I feel like she has the skill and knowledge of an osteopath or physio, with the sensitivity of a therapist. All together it makes for a very healing and rejuvenating massage.

The yoga instructor, Alberto, is excellent. I was introduced to the studio in 2019 when I was in Granada but more recently I’ve been enjoying Alberto’s classes online during lockdown. His instruction is excellent for any level (I’m a bit of a beginner) and I’d recommend to others. I look forward to a visiting again in person when I’m in the city.

Simply brilliant deep tissue Thai Massage I have a beaten up femur and hips from motorcycle accidents and sport and Par delivered very strong deep tissue massage using elbows and knees. As effective as a good chiropractor and excellent value for money. Recommended to anyone with stiff joints and back pain but for men seeking a more physically impacting massage definitely visit.
