Woman on reception is super rude. .didn't want to attend me...rang buzzer 2 times they would walk to window..to help

Check out is 10:30! Which is awful! The rooms smell like cigarettes even though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Only had one face wash cloth when we had a room for TWO adults. For $75+ $20(deposit) it was over priced. Probably won't be renting from again unless desperate

the rooms were nice. two queen-size beds. icebox microwave. the bathroom and I only had a shower but has a tub to soak in. cable TV was positioned perfectly on the wall the loud perfect positioning of your neck is laying here watching TV. ice machine always open. vending machine. customer service I found lacking. couple of that operated are very not very customer service aware. my views on customer service is that your business is made by the customer. caretakers were very rude. overall the the inn was nice place to stay. very convenient. there was a Jack in The box right outside the entrance a shell convenience store right across the street, a Domino's pizza right beside the convenience store.

Gentlemen at check-in was outstanding and made me feel at peace. We had been to another hotel and got treated very unprofessionally and they didn’t want to work with two preachers who had been in meetings all day and hot as Oklahoma Summer days. Gentlemen made us feel welcome, and should be recognized for his untouchable professionalism.

Absolutely horrible, I was told that if u didn't need housekeeping to just not answer the door or tell them we don't need them, which I tried doing. But they continued to knock on the door. Lady was absolutely rude for no reason. Forced herself in even after I gave her the trash and dirty towels, she overhyped the room, like it wasn't even that good, there are roaches, and they turned off our room power but everything else in the hotel was still on

The room all around was nice and clean. Only bad thing I have to say is that they definitely need more fluff to the pillows.

Came in what looked like the most bum or dope head homeless in OKC free one of most economical feesable Inns within the city and efficient conduits of travel found this small gem of a place. No outward atmosphere doors so take a cable or chain type securement for your bike. Just in case better than didn't have comfort security. Rooms are adequately clean and ambiance you can tell this is done with fond memories of this place. A few roaches only spotted at entryway so perhaps it's a just started investigation , something that management may be able or all ready are controlling the issue. So no worries bout picking up hitch hikers or stow aways here . Definitely an Adventureers stop off rank up and grub up nights get a good night's rest establishment.

This place is in a drug scene environment right on the I-35 and 44th shields intersection. The owners are very unfriendly,rude,and racist.After you've paid your money these people have some nerve to say who come in or out of your room and when you can leave it and come back.

They are so rude. Stayed there for a week. No pets no refunds no visitors. Homeless people running around looking for drugs.

This place has the most private rooms available I've found they are big and quite and inside another building so your not bothered by anyone close restaurant store and highway love the place

Extremely rude people that run this outdated, dirty, trashy establishment. The rules they have are absolutely absurd! They are so intrusive. Do not stay here ever!!

Smoky smell rooms. Clean beds and rooms. I'm a nonsmoker found out all rooms smoke rooms. Alot of walkers and homeless in area but, lit up place, police drive through and cameras everywhere.

I've been here for 7 months straight, so obviously it's definitely livable. There are NO bugs! They do housekeeping daily for at least your trash which I believe keeps the bugs away.They've painted an accent wall and I seen them putting all the old TV's out so I believe all rooms now have flat screens. The bedding is outdated. The staff runs a tight ship tolerating no bull so don't lie and say it's just you and think your gonna sneak ppl in the back because they do watch the cameras and they will be knocking at your door telling you to leave. I have heard them offer a refund, they just want the bs gone. We have two vehicles in the parking lot and neither one has been messed with or broken into. I definitely recommend this motel if you know how to act.

Very rude staff, had to put my mom, in a better hotel up the street. They weren’t clear on their rates per night, and kept hanging up on me and my sister, when we were trying to pay over the phone.

The lady at the front desk at night is very rude to customers and would not take a payment over the phone from a credit card but my stay was pleasant and quiet, also when a paying customer ask for an extra towel bc there were two of us and only one towel, you dont tell them to wait for housekeeping bc its late, thats jus plain laziness. Taking cash only without a receipt is also a problem.

I really love courtesy inn it a great motel I wouldn't go no where else the family is very friendly and sweet I just love ❤them

Front desk told me they were the same price as Motel 6 next door but I think they're actually five bucks more. Bathroom not too clean hairs in sink and on toilet. Kinda loud next to freeway. Will try 6 next time.
