Great location near Bricktown and the baseball field. We walked over for dinner and to walk around the riverwalk area. Check-in was very quick as they already had our keys and room ready when we got there. Breakfast in the morning was great as well with friendly staff and decent options for a complementary breakfast. Our family had waffles, eggs (typical hotel style not great), bacon, potatoes, yogurt with granola, bagel, fruit, juice, coffee, and cereal. The room and upper floor both had a damp smell to them and could use an update. They are not terrible, but you are definitely paying for location over room quality. Both of the queen beds were hard and not very comfortable. The pull out couch was not great either. We had a room that could accommodate up to 6, but only had 3 towels in the room and no bar/hand soap available when we got there. It was only one night so we just made due and used our own soap. Parking is $32 per night for Valet with unlimited in-out privileges or you can self-park (in the same location the valet parks) for $12 per 24 hours. We opted for self-park since it was just down the street two buildings. You are actually parking in the garage attached to the Hampton Inn and it is about a 1 block walk. Since we walked to dinner and didn't need to take it out at all it saved us $20 plus tips and was an easy walk. Overall it is a pretty average hotel with great location and decent breakfast.

The first night I found the crumbs on the stove. Then the contact and hair on that bathroom floor. Carpets have not been vaccumed. On the 3rd night I'm fixing the sheet and down comforter and I see huge blood stain. When I call guest services she almost begins to laugh but contains herself. Beyond grossed out. Get it together!!!!

It was a nice hotel, would have liked an exhaust fan in the shower area and the coffee maker did not work. The bars walking back to the hotel left a bit to be desired. Very loud music and a lot of Pot being smoked. But it was close to the stadium and good for a night's sleep. Great view from our room.

This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. They do valet parking for about 30 bucks a day and since there weren't many other parking options, we did that. It was easy to get your car if you need it though. Our room was huge and it fit our family of seven easily. The beds were comfortable, they had a pretty good snack and drink selection, the pool and hot tub were refreshing and a good way to entertain the kids (especially since it was raining). There was a bit of noise from the club across the street and from traffic but it died down after midnight. All in all our stay was awesome and I would stay there again.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the attractions such as the water taxi's, Brickopolis, the baseball stadium, Myriad Botanical Garden, to name a dew. The hotel is nice and inviting, clean, and pet friendly with a $75 pet fee. We got a suite with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. Not many hotels that have "suits" come with an actual stove top, a larger sized refrigerator (not the tiny ones where you can't anything), a full sized microwave, and kitchenware. Our room faces directly into the baseball field, I imagine if there was a ballgame we could've watched right from the window. The breakfast was well prepared and plated. I rated a 3 because although the staff provided service, they were not very personable. There was only one guy, who I think was maintenance or cleaning that smiled and greeted me and other guests. All other staff members who I ran into didn't make eye contact or even say hello. Although the place is dazzling and clean, it would be even better if the staff smiled more. Thank you.

There are some positives to staying here. The staff was all friendly, the suites were clean and roomy. The walkability to food, drinks, and entertainment are exceptional. Our room was directly across from the night clubs and it made for a restless night as the music could be heard very clearly until late. The beds are also not what I have come to expect from Hilton. I’ve stayed in Hilton hotels consistently for over a decade and can say the beds were really uncomfortable. They are really firm and springy. It left everyone who slept in them complaining about back pain for the few days we were there. Breakfast is over at 9am, a little early in my opinion. The elevators appeared to be having maintenance issues as it took an extended amount of time to use them throughout our stay. I don’t see myself staying here again.

This is the review I initially left: My husband passed away in February. One thing we used to love doing was to periodically stay at the Homewood suites in bricktown just to get away and so the kids could swim. He would play with them in the pool and they would have a good old time. This was our fall break so I decided to take them and reminisce about all the times we used to go with dad. The pool was absolutely freezing! Additionally, the girl at the front desk did not care or do ANYTHING about it! She simply said, "Yeah, they don't heat the pool." My reaction was, of course, why would you advertise an indoor pool if people could not swim in it in cold weather?? That was 90% of the reason why we chose to stay there. I asked the girl who was on duty at the front desk if we could possibly use the Hampton inns pool since I know they are owned by Hilton also. She said, no, that pool was only for those guests! The next morning, I called the front desk and asked to have a manager call me. No one ever did. Later we tried to go back and swim again and it was even colder. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. This manager was very understanding and said she would have someone come look at it. A woman did come and look into the maintenance closet and she said that it was set on 80゚. I told her that was impossible because the pool was absolutely freezing and the thermostat must be broken. I asked if she could have maintenance look at it when they came back on Friday as it was after 5. This woman did give us one free night's day so we only had to pay for 1 night. I really appreciated that, But I would have much rather paid more for our stay and had a pool that my kids and I could have enjoyed! I chose this rating because of the lack of immediate response to our complaints about the pool. My kids did not get to have a fun swim which was what they had been looking forward to all week. Hilton left a response stating in part that they were sorry that my stay didn't live up to my "high" expectations. Apparently, expecting a hotel to follow through with what they advertise, i.e., an indoor pool that could actually be used, and expecting a return phone call from a manager when you ask for one are "high" expectations according to Hilton. After years of patronage, I won't trouble them with any more of my expectations but will take my family's business elsewhere..

