Went here early April and the flowers weren’t fully bloomed yet. This place is lovely but it can be packed quite well. The place is nice and big and provides a great work. Worth €15 per person just to relax and do tulip sight seeing.

Extremely beautiful places with many varieties of flowers. It's available on spring season. There is some bus that will take you from tickets center to the garden. I visited there on April 2019 just a few years ago. I think that April is a good timing to visit here. The flowers are very beautiful and managed well. The flowers changes every year.

There is only one place like this on this planet and you have to go to the Netherlands. Only a short time of the year the spring months turn into a land of flowers, colors and compositions that will take you to other dimensions of nature. It's a pity that this year it all came down to a few days. A place for hours of walks and each step is a different picture. Live, love and enjoy the moment here!

We visited this wonderful park on May 4, 2023. Tickets were bought in advance online, there was a huge queue at the entrance (they pass quickly). They took a map for free at the entrance, it helped us to navigate. The territory is very large, the legs got tired, they rested on benches or cafes. For children there is a large playground + mini zoo. Gorgeous park with lots of different colors. We went to exhibitions with flower arrangements according to the season. Lots of beautiful photo locations. Mill overlooking the tulip fields. We arrived at lunchtime and left at closing time. You can bring food and a picnic blanket with you. I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place and more than once!❤️

This is a truly magic land! A perfect place to enjoy nature and relax for a day. Even though I came towards the end of the tulips' season it was still a mesmerizing sight. It might be a little bit tricky to find the Express Bus to take you there at the airport, but with a bit of attention you get to find it. It's totally worth it to make time for it.

Went today from 2 till 5 o'clock, didn't have to queue for a ticket or to get in. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of people but if you are flexible you can be most of the time with not too many people around you, by taking some side paths which show you really nice flowers, water features, ... . There are several toilets for free and eating possibilities, but didn't eat there because it was too crowded. A really nice day.

Amazingly beautiful garden to visit with your friends and family. 100s of different types of colourful and beautiful flowers and plants and well maintained garden. -> An important thing to remember is, visit in the middle of the season, not too early or too late to see the perfectly blown flowers. -> It's pretty big garden, so a map of the garden is recommended, so that you can cover the full map and don't waste time by getting lost inside it. -> The wooden windmill is kind of at the behind and last corner of the garden, but it's worth going up to see the Tulip filed other side of the garden. -> There are some food van inside the garden, so you can buy burgers and other food if you are hungry.

Amazingly beautiful gardens with tons of flowers varieties, spectacular arrays of tulips, smooth and even cut of grass, playground for kids, farm animals, canal cruise, windmill, beautiful lake and forest; it have several food court which sadly the foods is not good so better pack your own lunch and have a little picnic outdoor or indoor, please make sure use comfy shoes and warm jacket. Went here at early April so the flowers weren’t fully bloomed yet, luckily in the greenhouse hundreds of varieties of tulips that I never seen before were fully bloomed. Definitely well spend €19 per persons to enjoy, relax, and do tulip sight seeing with friends or families for a whole day to explore everything.

Superb place. Superlative!! Easily accessible. We used public transport and in no place did we find it difficult to carry buggy for our toddler. Photos do not justify the beauty of this place. We were with 2kids ( 2yrs and 6yrs old) and both had a great time. There is also a play area and a petting farm inside the gardens. Toilets and restaurants are very conveniently placed. The boat ride and views from the top of the windmill are breathtaking. Staff members were really warm and welcoming. Exhibitions were very informative and beautiful. Keukenhof gardens are usually open from end of March to mid May. A must visit place in Netherlands.

Incredibly beautiful, even in the rain. Could spend an entire day walking the paths and getting coffee at the cafes. If you’re into photography, there are a ton of great photo opportunities and you’ll be entertained all day. The bus to get here from Amsterdam is quick and easy to figure out. Lots of art displays and carefully cultivated gardens. Would recommend this for anyone visiting Holland.

In the world, there are 3 gardens that you must visit, Keukenhof in Lisse Netherlands, is one of the most beautiful garden that I visited in my life. Best time to visit is from 13 Apr till 1 May, where traditionally, this is the time where the tulips are in full bloom, you can take a bus from either Central station in Amsterdam or Schiphol Airport. Kukenhof Gardens in the Dutch town of Leeds, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful gardens in spring. Tulip blooms season, visitors from all over the world to the Netherlands, pouring into the world's largest bulb garden. The number of tulips, the variety, the color of the purple blush, teach the eyes to lose the ability to distinguish color.

