Costa Vida is very similar to Cafe Rio, I’d say, with some slightly different menu items. We got the sweet pork burrito and a salad with sweet pork. As you can see, we are pork lovers!! The burrito was so big and really delicious. The pork is tender and tasty. The salad was also good, but lacked the flavor and pop of the burrito. The service was also a bit shaky, as it was busy and everyone seemed so rushed and frazzled, and they forgot the key lime pie that I asked for. The first time we went awhile back though, it was empty and smooth sailing.

I ordered the veggie burrito, smothered. I love all the fresh vegetables I can get added to my plate. I went for dinner on a Tuesday, and the service was very quick. The employees were wiping down the counters, keeping everything clean. Always a good spot for a quick bite.

Not very customer friendly especially the woman that runs this restaurant. I have been going here once a week for their chicken salad and each time asked for a little extra lettuce. The last time was told there were was portion sizes which never came up before and today was told I would have to pay extra for the three shreds she added. Walked out and went two miles down the road to Cafe Rio where I didn't have to ask for anything extra! That's the way a Customer should be treated!!! Especially with the prices climbing these days!

Now THIS is what a burrito from one of these chains should look and BE like! Of the 50 times I in the last year that I’ve gone to this location, I can only recall 2 times they got my order slightly wrong. That’s an A for quality in my hood. They're fresh and super tasty about every time you go in and order. This store should be the example for other stores, and other competitors (Cafe Rio)

Love this Costa Vida because it is clean and their employees are friendly. 4/6/2018 I came back again to this Costa Vida because it is close to where I live and I really appreciate the service that they do give. The employees are so kind and very thoughtful. They will serve until the end of your visit. Will definitely come back again. 6/9/2018 Went back to this Costa Vida place because it is really amazing. The food and the ambiance. 2/22/2019 I love this Costa Vida Location. Employees are always friendly and all the food are always fresh and delicious. Grilled Steak Burrito is my all time favorite.#lfthx

Terrible experience. The staff was all over each other on the front line. The girl assembling our salads had to be stoned. She kept putting on the to-go top on our salads before finishing them. We had to ask her repeatedly to add the additional ingredients. Poor attempt at making a salad. She put the tiniest amount of lettuce on my husband’s salad. Hello? It’s a salad! Have you seen what Costa Vida advertises as the salad? I asked for additional lettuce and they CHARGED me for it. Oy vey. There’s no hope for humanity at this location. I showed up at 6:30 on a Friday night and thought oh good there's only 4 groups in front of me. I ended up leaving at 7:10. There was a great big online order that they decided to fill right as it was my turn. Ten meals later, they finally help our little family of four but it still took another 12 minutes. I've never been to a slower Costa vida.

I had an event that had a catering fall through through a different company.. I was panicking and worried about what to do. I wanted to shout out to Fransisca (Manager at Costa) and let her know that we appreciate how quickly she helped us whip up a catering order so quickly and saved my life! THANK YOU!!!!! Everyone loved the food.

This is a fantastic location! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They don't skimp out of meat portions like some other locations do. If you're looking for a solid costa location this is one of the best!

Absolutely adore Tomas!!! He has such great customer service and remembers us every time we come in even if there’s weeks in between. Makes everyone feel wanted!! Also the food is great and they give perfect portions.

We've lived right around the corner from this place for almost 2 years and finally went inside. Regretting not coming in sooner. Their food was pretty good. We had chips with queso, which I really enjoyed as it was loaded and chunky. I had a Baja bowl - a perfect portion for lunch or dinner. And my husband ordered their salad which was loaded. We will definitely be back to this gem.

This place is the best place to go and eat. The food fantastic, and have such a variety to choose from. It taste so good and it's healthy for you beans and rice and tacos and burritos and the sauce that was driving me crazy! Thank you Costa vida

The soda fountain was broken, didn’t have any carbonation for any of the drinks and didn’t have working ice, just a bucket with a ladle sitting next to the lemonade machines that were almost empty. They don’t tell you this when you buy drinks they just charge full price and then refuse to refund your drinks. Overcooked rice, no carbonation, no ice, no lemonades, no teas. What am I here for?? All they had was beans and a bunch of workers laughing in the back and not fixing anything even after several people told them things weren’t working.

Good location! Work areas were clean, food was proper temperature, flavor, etc., and workers were friendly. There was not a lot of seating though. It appeared as if maybe there had been an event there or something? May be hard to find seating to dine in during rush times if this is the normal amount of seating.

Got here and they were out of rice. I was offered extra pico or salad….doesn’t seem like a fair trade. Anyways I got a quesadilla instead of a salad. The beans looked absolutely disgusting (see picture). The pot they were in looked crusty and nasty. I got this to go and it stunk up my car. I got home and decided not to eat it because it stunk so bad. Not a good experience.

The people in the morning are amazing , I come almost everyday for lunch. They remember my exact order and are very friendly and are always very helpful. Would 100% recommend

absolutely awful value and quality of nachos coming from an ex costa vida employee, instead of layering these $14 nachos, i got one single layer with next to no cheese or meat, the man who made this does not deserve a job

The staff ALWAYS forgets an item in my order or gets an entree wrong. This last time they forgot my side of salsa fresca which is a dollar extra, and with inflation and everything going up in price, a dollar is a lot nowadays. I can't even afford to eat out so when I do I expect ALL of my food be there. The corn tortillas on my enchiladas had a sour aftertaste, and the green sauce tasted funny. It's been about 2 years since I have eaten there and it will be another two before I decide to eat there again. And I definitely won't tell friends or family it's the place to go.

By far the best Costa Vida I’ve been too. I visit often and enjoy the experience every time. Skylar, Lucia, and the whole staff is very welcoming, always in a good mood happy to help. After the recent remodel the chicken even taste better than before so I’m excited to continue having this as one of my go to spots for years to come.

Got two salads, both missing cheese pico and guacamole, basically got lettuce meat and beans in a tortilla. Ordered a kids chicken casadilla and they barely caught the beans and rice for the meal at check out they were trying to only give the casadilla for the whole meal, if you go here make sure to check for all the ingredients that should come with the meal or you will just get lettuce and meat as your salad.

The service was very good at this location. Angel greeted us with a great smile. The food perfect and the lobby was clean with a lot of space if you have a big family. I would eat here again.
