Very caring, professional and understanding clinic. Staff was fantastic. The doctor understood my puppies needs and explained the best she could after reviewing the data from tests and communications we had. Highly recommend the vet clinic.

Words can not express the overwhelming satisfaction! I was in for routine shots with 2 of my fur babies. While waiting for the kitty, my lil Boo started having a seizure in the lobby. I asked the lovely ladies at the counter for a towel. I believed it was Sheri & Amy dropped what they were doing to assist. Most feel like it takes an eternity for help to arrive, however it was only seconds!! Dr Tracey treated Boo instantly right in the lobby & brought us back to a room. She took the time out of her busy schedule to get Boo back on the right track & even brought her out to the car for me as my hands were full. These ladies went over & beyond! I was so overwhelmed by their kindness & generosity, it brought tears to my eyes as I drove home. I can’t thank them enough! They treat your fur babies like their own. That says a lot!

I was referred by a great Neighbor to St Francis Vet. I was happy with them getting me in quickly based on my needs and thought the reception staff was amazing and Friendly. However the tech during my appointment sounded pushy and sales like when it came to offering services and plans I was clearly not interested in. Almost making me feel unheard. Her opinions were very strong and she seemed to not care much about my thoughts or opinions on what I feel it best for my pet. I get it’s her job but I would like a vet who listens and comes together with me to make a plan for care. I will most likely find a different Vet Clinic who can respect my views and make me feel valid on my thoughts and opinions and work with me to care for my pet the best we can.

We decided to try this vet on a recommendation of a family member but were unfortunately disappointed. The vet tech was overly chatty & the particular veterinarian we saw was just okay. Our biggest complaint would be the communication by both the front desk staff and the veterinarian. It has been seven days and we still have not received a phone call back from the veterinarian regarding a follow-up issue from our appointment. Lesson learned... the grass isn't always greener on the other side... time to go back to our original vet clinic.

I recently took my large breed dog to a different vet clinic and after going away with no real answer I went to St. Francis Vet Clinic. Right away the doctor knew what was wrong with my dog, and not only did she know, she explained it to me and offered different ways to treat the condition. I am glad I made the switch and I will definitely be taking my other pets there as well.

St Francis vet clinic is awesome! Caring and compassionate staff. Call early has they book up fast, thankfully they leave a few same day appointments open but you have to call first thing in the morning.

Everyone here is very friendly, super responsive, and show a high level of care. I've always been very impressed when calling or stopping in. Thanks for the great service!

Best veterinarian you can find! My 13-year-old lap dog was in a lot of pain due to a nerve. They got me in same Day within 30 minutes of me calling. Dr Tracy was absolutely wonderful and gentle and loving with her. Got me on the right meds and she was feeling better within 24 hours

With this place being so busy they take the time to answer questions and give you the information needed to make the best decisions. Always friendly . smiles even when things seem to be very busy. Will definitely recommend coming back.

So grateful that Dr. Nicole saw Java so quickly and Java was also able to have an ultrasound. She explains everything so well and cares deeply about the animal’s welfare as well as the human parents. Highly recommend.