One of the best places tou could ever visit near Amestrdam. Make sure you be there during Spring where you will be able to see some of the most deversified tulips . April is a good month to go. Did you know that the garden takes survey each year from their visitor on which tulip they liked the most? Which tulips they wanted to see? Then they to provide and show the desired tulips for the following year.. So your visit will be even beneficial for the next visitors.

The park was absolutely beautiful. No words to describe the amount natural beauty you’ll find here. We went during high season so it was crowded. The cafes and snacks were a bit pricey. Other than that, it was an excellent experience with a family environment. Also worth mentioning, the staff of different areas all spoke English. Which was extremely helpful.

Our visit to Keukenhof Gardens was an absolute delight! We dedicated an entire day to exploring the meticulously landscaped gardens, which were a feast for the eyes with their breathtaking displays of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths. The vibrant colors and fragrant blooms created an enchanting atmosphere. In addition to the captivating beauty of Keukenhof, our stay in Lisse provided the perfect base for further exploration. Venturing beyond the gardens, we discovered an expansive canvas of tulip fields stretching over a 50-mile radius. Renting bicycles allowed us to immerse ourselves in this sea of colors, making each day an adventure filled with natural wonders. The combination of our time at Keukenhof Gardens and the surrounding tulip fields made for a truly magical and memorable experience. After visiting Lisse a few times now, I can suggest best time to be here is between mid April and mid May.

Beautiful place to visit while in Amsterdam! The layout was beautiful. The tulips are the spotlight but you’ll definitely find other beautiful flowers here. Hundreds of varieties of tulips - very impressive. However, I was a little disappointed that there we couldn’t access the outdoor tulip fields but this may be because I had this experience in another city, so I have some sort of expectation/comparison. Bring some comfy shoes, a warm jacket and a touque! Gets very windy and cold. Go early to avoid the crowds. Bring your own food to have a little picnic outdoor or indoor. Most areas are wheelchair accessible. There’s something here for everyone - a playground for the kids and some farm animals for a distraction from the flowers. There’s also fairly-priced and delicious fries for the foodies.

Some really beautiful displays of thousands of tulips plus other bulbs and complimentary plantings. We booked a time slot awhile ago and recommendations were to go early to avoid the crowds but this is misleading as there were a lot of people booked in at the opening and many bus tours. Just keep in mind this is an event more than a traditional garden visit and you won't stress about the crowd. It was still a peaceful atmosphere and really lovely.

Go early to beat the crowds, and you will have a truly wonderful experience. We found the gardens simply breathtaking. Every direction you turn is another picture-perfect view. The smell was phenomenal. The shop was lovely and not too expensive. Worth the visit. Truly a must see!

If you love tulips or flowers or greenery you have to see this, it only opens for about 4 to 6 weeks from mid-April to mid-May for tulips. Tulips of all color, size and types are on the display with most beautiful way. It is a big park which might take few hours to complete depending on the rush. You can also take a bike and boat ride around the park among the tulip fields. Some fields are free to walk about some might be for a small fee. The bike ride might cost some where about 10 to 15EU for 3 hours. Lot of parking is available and so as the bus ride to the park. The best time to get here is the late April and early May week days morning because of the rush. If you come over the weekend then still the best time would be morning as the park opens. You can come by car or take a bus; the bus and park ticket can be bought as a package. Other way to get here is take a train to Leiden and then a bike ride form there.

Worth to visit in tulip season! It was fun to spend time with your friends and family in the colorful garden! Better to come early morning and don’t forget to visit the gardens outside of Keukenhof.

There are no words that can describe how beautiful this place is💚 gorgeous and colorful flowers, they smell amazing too, I felt like I was in the secret garden, the more I wandered there , the more I discovered new and beautiful scenes of flowers and waterfalls. Make sure to check the weather, because the weather was awful when I visited it (end of April)

If you are a fan of gardens, flowers, and greenery, then there could not be a better place in Netherlands than this. For a change, even thousands of tourists at this place cannot break the peace here. There is country music concerts here, a windmill and flower gardens everywhere.

I had the most amazing day here. I wasn’t actually expecting us to stay so long or have that much fun but it turned out to be one of the best days I had in Keukenhof. We rented bikes for two hours and rode around and stopped at various points. Then after we dropped off our bikes we sat and drank hot coffee then walked around the park. Spectacular day - I had lots and lots of fun here!

