We stayed at Holiday World Polynesia for 7 nights with All inclusive package. Hotel staff was nice and helpful, they let us keep our road bikes in the room. The days when we couldn't come back to lunch in time they would bag our lunches. The room had everything we needed, beds were comfortable but the pillow didn't work for me. We stayed there in February and hotel wasn't fully booked so less people and less noise. Meals were pretty good with good selection. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We (family of 2 adults and 1 9 y/o) visited between 12th to 19th April 2022 on an all inclusive package. Having read the mixed reviews on the Hotel I was a little apprehensive, but it is our first getaway since COVID so it could not be that bad. The hotel is lovely, the turtles, love birds, carp, and the fake tree decor is wonderful and captures a Polynesian vibe. We arrived through a taxi booked via holiday taxi's and was taken up to the Hotel with no issue. Check in was fine, and although our initial room had a bad smell the reception staff were more than happy to move us to a new room. Beds are not the most comfortable, but for the 7 days we were there it was fine. The kids club had a soft play and places to draw/watch films however we did not utilise that. The mini disco was fun, as was the Animation team quiz, and the Circus act. Food is buffet style and does alter slightly each night, and was good. I would have liked to have seen more specialist dishes, however maybe when the other restaurants open the choices will improve. Good selection of fruit, fun food for children, and quality of chicken and beef was good. No Allergen labeling, however staff were on hand to say whether nuts were used in the cooking process, so best advice is just to ask! The pool is heated by the sun, and although we had some lovely weather it will take a long while to heat up so it felt cold which means you have to keep moving. I can not fault the hotel for the weather, however it was a shame. The waterpark is fantastic and suffers the same problem of the water being heated by the sun. Beach is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel and is great for a change and is clean and regularly patrolled by the Lifeguards. We were there with the mask wearing requirement. Wearing masks is limited to talking to the reception staff, collecting food/ordering drinks. It was not really an issue, just need to remember to have a mask on you while about the hotel. The "indoor pool" is part of the Spa. We received our complimentary 60 minute vouchers (4 for the 3 of us over 7 days) which gives you access to a small indoor swimming pool (20 metres), a second pool which has bubble seats, various water massaging jets, sauna, steam room, massaging showers, and a small paddling area for very young children. The Spa was great as the water was warmer for casual swimming and really helped with the holiday feeling as there was not much else available at the hotel. After free vouchers have been used it is 10 euro per person, which is about £8 for 60 minutes, which is same as what we pay in England for a swim (admittedly 90 minutes, rather than 60). Mini golf course needs some love as the tunnels are crumbling and your golf ball will get stuck, playground was fine and the hot bubble pool for children was a nice touch and well positioned away from the main swimming pool. We have visited other similar setups prior to Covid which had more entertainment, and more options available at the hotel for guests to do. Making this comparison is unfair as it is clear that the hotel is recovering with more staff no doubt to join as restrictions are removed and the summer season begins. In summary, hotel was great, our room issue was dealt with efficiently, all staff polite and considerate - always ready to help. Food good, nice selection, and when I went to purchase a slushy! It was made very clear to me that I would have to pay my 4 Euros, so no potential for any confusion. There are so many mixed reviews, which is why I decided to post mine. If you have booked or are thinking of booking, then do so in confidence.

The Hotel Polynesia is stunning, inside and outside. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food choices are amazing, something for everyone. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Incredible entertainment team, on the go from morning to night, they make sure everyone is having fun. The evening entertainment was great, this young talent team of singers and dancers put their hearts and souls into each performance. The Disney & the timeline were our favourites.

Just come back from a week holiday, could not fault the hotel one bit. The room was lovely and big, comfy beds and our toddler loved sleeping on the pull out bed. The pools were brilliant, at the main hotel they were perfect for our toddler to run in and out himself as they were shallow on the edges and nice soft fake grass around so not slippery. The pools at the beach club were really good, the toddler pool at the top was great with elephant spray and the splash park. The other pools looked great although we didn't go in them. Food was delicious and great choice, also a separate kids section if you wanted to get food from there. Entertainment team was good and they didn't pressure you into doing any activity but all were friendly. Would recommend and would go back.

