Very very helpful staff , they bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need. I got a great deal on some quality sunglasses and am very satisfied with them and the excellent customer service the provided me. We don't have Big 5 stores where I am from. I joined the email club and decided to see if they honor the specials. I was greeted by Zach who offered to help me. Not being from here I asked where the Nike socks were. He took me to the socks and pointed out all the styles. They are a lot cheaper here than the department stores. I also took advantage of their shoe sale going on. Thanks Zach! Great customer service.

I rushed over to grab a sleeping bag I looked that they had online and got there 10 min before they closed and the guy had locked the door and told me that his computers were down. But it was pretty obvious that he just wanted to close early so he could go home.

The employees were respectful and helpful. They didn’t have what we wanted so they called other stores and gave us a discount for having to travel without us even asking. The entire team was well informed and knew how to help us. Great customer service is rare these days, but Big5 has still got it!

Went in to buy tennis shoes. Needed a good pair that would support my feet. I ended up trying on at least 10 different pair. Gentleman was very patient and very helpful getting me my size to try with the different shoes
