😠 Went to get some churros 6€ on the board, not any extra money for add ons but I just realised I got charged 16€ for some churros with Nutella and strawberries. To us that is $26 Australian dollars. Absolute rip off, don’t get trapped, make sure you look at how much you’re actually paying People often mention delicious,

EUR 6 pp. Pie and cake are good. Croissant is average, especially serving cold. Selection is huge. Good place for a break if you can find a seat.

Open long hours but no price labels and very expensive. Late at night cups, plates, etc are single use disposable and the remaining bread and croissants are thrown in the same rubbish bag for landfill. Decent food shouldn’t be thrown away when there are hungry people around. Pas magnifique. Surely staff should be able to speak Dutch, being as we are in Amsterdam?

Nice service, prices are okay (a bit on the expensive side though). They offer a variety of food, all of which look really delicious. I had a coffee and some donuts, quite delicious. The seating area is small, but I enjoyed it a lot. Would recommend to stop by if you are nearby.

Beautiful and attractive, but be careful on the bill.. they charge you more if you don’t pay attention. The churros is ok. The waffles not that much. There’s better places around for sure. SKIP IT. That’s fine.

Most of the sweets we bought had a hard bread but tasted ok. There’s better options for dessert in Amsterdam.

Very expensive for mediocre pastries that are not fresh. Service is not the worst but not that good either.

Plenty of sweet pasteries available till 3am. Sugar madness:) Tables inside seems not cozy but made me feel like Im travelling in time. No toilet but plus for electric outlets ;) Look for fabulous lovely blond Ania behind the counter :)

Is called Sophie's kitchen now, new owner. Bit of a tourist trap, but the pastries are ok

Awesome pastries! If you like chocolate, don't miss out on the chocolate croissant. It's covered with chocolate on top AND has a generous amount of chocolate filling. The strawberry tart was also lovely. Prices are about €2plus to about €5 for a pastry.

Super rude male staff refused my entry to the toilet mentioned it's closed past 6 pm even though restaurant was still open. Would never come again and definitely don't recommend.

Is a candy store that The most delicious in the Netherlands. There are many desserts. Almost every type of food you want to eat Can buy and eat in the store Or bought to be packaged and brought back to eat at home or office The coffee here at Barista is delicious and fragrant. Is one restaurant that everyone should not miss

Came here for a late breakfast, was very nice to sit down here as you can see the bakers making the pastries while you eat. Lovely experience. The pastries are rather nice, they don't have any prices anywhere which is odd. The toasties with pineapple on were actually very nice. Overall, bit expensive but recommended