Absolutely amazing place!!!! We stayed at the beginning of July (2 adults, 3 children aged 3, 13 & 16), and had the most amazing time! The hotel is incredible and absolutely HUGE! We were a bit apprehensive about the food because of some reviews on here, but were blown away with the sheer choice everyday! The food was stunning quality, we even saw the chef's coming out to check on the food often, and there were variations everyday, and everyday it was faultless. We are still talking about the food now we are home! We loved it! Snack bar by the pool was also fantastic and kept us full! The Beach club was just perfect for us and the kids and we spent every day there. The shuttle bus down and back to the beach club came very regularly, and was lots of fun for the kids. We did walk down the hill one morning, but regretted that in the blazing sunshine quite quickly, but it's not too far at all. Evening entertainment was spot on. We unfortunately had to miss the White Party at the main pool mid week as our youngest really needed to sleep, but we watched from our balcony and has a dance and sing along. Every single member of staff we spoke to was great, friendly and very helpful. All in all, we will be coming back year after year, what an amazing place - thank you!

Food is Absolutely terrible always the same food. Wasps all over the food down at the bar at the pool. Raw chicken. Absolutely freezing pool. We had 3 rooms because we wanted a room with a hot tub so we had that and the shower didn’t work properly more watery was coming out the top of it rather than where it should come out from. Massive chip on the outside of the shower. The room we moved to was filthy the woman told us that I was cleaned before we went into the room but it wasn’t it was dirty we had a cockroach in the bathroom. We had a suite with a hot tub above the restaurant facing the pool and sea and all we could smell in the bathroom was Food. Hot tub was leaking we reported this to reception and they didn’t do anything about it. Beds in the main bedroom of all 3 rooms we had in our two weeks of staying here was moving all over the place. There is a train track right next to the hotel near the pool it is very loud if you are in the rooms near the train tracks. The lifts have a glass screen and a hand rail and it is filthy. The hotel is not in walking distance to any other shops bars or restaurants so you have to get a taxi or a bus unless your up for walking about 1/2 hours. Beds are really uncomfortable. Reception staff do not care when you complain all they do is give back attitude. While we where here we was talking to loads of other English people are saying the exact same are what I have just said. We are very disappointed in this holiday it’s the absolute worst holiday we have all had !!!

the hotel inside is beautiful, well-kept. varied, tasty food. However, it is already the end of December, and there is no chance of them opening a bar inside the hotel during the day. only the pool bar is open, although it can be cold and windy during the day. It is a very big minus that the bar inside the hotel is only open at night. Another minus is that in the hotel description I read that they probably have three or more restaurants - but in fact only one buffet and snack bar are open... Throughout the day, the animation team does only one bingo and one darts throwing. very little entertainment for such a hotel. After three days, we were waiting for the end of our stay because we were simply bored here.

Just back from a week all inclusive from this beautiful hotel. 2 adults plus 1x 15yr 1x14yr old bought a ball and they was in the pool every day (but was cold but kids don't feel it when in and out) Very clean, beds made every day by the hard working house keepers towels changed daily. Food lovely good choice for everyone including my fussy 15 year old. 10 min walk down the hill bus stop can go out and about either direction. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely week over there for Christmas staff dressed up and made it lovely for all. very lucky with the weather then back to the rain.

Room is nice and it was always well maintained.. Jacuzzi leaked a little but team regularly visited to both check water and top up. Food is ok limited selection unless you like chips and nuggets 😋. The main greater at the restaurant wasn't pleasant unless you was Spanish, and i witnessed some concerns over how he dealt with minorities. Basically rude and clearly treated differently to Spanish guests. Then on the Friday night we had music and dancers. Was great until it was still going on at 12am, we eventually fell asleep only to be woken at 330am with it still going on. I walked to reception to find the whole hotel was a chill out room and the music was louder!!! On speaking to reception they told me security was patrolling but other than this it was on until 530am which was actually 6am. And also told it would be on Saturday night too.. obviously awful end to our what should have been a family holiday. Witnessed people discussing in the morning with waiter's and they just blanked anyone who complained to them... appalling customer relations as they have been told not to comment clearly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with children or light sleepers....