Around April is good choice. But do follow the updates and plan accordingly. One whole day is enough for the garden like picnic with family. Restaurant available bring enough snacks and water, park is very big. You wil get tired walking around. Must buy souvenirs there's huge collections. Some things require reviews but I think I can say that the Keukenhof isn’t one of the things you need assurance before going. It’s clear that it will be worth it. Anyway, it’s a place full of tulips of all colors, it’s beautiful. It’s so big that, even if it’s crowded, you’ll be able to enjoy it and take pictures without waiting in lines. There are a few places to eat there and you can bring food as well, if you’re planning on having a picnic there. I went there from Amsterdam by bike and, although it was worth it because we saw a few more beautiful tulip fields on our way there, it was very tiresome and there weren’t smaller bikes my size. Seems like they only have bikes for taller people. It took us around 1-2 hours each way. If you’d like to ride a bike to the Keukenhof but think you’ll get tired or afraid of riding near the cars in Amsterdam, I’d suggest getting a train to Haarlem and renting the bike there. You can also rent bikes near the park when you get there, but you can’t ride them inside it.

If you want to spend a day amidst floral heaven and beautiful gardens, Keukenhof is the best in the world. It puts you in a happy place even if you are traversing it by yourself. Plan your trip well if you are coming in from Amsterdam. It's a full day experience if you want to breathe it in and 3 hours minimum for a quick walk through. An hours train ride away from Amsterdam airport and a must see for any tourist visiting Netherlands. The best time to visit is mid-April for a full bloom of the tulip fields but I'd suggest call ahead to be sure, and check the weather when you go. It gets windy so if you are from a tropical or warm country, take your jacket along. Last but not the least, don't forget to take your camera too!

Unique experience of seeing all of the beautiful flowers in one location! We travelled here in April 2019, on a cool April morning. We hopped on a bus from Amsterdam which safely took us to Keukenhof Gardens. Admission was very easy and walking around the park was very leisurely. It is definitely a once in a lifetime experience for an international traveller like myself. I have never been to a more beautifully maintained garden. One regret that I have is that I didn't buy the tulip bulbs before leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone! This was pre-covid, but I feel for all that have been affected by the travel restrictions so I wanted to make sure I wrote my review for when things open back up.

I went there back in April 2019. This is the place I dream of and finally I made to come. It was amazingly stunning. It is undescribable!! The place was huge with the colourful blooming tulips everywhere, neat and clean. The air was clear. It was relaxing and really calming down for me. I definitely will go back to Keukenhof again 😍❤️😘

A beautiful place with a lot of trees, especially many varieties of tulips grown here with many colors. Windmills and Dutch features are reproduced here. A place well worth a visit. The most beautiful is in April when the tulip season comes.

Nature is a gift that we can enjoy from the Creator. The stretch of beach sand interspersed with waves, beautiful green hills, white clouds that seem to greet you behind the heights. that's why I always think "nature is us, and we are part of nature". So, nature will be more complete with our presence. Nature needs love like ordinary humans. How to? preserve the existence of nature and protect it, so that later our children and grandchildren can feel the beauty that we have ever felt like today. If not us, who else?

Extremely beautiful flower garden. I was a bit skeptical first but it was much more beautiful than I expected. The flowers are beautifully arranged and there are so many different types of flowers in the park! Besides beautiful tulips there are also many lilies and even flowers from the Canarian islands that are almost a meter tall. The park especially from 11 am gets quite busy, so arriving early in the morning is recommended. Also some tourists are destroying tulips for either a picture or to bring which is a shame.

Beautiful garden showcasing over 3000 varieties of flowers - tulips, lilies, chrysanthemums, orchids and more. A full day activity with amazing sights and lots of food & drinks options available inside. Do book your ticket in advance as the place is very touristy.

We visited this amazing place in mid of April. Nice whether and luckily, there was no rain on that day. You may want to check the weather forecast before you confirm your visit. Tulips are so colorful, and we spent 6.5 hours here. In case you are driving, you just need to be patient with traffic.

Amazing experience.. 4-5 hours is enough if you plan to visit whole garden.. if you visit over the weekend be prepared that it will be very crowded. Despite so much crowd, public toilets near parking were cleaned frequently which is quite nice.

Beautiful place! A sea of flower colors! 😍🌷🌱🌸 It's worth seeing! The park is large, with many beautiful locations. Lots of places to eat, playground, mini zoo, goats, sheep..🐑🐐🐇🐔🦆 Souvenir shops. We had a wonderful day, count on walking for 3-4.5 hours to see everything. 😁

The best garden in our trip Wonderful flowers and a wonderful time is spent here You just fell into love with this place So much variety of tulips and a very amazing landscape. You just feel that you are not getting enough time here so first take a view of the garden and then take photographs. Otherwise you won’t be able to see the whole garden The windmill and old one is a pleasure

  • 5/5 Gokul K. 11 months ago on Google
Easily the one of the best gardens I have visited in my life. Colourful and bright tulips all over. Open only 6weeks a year, can get very crowded. Better to book tickets in advance. Inside the gardens there are few building which have flower shows. For children there is an animal petting area, play area, maze. There is a wind mill and near there you can go on a whisper boat trip among tulip fields. Must book as they are sold out. We entered the garden at 10am and came out at 7pm. We could have easily spent another couple of hours. If visiting Amsterdam in April this is a must visit place.

