I used the medical services of this clinic for the first time and I was very impressed. First of all, being a new patient, I was admitted the same day after signing up for the patient list. Secondly, the young doctor to whom I was admitted examined me very carefully, ordered the most necessary tests, and was very polite and nice. The ladies at the reception and in the treatment room were also very friendly. The clinic itself is small but well-kept and not crowded. Overall 5+!

Definitely the best NFZ clinic I know, and having two children, I know several of them. In the opinion below, you can read a critical comment regarding the lack of places. Yes, during the sick season there may be a lack of places on the same day, but this is the case in every clinic. In emergency cases, you can always come and ask the doctor if he will agree to take you. This happened to me a few times and our doctor never refused to admit me. As a rule, however, it is possible to make an appointment on the same day without any problems. It is a bit more difficult to book an appointment for a healthy child (sometimes you have to wait a week), but it is obvious that most of a doctor's working time is spent on sick children. When it comes to a doctor for adults, it is always possible to make an appointment on the same day. The best thing about the clinic is that we make an appointment for a specific time and you are always seen no later than half an hour during the sick season and no longer than 10 minutes outside the season. There is no horror of wondering who is last and waiting sometimes for several hours, as is the case in post-PRL clinics such as Przychodnia Kraków-południe on Kutrzeby, Szwedzka or Niemcewicza.

You can always make an appointment by phone, order prescriptions, and if you need a stationary visit, there is always a thorough examination with the necessary referrals and blood tests on site. I haven't lived in the area for years, but I won't change the clinic. Other clinics should learn from them and not blame the rudeness of the staff on the lack of money from the National Health Fund.

Today I connected for the third time, today they won't admit my sick son, who coughs like a tuberculosis patient, only after the weekend 😎 paranoia, time to change the clinic

One star is too many, Dr. she refused to visit us...requests were in vain, the doctor was completely indifferent to the baby, we only have night and holiday health care, I really regret choosing the clinic, I still fear for the child before the next visit to the doctor.

Today I went to this facility in accordance with the recommendations of the family doctor, who ordered us to go IMMEDIATELY in case of high fever in a child who suffers from an unidentified disease manifested by a very high fever that even led to paralysis of his legs. Unfortunately, the lady (it's hard for me to call her a doctor), after hearing why I was with the child, announced that she couldn't accept us. I tried several times to convince the lady WHY I was here. And the fact that I am here according to the recommendations of the family doctor from THIS facility... Unfortunately, the fact that the child may have leg paresis during this high fever did not make ANY impression on her... Her frustration and lack of empathy was devastating! She didn't even check her fever! She didn't ask the child how she was feeling, even though I told her several times what the child was suffering from. She said we were supposed to be there TOMORROW!

Everything went smoothly, on time, and well organized, which may overwhelm discontented people. Dr. Gnass is a businesslike, nice and calm person. Guides the patient clearly and reliably.