The staff are very accommodating as this is a family hotel chain. Fantastic food, however it lacks clear labelling to be clear what the dish is. Also, there is no clear indication what allergens it contains, and they (often) do not make amendments to accommodate your needs. The beach club is fantastic! A safe pool area for all ages, but it does require some planning ahead to book if you want to have lunch there. The complimentary shuttle around the hotels is fantastic as the hotel is at the top of a fairly steep hill. An ok (and short) walk down, but a welcome ride up! The only let down for the hotel is the drinks. The 'cocktails' offered were limited, and premix with an extra shot of spirit. For a 4* hotel, I did expect a greater variety, and made from scratch.

Just spent 6 days hear on the all inclusive deal. The room was brill and kept very clean. The food was horrendous causing us to vomit after our first meal we then decided to eat out for the rest of our stay. The child's entertainment was very average when it was put on. The beach club down the hill was disappointing due to most of the stuff being out of service. The on site arcade is very poorly maintained hardley anything was working. The pool on site was very good and kept the kids happy. Various different toilets around the hotel to use Although most of the taps and hand driers don't. work we paid the extra to go all inclusive and feel it was a waste of money. Check out was at mid day our transfer wasn't until 6.30pm leaving us with nothing until then and being told its 30 euro per hour to keep the bands on personally I think this is disgusting especially with a baby to entertain. We did enjoy our holliday but this was no thanks to the pollynesia hotel. Book with caution.

This resort is awesome, great service and we had an overall brilliant trip. No issues at all. Checked in with elena who was friendly and explained everything clearly to us. Hotel has indoor pool facility with spa available. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Facilities are clean and tidy. They have own shop at the resort and you can get whatever you need from milk, bread to chocolates. We had breakfast included and you have loads of options and there is lots of space to sit. The resort had about 4 restaurants, live entertainment and activities for kids. You don’t need to go anyway as they look after you at this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FROM HELL Can't believe what a horrible experience we have had at this hotel. The food was tasteless and repetitive. The room had stains on the sofa & beds The air conditioning didn't work properly. The indoor pool for children had loose and missing tiles (100+) and our child kept placing them in her mouth. Spa reception didn't do anything and kept the pool open regardless of health and safety to all the guests children. They shut the water park for our entire stay but wasn't bothered in the slightest, the duputy manager Silvia Ortega took me away from reception and assured me that if I contacted our service provider she would issue a refund. When our service provider messaged her she said that because we booked through love holidays and it wasn't clear about the dates she couldn't do anything although on the their official website it clearly stated the water park would open from the 1st April. One good thing was that our coach to the airport was on time to take us away from this horrible hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the apartment was impeccably clean , rooms cleaned every day, staff very friendly and polite, food amazing and a great variety for all different tastes and cultures. Staff at the hotel works very hard to accommodate our wishes and make sure that everything was perfect. One of the best hotels l’ve ever been to, nothing to complain about.

Hotel with very nice infrastructures and really pretty, in particular for kids. However, our vacations were just ruined due to a food poisoning. Food is just terrible, completely tasteless, some food stay during some time and it gets hard as a rock, and some chicken/pork raw meet is available on the buffet. Me and my 5 years son spent a whole day throwing up at the room. We called the reception to clean the vomit and the cleaning lady was just awesome cleaning everything and giving tips to get better. We were only good enough to go to the swimming pool two days after that. Unfortunately no one from the hotel call us, to see if the needed something or if the were better. In resume, we went on vacations, to stay half of the time sick due to the lack of care in the restaurant area. Luckily, we got recovered without major consequences. It's a pity that a hotel with great infrastructures, does not have a restaurant following the same quality. Also important, there was a bachata dance event on the hotel that week, and on our last day there was a party with noise until 4am. I don´t understand why a family hotel will organize such an event, knowing in advance that the event itself will make noise.