Beautiful garden ... I think it is a perfect place to have a picnic considering the weather and a lot of food trucks are also here. But too much crowds can ruin your peace to roam around freely. Come here only if you don't find any tulip fields to visit and if you want to see all kinds of tulip variations here.

  • 5/5 Laura F. 10 months ago on Google
Incredible place, a fascinating experience to be able to walk among so many flowers, so many colors and perfumes. The care with which tourists are received is commendable, several food options, well maintained and clean bathrooms, souvenir shops, easy access via a comfortable bus, I recommend buying tickets in advance because it makes it very easy.. One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited!

  • 4/5 Katerina A. 11 months ago on Google
The gardens are full of colors, beautiful flowers of all kinds, worth the visit till first week of May. Only the number of visitors was massive - due to that 3 hours visit is a minimum.

Так и не понял за что берут деньги за вход, ведь это посредственный парк для прогулки, да ещё и народу как в час пик в метро, вообще пожалел что проехал ради этого 300км

Words are not enough to explain the beauty of this place. Also beauty of this place can't be captured in photos or videos. We just have to feel it. It is a beautiful Tulip garden in keukenhof which is opened only for certain period of time in between March to May. It was our pleasure to visit Netherlands exactly during this time and had a chance to visit Tulip garden. Well spent a day in this garden, lot of Tulips, picturesque places, high points for, kids play area, photography spots, what not, I feel minimum stay of 5-6 hours is required to feel the joy of this place

We had the opportunity to visit and wow was it busy! The lines to get in were very long but moved quickly. Great washrooms and nice maps to follow on your self guided tour. Take your time and enjoy. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. I had no idea how many varieties of tulips there were until the day I visited. So interesting. GO HERE and enjoy. Try the Friet Bus in the parking lot! Great fries!

  • 5/5 Dimitar D. 9 months ago on Google
Whatever I say about this place won't be enough! This place is magical! Biggest and beat tulip garden on the planet. Due to their short lifespan it is opened for only few weeks an year but it is worth it for sure. You can walk around for hours and fill your eyes with endless tulips with all shapes and sizes and the colors are unreal.

  • 5/5 Nisha G. 11 months ago on Google
Beautiful gardens! Definitely worth a visit… Be prepared to be surrounded by loads of people which means taking photographs is hard. There is a lot of walking and most of the restaurants and cafes are really busy. Recommend bringing a picnic as the grounds are well maintained on a nice day. A couple of things that could be improved.. 1. More signs along the routes and even more flower descriptions 2. Cleanliness of bathrooms should be improved - esp given the number of visitors on the day

  • 5/5 Michelle F. 10 months ago on Google
This is an AMAZING place to visit and should absolutely be your first destination! I recommend you get there when it opens as the crowds grow bigger throughout the day. But the park is so expansive that the crowds don’t really affect much. Beautiful flowers everywhere and nice places to sit and enjoy and nice cup of coffee. We were there in late April and it was perfect!

  • 5/5 Olha R. 7 months ago on Google
It is an amazing place to visit. But the best is buying tickets in advance, so u don't need to wait long. There are not so many places where people can eat something and it was only paying with a card 🙄 it was weird for me. So be ready)

Even if you arrive before the tulips, you will wonder relaxing, beautiful trails thru daffodils and other early spring flowers. Walk to an original working windmill. Follow the paths to several halls of floral . Don’t miss it and give yourself 3-4 hours and arrive just before opening to stay ahead of crowds. Lots of parking and a bus from town. About 45 minutes from mid Amsterdam.

We visited the Keukenhof gardens several years ago and enjoyed a relaxing day with family in one of the most majestic gardens Holland has to offer. Great place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Transportation was easy, and the gardens had everything to offer for facilities and food. It's a must-see attraction if you have time and visit during the proper time of the year.

This was one of my bucket list when we planned to go to Dutch land. It was mind-blowing when you see yourself in the middle of tulip garden. You will get to experience different varieties and colors. If you are a plant lover and appreciate the nature then this is a must visit place. We visited the place in late April and the weather was bit cold , we had mild showers in between. The place will definitely be crowded as this is the season for tulips, but there is no issue in navigating yourself in the crowd. Please read the history of the garden/bulb information in Juliana and You can easily reach the place from schipol bus stand to Keukenhof as they are running dedicated bus arriva 858, but it needs to be pre-booked.