I was traveling alone to visit a family friend in the hospital. Was not familiar with the area, but defiantly made the right choice! From check in to check out, I had a great experience! Not to mention I slept like a baby in that bed! Highly recommend it and will stay here again when I am in the area!

If traveling for business, allow 30 - 60 minutes for valet to collect your car in the morning. Only parking at hotel is valet. Mattress was awful and threw out my back, sheets/blankets were too small for the bed. Otherwise a great place with 4 stars.

My stay was good except after our check out I noticed that our card was charged double. So I called thinking maybe it was an accidental, they tried to say we smoked in the room and charged a fee! Nobody smoked in the room $270 charge for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I noticed their were dogs staying at the hotel They let stinky dogs in the hotel and on the furniture ,but yet want to over charge their guest, and honors member at that! Unnecessary I had bills to pay just like everyone else 😭 I spoke with delaine which wasn't much of help at all resolving the problem at all!! I will be there to talk to her boss tomorrow and hopefully we can get the problem resolved or it will be our last stay at the Homewood! I will spread the wordd as well #wrongfullycharged!!

Rooms are nice and roomy. Kitchenette with large refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils and plates, microwave and burner. Only thing it was missing was a safe. Breakfast was good. Valet parking is required. Then they charge $32 a day to park your car. Then you have to tip every ti.e you want to leave and come back i which can get pricey.

Solid 4 out of 5 star experience, and I would stay here again. The rooms are a little dated and a little worn, but clean, and beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, better than average, with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Pool and gym were nice, public areas well kept. *Pool table was a HIT for the kids. The location is great for walking to Bricktown which was our main reason to be here. Road noise was noticeable inside the room but it’s a downtown hotel so not surprising and not too bad considering the location.

The hotel has been a go two of mine for years. The hotel though is going downhill. The rooms are dated and are in need of maintenance. This is the first time I’ve come here and had light fixtures not working no soaps in the bathroom and furniture not functioning properly. I’m surprised housekeeping when they do their turnoverdoes not note the inoperable lights and furniture. It should not be incumbent upon the guest to report maintenance errors and inconvenience their privacy and time to support a maintenance call. Housekeeping should be the one to document and make sure that it gets reported to maintenance. Soap in the kitchen would’ve been nice so I could wash my plate and fork. So now it leaves me to wonder, did the person who last used these have soap? The Valet system returned my car wreaking of marijuana. I now have to air it out so that I do not get fined by the car rental agency.

Room and service is ok but then there’s this sound 24 hrs coming from God know where like someone dropping something or trying to cover something heavy. It’s just annoying and this goes on 24 hrs…I mean even midnight 🙄 and it’s hard to fall asleep. We came from Dallas for Thanksgiving and I’m seriously looking forward to getting out of here on Saturday and never coming back to this hotel because of the silly sound.

What was supposed to be a great vacation turned very sour the day we arrived. We chose to pay for our room at time of booking and the hotel did not charge our card only put a hold on it. So of course we were not expecting to have to pay out of pocket for our stay as we already did this. Then we were charged an additional 1600.00 dollars. Needless to say this is the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel stay!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here!!!

No USB ports in the room and the ones downstairs didn't work. Valet Staff did a awesome job! The front desk staff are friendly and professional.

The manager was really short and didn't won't to answer any of my questions when i did ask. We waited for 2 hours even after 3 til our room was ready. We should of been credited for that. The manager needs to be better with customer service especially if she's there to fill that position.

Great rooms! We had a double bed suite with kitchen. Needed the couch for my family of 5. Great breakfast included. 4 stars because parking is a nightmare 50$ around the hotel. $12 at the other end of the block for the parking garage. I think the valet parking is 32$. Everything else was wonderful.