Hotel was nice. I have to say the service and hotel staff were all brilliant. Pools at both the hotel and beach club were great but a little cold. Parts of the hotel are a little tired. Food was hit and miss but excellent choices especially for kids. Not sure about the puddings… But overall nice experience!

As a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children) we have had a brilliant week. All the staff have gone above and beyond to help us and greet us. Hotel is very pretty inside. Rooms are big and very clean. Entertainment were brilliant with the children, especially Alex who went above and beyond to make sure the kids had fun. They loved the mini disco doing the party dancing. Evening entertainment was fab too, the visiting acts put on a brilliant show. We saw a Brazilian show, magician, circus style show and sunshine band. Couldn’t fault any of them. Much better than we have seen at places like haven etc in the uk. Yes the pools are cold as not heated but this did not stop the children swimming and playing. Even the life guards got involved in playing games with the children. Always plenty of choice for food, always fresh and loads of fresh fruit and salads. Gorgeous beach only 10 min walk away. If you want a busy beach and town the 120 bus runs every 30mins or so from outside the beach club , it will take you down to the marina which again is gorgeous with so much to do and lots of bars , shops and restaurants. We have loved every minute of our stay here and would definitely return. 😃

What a hotel, what a holiday. The staff are so nice and friendly, my little boy loved the entertainment for kids. The beach club was a massive hit, there most days. The food in the hotel was fantastic with different food every day. The only thing I have to complain about was the beds OMG the mattress was to hard and so uncomfortable, but saying that I would still go back in a heart beat 💓

Wonderful hotel. Absolutely stunning to just walk around. I can't think of anything negative to say. Just a big "thank you" to all staff (reception, bars, restaurant, cleaners, kids club and any I missed) for the tireless effort they put in daily to make our stay amazing

Horrendous Holiday so far, still four days to go. Tui have completely miss sold us this lively family holiday hotel with lots to do.. Its so quiet and most things are shut for the season now or about to from the 1st of November . Entertainment is poor , the Arcade is shut majority of the day, as is the shop, indoor pool is part of the Spa so can only be used if we pay €60 for a family of four fir 1 hour. During the day only bar open is by pool outside and only serving drinks in only paper cups, The weather is cold 🥶 and we asked for a holiday which will be warm at this time of year . As no other bar (inside) is open we have to either go out at a cost when stopping all inclusive, which defeats the whole point of all inclusive 😤 we also asked for a room for our teenage boys 15 and 17 with proper beds 🛌 🛌 we got a sofa bed and a put up bed in the lounge area with net curtains, so are waking up early, we've asked for blackout curtains to be put up , still waiting 🤔3 days. Also got free access to waterpark included in holiday. Weather been awful so far and it closes on the 1st November and then closed for rest of the year. So annoyed with the travel agent and tui who have let us down massively in the sale of our family holiday, which we have been looking forward to since covid and spent lots of money on something so poor.

OK, so just back from a week here. Firstly, the good thing is that the place is super clean. Inside the hotel is amazing, the birds, big bridges and turtles, and huge waterfall, its so beautiful. the staff are really nice and will always say hello, rooms are very nice big bathrooms with a bath and shower, shower water pressure is unreal, if you have sunburn it's gonna hurt, now as chef, the food was awful here. It's just bland and cold, needs more love. Had one pizza with mould on it, and that turned me right off, for snacks for kids it's grand, most people found it nice but not for me, even the breakfast I couldn't eat,wok restaurant cost us 27pp i couldnt believe it and it was so cold the food. We got a refund because it was shocking, drinks ok beer they had was not bad, cocktails are awful pre made in a jug. Not nice at all. Most of the sprites are weak, not like home, but would still go all inclusive just for the snacks and drinks. Location is not great, about 15 minutes both ways to bars and restaurants In a taxi, the animation team very nice to the kids, night entertainment could be alot better, and the shop is on the expensive side. You have to pay for an indoor pool, which is shocking. Arcade place is OK 1euro for most games, we spent about 20 a night we went 3 nights. Because of the location, we don't think we would go back.

