We
(family
of
2
adults
and
1
9
y/o)
visited
between
12th
to
19th
April
2022
on
an
all
inclusive
package.
Having
read
the
mixed
reviews
on
the
Hotel
I
was
a
little
apprehensive,
but
it
is
our
first
getaway
since
COVID
so
it
could
not
be
that
bad.
The
hotel
is
lovely,
the
turtles,
love
birds,
carp,
and
the
fake
tree
decor
is
wonderful
and
captures
a
Polynesian
vibe.
We
arrived
through
a
taxi
booked
via
holiday
taxi's
and
was
taken
up
to
the
Hotel
with
no
issue.
Check
in
was
fine,
and
although
our
initial
room
had
a
bad
smell
the
reception
staff
were
more
than
happy
to
move
us
to
a
new
room.
Beds
are
not
the
most
comfortable,
but
for
the
7
days
we
were
there
it
was
fine.
The
kids
club
had
a
soft
play
and
places
to
draw/watch
films
however
we
did
not
utilise
that.
The
mini
disco
was
fun,
as
was
the
Animation
team
quiz,
and
the
Circus
act.
Food
is
buffet
style
and
does
alter
slightly
each
night,
and
was
good.
I
would
have
liked
to
have
seen
more
specialist
dishes,
however
maybe
when
the
other
restaurants
open
the
choices
will
improve.
Good
selection
of
fruit,
fun
food
for
children,
and
quality
of
chicken
and
beef
was
good.
No
Allergen
labeling,
however
staff
were
on
hand
to
say
whether
nuts
were
used
in
the
cooking
process,
so
best
advice
is
just
to
ask!
The
pool
is
heated
by
the
sun,
and
although
we
had
some
lovely
weather
it
will
take
a
long
while
to
heat
up
so
it
felt
cold
which
means
you
have
to
keep
moving.
I
can
not
fault
the
hotel
for
the
weather,
however
it
was
a
shame.
The
waterpark
is
fantastic
and
suffers
the
same
problem
of
the
water
being
heated
by
the
sun.
Beach
is
a
short
10
minute
walk
from
the
hotel
and
is
great
for
a
change
and
is
clean
and
regularly
patrolled
by
the
Lifeguards.
We
were
there
with
the
mask
wearing
requirement.
Wearing
masks
is
limited
to
talking
to
the
reception
staff,
collecting
food/ordering
drinks.
It
was
not
really
an
issue,
just
need
to
remember
to
have
a
mask
on
you
while
about
the
hotel.
The
"indoor
pool"
is
part
of
the
Spa.
We
received
our
complimentary
60
minute
vouchers
(4
for
the
3
of
us
over
7
days)
which
gives
you
access
to
a
small
indoor
swimming
pool
(20
metres),
a
second
pool
which
has
bubble
seats,
various
water
massaging
jets,
sauna,
steam
room,
massaging
showers,
and
a
small
paddling
area
for
very
young
children.
The
Spa
was
great
as
the
water
was
warmer
for
casual
swimming
and
really
helped
with
the
holiday
feeling
as
there
was
not
much
else
available
at
the
hotel.
After
free
vouchers
have
been
used
it
is
10
euro
per
person,
which
is
about
£8
for
60
minutes,
which
is
same
as
what
we
pay
in
England
for
a
swim
(admittedly
90
minutes,
rather
than
60).
Mini
golf
course
needs
some
love
as
the
tunnels
are
crumbling
and
your
golf
ball
will
get
stuck,
playground
was
fine
and
the
hot
bubble
pool
for
children
was
a
nice
touch
and
well
positioned
away
from
the
main
swimming
pool.
We
have
visited
other
similar
setups
prior
to
Covid
which
had
more
entertainment,
and
more
options
available
at
the
hotel
for
guests
to
do.
Making
this
comparison
is
unfair
as
it
is
clear
that
the
hotel
is
recovering
with
more
staff
no
doubt
to
join
as
restrictions
are
removed
and
the
summer
season
begins.
In
summary,
hotel
was
great,
our
room
issue
was
dealt
with
efficiently,
all
staff
polite
and
considerate
-
always
ready
to
help.
Food
good,
nice
selection,
and
when
I
went
to
purchase
a
slushy!
It
was
made
very
clear
to
me
that
I
would
have
to
pay
my
4
Euros,
so
no
potential
for
any
confusion.
There
are
so
many
mixed
reviews,
which
is
why
I
decided
to
post
mine.
If
you
have
booked
or
are
thinking
of
booking,
then
do
so
in
confidence.