Great team and specially the gentleman’s who helped me each day getting my vehicle. Super friends staff members. Forest and DC were awesome. Strongly recommend Homewood Suites downtown Bricktown. Walking distances for all kinds of fun places. I come in with Gov stay and always love it. Sheena at the front desk goes above and beyond. Super nice staff prepping breakfast also, always extremely helpful.

This hotel was adequate in every way. I felt as though my stay was completely worth the price I paid. My bed was very comfortable and my room was clean and well stocked. I stayed four nights on business and never requested housekeeping so I can't comment on that, but I felt very comfortable. The location is pretty good and easy. I did not have a car, but the valet seemed to have things running smooth. The staff was nice and everything felt clean. Breakfast had a good selection, but wasn't anything to write home about. I think this hotel is well positioned on the cheaper side of hotels in the area and they meet the mark for service at that price point. I would stay again.

Stayed four nights on business in October 2022. Lovely hotel that is clean and comfortable. Shares the same building and elevators as Hilton Garden Inn. Good breakfast choices with fruit, oatmeal, cereal, breads, make your own waffles, and an egg dish and meat choice each day. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and real dishes. Indoor pool that looked nice. Exercise room that seemed to have most anything you might need. Elevators are fast and never waited long. The attached hotel has a restaurant and bar with good food choices. Very convenient. Plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment options in the area too. I was working at the convention center which is about a 20 minute walk. Uber and Lyft are available but your wait can be long depending on the day and time. I would stay here again.

The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious, as is the hotel. The breakfast is very nice as well. Valet at the hotel is the only parking option but there's a deck a block away (where we're pretty sure the valet actually puts the cars) where you can self park. At breakfast, the hotel allows takeaway, which is super great if you're on the run but the containers are styrofoam! Really?! Please get something compostable. Styrofoam is so wasteful. Also, in the rooms please stop giving those plastic packets of plastic utensils, sugar, napkins, and sweet n low. It's completely unnecessary and such a waste. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay!

The room was fantastic! Nice enough, and with all the appropriate amenities to make you want to live here! Smack dab in the heart of the Bricktown action. The employees were welcoming and helped me out nicely when I had an issue with my reservation I made through a third party.

Stayed here with our two dogs on our way west in early August. Room was very spacious and clean. Be aware that the parking garage is not connected and is actually on the other side of some bars and restaurants, so be prepared to carry your items quite a distance to the hotel. Also, the Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites do share the same building so make sure you know which reception desk to check in or out at instead of waiting in line at the wrong one. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was also very spacious and clean.

Outstanding, from immediate arrival thru check-in to full trip. I want to note two significant parties. First the Parking Valet team of Josh & Landen O were exceptional in help on the arrival, options to park for my work schedule, and getting me on my way with minimum delay. The reception desk ladies, whom I did not catch names were very professional, personable, and made for a very smooth check-in and stay. Best experience in staying in OKC over a few trips. Highly recommend this hotel for outstanding staff and excellent facilities.

The valet group was great! Eric was especially awesome. He shared local cuisine and shops with us to make our trip extra special .

Landyn in the valet parking was great. I forgot my umbrella in my car at check-in and him and the other valets got it out of my car (at a garage down the street) so I could walk and get dinner. Great service.

The room was quiet and clean. Veronica at the front desk was amazing! We had to wait until 4 to get into our room even though we had a 3 pm check-in time. She professionally and kindly took care of all our needs and salvaged a frustrating experience. I would recommend staying here when visiting Bricktown. The other great thing about Homewood Suites location is the proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the Paycom Arena.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites and had a wonderful stay. The guys in valet were great. Landon and Cage was amazing! Landon went above and beyond in assisting us. He even helped us loaded all of our luggage when we checked out. We looked forward to seeing Landon every time we went through the valet service! We hope to see Landon again the next time we stay at the Homewood Suites.

Very accommodating staff catering to our needs. Veronica at check-in went above and beyond to ensure we had a great room and our party was well taken care of. The valet was professional and fast - Landyn, Landon, and Pedro especially stand out as kind and helpful!

I had stayed here a week ago and enjoyed everything about the hotel, from the rooms, breakfast, dinner, and customer service inside and out. The valett Cole B. was very nice and ran to my car to grab whatever I needed every time I forgot something. Inside Danielle was amazing and brightened my morning each day. Definitely would suggest this hotel to anyone on business or just vacation.