This is at best a 3 star hotel. Positives are staff are friendly and helpful and entertainment is of a good standard for kids but it stops there. It’s overpriced for what you get in any decent 4 star all inclusive, place is filthy, pool and surrounding area is not cleaned and basics like chairs and towels, water, safes all come at a price. Can’t get over the number of people smoking! Worst I have seen in my 15 years of travelling Canaries and Spain. Cleaning in general whether it’s toilets, restaurant, pool etc is well below an acceptable standard. Food is shocking, tasteless and incredibly poor standard and it’s beyond me how someone can’t manage the fundamental basics. Management non visible and wasting your time. We paid almost 12k euro for two weeks and just wanted to go home within 24 hours but decided to make the most of it. It’s costing us more money because no one wants to eat and stay around the hotel. It’s Spanish dominant so you will meet some English/Irish and maybe the odd continental European but not easy for kids to make friends. Bar is low and certainly would not recommend this hotel or Holiday world in general unless you get it for half what we paid. If you want a good 3 star all inclusive for 5-7k then this will cut it anything above that run. Nothing around you but Fuengirola is nearby and a brilliant resort and beautiful beeches with great restaurants and I would suggest somewhere up that area will give you better value for money.

Overall we had a good trip , but there were a number of things the hotel can improve on and it lets itself down Firstly the hotel building is vast and impressive we stated on floor -1 which was really handy for getting to the pool and restaurants, the rooms are nice and well laid out with adequate sleeping for a family of four and well air conditioned. The pool area in the hotel is busy but you can always get a sun lounger , although they aren’t very comfortable and it’s always lively around the pool with easy access to snacks and drinks . You also have access to the beach club which is amazing and really kept the kids entertained, the shuttle bus is frequent and the driver very friendly. The hotel has ants all over the place so be prepared as there is little they can do . The staff in the main were friendly and worked hard , the reception staff give very little information our about the hotel and you have to find your own way around although one lady in particular Salina was very nice , however when I wanted to speak to the manager about an issue she refused to come out and I could see her on the office throwing her eyes up to heaven so that wasn’t good . Cleaning staff were good and on daily , restaurant staffing was low on numbers although very friendly .

Just returned from a week at this hotel 19-04-22. Went all inclusive & so glad we did, didn’t have to worry about anything & kids were entertained all week with the pool, water park, kids club & arcade. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard everyday. The hotel is quite secluded but was only €8-9 euro down to the beach front with plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Staff our friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Wasn’t much entertainment in the evening, just a lady singing everynight in the bar which is abit of a let down, would of liked bit more variety. Thank you for a great holiday, we will definitely be back

I had a fall on my first night and hada. Seizure. The staff were amazing and everyone really pulled together to help me out. The manager was awesome and when I got back from the hospital they had left a bottle of wine amd a fruit platter. We would love to come again but maybe during season as we could see the potential but was bored towards the end of the week

I’ve been at this hotel from 27 October until 1st of November, I’ve never ever experienced such a bad hotel’s behaviour against people who stayed there, even all inclusive you have to pay extra for everything, towels, drinks, kids treats ( slushies, popcorns, candy floss) alcohol is absolutely undrinkable , even for the money you won’t get any normal cocktails. The room I booked was with jacuzzi which wasn’t working , no one fixed or changed our room . Toilet was broken, running water all the time, it’s not nice when you trying to asleep. No blanket for the child only thin sheet, even after begging them for a few times. Beds are undone properly. beach club pools down the hill, about 1 km away. The water in the pool way too cold , lots of people are coughing with running noses. No access to the beach. But the worst part that once I forgot to take my money with me and left at my room , on the desk together with other papers, when I came back , room was “cleaned “ THE MONEY WAS GONE!!! I checked all my stuff, bags everywhere, it was gone !! 150€ , I went to a reception, reception manager , my guess , she didn’t introduce her self was very offended by my accusation, she starts shout at me, how I dare to come here whit these accusations, I was even more shocked, I do understand it’s my fault that I left cash in a room , whatsoever no investigation or apology from the hotel. Hotel’s behaviour it’s absolutely horrendous. by the way receptionist said it’s a rare accusations, and still it’s happening!!!! I lost my trust in any hotel after this , so wrong, people please be aware of this place 🙏 I would never ever recommend this place

