I need a spoon not a straw. Not much taste only ice with color. €6,45 not worth the money.

This is a very popular Starbucks in the Amstelveen shopping mall but they are always so understaffed!! I went in on a Saturday afternoon at 2 and there was 25 people waiting in line and only one cashier and one barista. On top of that they are also taking care of online delivery orders. Management please hire more people it’s a bad experience for customers to wait 30mins for one drink and worse for the employees you are overworking!! Please improve!!

It used to open doors at 8 o'clock. That was convenient for those who is dying for coffee earlier. Now they open at 10 😢

Regular, standardized, coffee place. The same as any other regular coffee place that sells more expensive coffees than others in the same region of amstelveen. I am not a competitor, or an influencer. I am a regular coffee drinker and I do have to say that Starbucks coffee price/quality is a bit disproportionately high in comparison to the other coffee places around the area of amstelveen.

Nice and cozy in the middle of the shopping mall.

Some employees are super nice and some a little less. Coffee is good quality.

Very slow service. 20 min wait to get your drinks, also the few staff available need to cater for delivery services as well.

It's a Starbucks. But does offer real glass mugs and glasses. But very busy and I mean very busy. Have to fight for a seat.

I visit often for my favorite drink, Espresso Frappuccino with extra shot :) Active, friendly, comfortable place to chat with drinks. It's in a nice mall, Stadshart, so you can shop as well!

One of the better stores in the area. Good alternative for after they closed Beethovenstraat

Never understood all the hype about Starbucks as there is much better coffee available in most other locations. Anyway, the only positive is that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

They always got your name wrong - lack of some basic respect to another person. How come a guy is named Jasmin? Does Starbucks recruit illiterates??

I was permanent client of this Starbucks, but after today I will not go there anymore. 20 minutes in line (have no idea why so long), and when it was my turn, iPad didn't read my corona qr-code (while it was already successfully read couple days ago in same Starbucks). The cashier said that in this case I have no rights to seat. In the app was written that I vaccinated 2 times, but he said "I don't mind, code is unable". I went to McDonald's and they checked my code successfully. 20 minutes in waiting line to hear that I'm not able to seat.
