Absolutely gorgeous place and a gorgeous experience. The girls working there are very professional and skilful and I felt 100% comfortable getting my body pampered. I went for the full package of bathing experience which last 2 and a half hours and includes body exfoliation, Moroccan clay mask for the full body, hot argan oil treatment and body massage starting with 1 hour relaxation by the pools. I was very lucky as there were very few other guests and It was a perfect way of spending a summer Sunday afternoon when everything else is closed in Jerez. I can only recommend this place and I hope to return in the future. No photos allowed so apologies for the sneaky shot, but I couldn't resist :) Thank you!

Ok experience. It’s small. One warm bath, one hot, and one small cold one. We got a small pot of tea. It’s 29€ per person for just the baths. No towel included. I’ve been to places that offer more for the similar prices. I was extremely frustrated because we were with a loud group of 5 women who were laughing and screaming. No staff came to ask them to be quiet even when they were coming around bringing tea, so I had to do it myself which was uncomfortable and frustrating. It was not relaxing. I’d maybe go again but staff really needs to ensure that it’s a peaceful place. That’s what we are paying for. Also, as of posting this, there’s a lot of road construction in the area, so beware if you’re driving there.

So the good first... If I was rating just for the massage I had it would be 5 stars. Probably the best massage I ever had, with hot and cold stones. Carmen was exceptional and this more than made up for the rest. The baths for me were disappointing . Firstly had been expecting a hammam (reasonably enough as this is in the website name!) But it's actually just three shallow pools of tepid hot and cold water. (No hydromassage etc) Boring for me but I thought I'd give it a go. But getting into the tepid bath , it had a kind of scummy slimy feel to the bottom which made me best a hasty retreat. When I told the staff they were quite chilled about it, and when I said I'll skip the baths and go straight to the massage, no discount was offered. Ah well! It was a massage to remember and so hence the three star review. The moorish architecture is pleasant and staff too, aside from the point mentioned.

Rarely have I been as relaxed then after going to this arab bath in Jerez. I left this place in a state of pure bliss and happiness. I was the only one in the baths, I got served amazing mint tea and otherwise floated from baths to baths for seemingly hours. I was so relaxed afterwards that I left my bikini there and just walked out the door. They are doing everything to return it to me which is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for everything.

I went with a group of approximately 15 adults. Hammam organized it nicely however because of the amount of people, the visit wasn't as relaxing as it could have been. It was uncomfortable changing in the shower room since there is no designated private changing area (you must change in front of everyone). The food was excellent. They accommodated me as a vegetarian. The massage was average, it was more of a gentle rub down. My husband had hoped for more pressure during the massage. Will return, but not with a group. The experience might also be better not 9 months pregnant as well. My husband enjoyed all three baths while I only endulged in the warm bath.

What an amazing experience! Highly recommended if you come to visit the city of Jerez and want to treat yourself or your loved ones experiencing an andalusi bath. It takes you back to Al andalus time, the music, the different baths and the massage , everything just felt incredible. Una experiencia unica e inolvidable. My wife and I had a massage and the baths here. Was fantastic. Took a bit of courage to do the cold pool but it’s supposed to be worth it. After the hot bath it feels like tour whole body is pierced with ice pins. Happy days.

I had a great experience! It may not be for everyone though since I love hot baths. The ambience is really well done with music and lighting. I got a package with a massage and it was more of an oil rub than deep tissue but that's fine. A bit pricey but good for relaxing, especially for couples

The first hammam experience for both of us, we had a lot of fun and relaxation throughout the treatment, the staff were courteous and friendly. The sheer memories with ur loved one will go a long way, it's well worth it, no? :))