Hotel was really nice. Rooms were always clean and well maintained. The beach club is brilliant for kids. Special mention to Livan who was working the bottom bar and was really friendly and went the extra mile (he makes an awesome rum cocktail!) Hotel is just a little far from the better beach but there is a local bus which is easy to use.

Before embarking on my journey, I encountered some mixed reviews. However, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for providing exceptional service that truly made my stay memorable. The buffet offered an array of delightful options, and the staff was not only kind but also consistently eager to assist. The dining experience, particularly during dinner, was exceptionally well-managed, with no queues to contend with. I must commend the cooperative nature of the staff, which added to the overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at Holiday World Polynesia with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking a room for four people with two beds, we were greeted with only two duvets, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and underserved. To add to our disappointment, the kettle in the room was out of order. This prevented us from enjoying a warm cup of tea or coffee, and we were left without a basic amenity that should have been readily available. One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the lack of WiFi in the room. In this day and age, a reliable internet connection is expected, especially when traveling for business or keeping in touch with loved ones. Regrettably, the WiFi was non-existent, making it incredibly inconvenient and hindering our ability to stay connected. Furthermore, the hotel exhibited a shocking lack of information throughout the premises. The bar had no drink or cocktail menus, forcing guests to guess or inquire about available options. Additionally, there were no signs indicating the daily or weekly program of activities. Although there were animators present, their purpose and activities remained ambiguous, leaving guests perplexed and uninformed. The hotel staff's behavior was equally disappointing. The staff members seemed disinterested and ignorant, showing little regard for guests' needs. When my child accidentally spilled a drink near our table, not a single staff member bothered to address the situation. This lack of attention to cleanliness and safety raises significant concerns. If someone were to slip and get injured due to a spillage, it would pose a serious risk and demonstrate a lack of proper health and safety protocols. Another baffling oversight was the absence of information regarding check-out times. It is common practice in most hotels to provide guests with a terms and conditions brochure along with the room key or to display such information at the reception. However, at Holiday World Polynesia, no such resources were available, leaving guests uninformed about the proper procedures and causing unnecessary confusion. In conclusion, our stay at Holiday World Polynesia fell far short of our expectations. The room lacked essential amenities, including sufficient bedding and a functioning kettle. The absence of WiFi and the lack of information throughout the hotel were significant inconveniences that detracted from our overall experience. The indifferent attitude of the staff and their failure to address cleanliness issues raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and safety. I sincerely hope that the management of Holiday World Polynesia takes these criticisms constructively and strives to improve their services. Attention to detail, enhanced communication, and a more customer-centric approach would go a long way in rectifying the issues we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Holiday World Polynesia to fellow travelers until these concerns are adequately addressed.

Staff on reception extremely slow, which makes you avoid wanting to go and ask for any information for fear of waiting 30 mins - there is no information anywhere about where the different amenities are or how to avail. The staff advised us to use a QR code app, but it is all in spanish, what about your english speaking guests? We went all inclusive, you still have to pay 15€ an hour if you want to use the indoor pool, outside at the children entertainment area there are trampolines and cars for the children to go on, these also cost between 2 & 3€ a go - the room advertised to sleep 4 adults, absolutely does not - the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and small, the two ‘double’ beds in the room are not double, they’re slightly oversized singles, cleaning was hit and miss & the lifts are ridiculous, this hotel is HUGE & doesn’t have near enough lifts to accommodate people. The two biggest issues with this place are the food & location - the food is buffet style and I honestly didn’t once during my week stay sit down and enjoy one meal, everything is always cold and the flavours/quality of the food are non existent, with some of it being totally inedible, to add, it is CHAOTIC at the buffet at mealtimes, there is no order and these guys seem to just let any amount in at any given time, really not good for small children etc to be around. In terms of the location, you would have the impression you have easy access to a beach, you absolutely do not - this group of hotels is located on a cliff edge with no access to the beach, they do have a shuttle bus which takes you from one hotel down to another, but you still have to walk the rest of the way to the ‘water park’ aside from that you’re beside NOTHING - i had to take a 15€ taxi to the local mercadona which was 10 min drive away. This place has a lot of potential as the building itself is beautiful, if they could improve the service, give more information on what you can do, and really really sort out the food because it is grim. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody & certainly won’t be returning

