. The humility is at 80% and my house is very comfortable always 75. The guy at the store touch them with his bare hands without cleaning them.

We have been coming to this store for well over two years, mostly for feeders for my ball python. The staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive. Yesterday, we signed up for the habitat activity and were not disappointed! Special shout out to Trey, Tony, and Cooper who were so helpful and great. We left with a beautiful habitat for our two Australian Whites. Highly recommend!

Always great experience going here to pick up supplies and for feeders great selection of animals recently picked up a red eye crocodile skink and already settled in great 👍🏾