An absolute heaven for my child who loves pools and water. She got over her shyness and joined in with the entertainment who were 10/10, she learned all the moves and danced every night with them and she made lots of friends. This is a place for children and families with children. Food was delicious too and I was aiming to try a different meal each time and I still feel there were lots I didn't get to try. We had a really good time, and the staff were always happy to help.

This vast complex spans several hotels. The Polynesia was a stunning hotel with so much to see in communal areas. The hotel rooms were clean and functional, large balcony with sea views and that of the water park just outside the complex gates. The check-in was extremely slow with only two staff .... this process took almost an hour . The oddness of the lifts and lack of them often meant travelling up and down past floors you needed also getting out on correct floor only to find it wasn't connected all around. The food was amazing to view but would not necessarily please all palates.... the salads, sangria and fruits were lovely. Sadly, travelling with young children but the holiday club only functioned for under 3's in July and August, school holidays. Odd as this age group don't have school holidays!! Witnessed a child leaving the group that was running for older children so not comfortable with that. There was a beach club area at €100 for 4 adults that gave you a quieter location to relax in which was used and would recommend that to anyone without children

It's one of the most impressive and high valued resort I've ever stayed. The place is gigantic spread across 7 floors out of which 5 are rooms and 3 floors used for reception, restaurants, bars, children activities, spa, sauna, beauty treatments, cinema, and many many more. It's like a huge, super luxury Palace that we couldn't even explore in 5 days and continued to surprise us every day. The interior decoration is eye popping. There's a huge interior lake on floor -2. There are numerous waterfalls and fountains all over the other floors that are matched with huge chunky wooden pillars and countless glass lifts rising from all corners of the floors. It's so easy to get lost in this dreamworld of perfection, superior interior and opulance that you feel that you've arrived at another dimension. Thank you Polynesia for making our special occasion extra special.

Was a lovely hotel great food and staff were amazing I have 3 small niggles The evening meal doesn't open until half 7 which was to late when traveling with 3 under 3s. The pools are freezing! My room card stopped working every day so had to go back to reception. A bit of a pain when we were on the 5hth floor.

Really good all inclusive hotel. Spotless rooms, bedding and towels changed daily. There is a wide selection of food at all three sittings breakfast starts a little late if you are early risers. Only real downside is its in the middle of nowhere. Hotel shop is OK but doesn't stock fresh milk for babies only UHT which isn't great. Visit the splash zone as it is great, something for all ages 😀

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had to change our room to a worse one due to the overbooking of the hotel. as compensation we got tickets to the spa. Still, it's sad.we are not really spa people and due to illness, this refund was not used. The food in the hotel is average, sufficient but I expected more. It is recommended to use your own car to get around, because everywhere is a bit of a distance. If you want a vacation that you want to spend in a hotel, this is good for that.

This is the best hotel we stayed in so far. Staff was always so kind and helpful, all the rooms are spacious just like an apartment. We had clean towels every day. Great choice of food at meal times, great entertainment, pool and amazing water park.

(Translated by Google) We have had a wonderful week. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds. The staff throughout the hotel is super friendly and very patient. Although there are many people there is no feeling of being overwhelmed anywhere. The food is very good. And there is a lot of animation and fun.

Visited at end of Feb 2017, great hotel, great food. Fairly quiet out of season, can imagine it gets very busy at peak season.
