First of all the hotel wasn’t bad, what’s was bad is the attention of a lady that serves the breakfast She has bad temper, I was making my bags and doing the weight of all them, the clean up came and we told we were still there Suddenly this maniac lady knock the door as a maniac and start screaming at me as I did something wrong but when I mean knocks is almost kinky the door. The rooms has to be made she screams!!! She should take some customer service clases urgently Not having enough when I went down she keeps screaming, if she wasn’t there I could it give more points to the place but with this experience be aware of the screaming lady By the way I think the bed had Mites, I thought it was me but all the nights I felt inching and I had a 20 trip and o my at this bed and hotel I felt this

The experience overall was very nice. Me and my Family booked 2 nights. And overall was very good, the staff was very friendly. And also helped, it's good they can understand a bit of english, my family couldnt speak italian. Only the basics. The Location of the Hotel is somewhat nice? Well, but the best thing is a supermarket is near by, it's very good and my Family shopped there too. The reviews i saw so far war a bit rude but im just telling that for what my experience was like. I totally recommend the place, it's very nice!

Despite being is a busy city of Milan, this hotel isn’t open 24hrs. We had an evening flight to Milan and due to delays, we did not get to the hotel until 11:12. The hotel closes from 11pm-7am and they informed us via email at 10pm… We were stuck outside calling with no answer and no response. They left two girls stuck in Milan with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night leaving us distressed and potentially in danger. The emails we received the next day were blunt and unhelpful and just generally out a downer the our holiday. I would strongly urge you to reconsider booking this hotel

You can certainly find better hotels for this price. That one star goes to the cleaning ladies as they are doing a really good job there. The rest… it’s really hard to say it’s a real hotel - it’s just an old building adapted (?) to be a hotel. Rooms divided with thin walls - in the bathroom I could hear the whole floor doing their business in their bathrooms. Crazy. Huge gap between the entrance doors and the floor - I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the hall. Also, while being in the hall I could hear everything from other people’s rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s going to be your worst nightmare. No fridge in the room. Water only in the hall. AC was working well.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL! STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL UNSAFE, EXTREMELY RUDE AND IT SEEMS SOME OF THEM HAVE THEIR HEADS OUT OF PLACE AS PER BEHAVIORS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!

Our stay was horrible, the shower did not work. And was NOT fixed. The room was dirty and smelled bad, when we wanted to get a bottle of water late at night, we went downstairs and the owners charged us no less then EIGHT Euro's. Will not come back and would not recommend it to no dog nonetheless and Human being.

Worst place ever. In a tend would be better 'cause then I would understand why it's so cold. I wasn't lucky 'cause there wasn't hot water in the morning, probably it was finished by 4 man from a next room who woke up at 6am and I heard every word and their shower sounded like electronic music. Like a point on i I found 2 long dark hair in my towel, but I'm blond. There were other small things missing like table lamp didn't work and no way to charge a phone if I wouldn't unplug something. 3stars is much too much

Avoid this place. Hotel seems to have stopped in time. Rooms were really dusty and old. Maintenance of the room is horible. Toilet and toilet seat was broken. The hotel staff turned the heat off during the night. Beds were in really bad condition plus the noise of the place made it impossible to sleep. Even the towels were really old and ripped. I Would never return or recommend this place.

Maybe my room was lower end budget, it was clean and the little bed comfortable enough for a night. The plug was coming out the wall and water was on the floor. I couldn't figure out from where. Hotel was close to where I had the event so perfect location.

Really BAD experience at this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My friend went for work and had a prebooked twin room with singe occupancy. Upon my arrival, I gave my passport and credit card and flagged that I was an extra guest for the room and willing to pay any extra costs, as well as the city tax. Although reception said it wasn’t needed, I went back a few hours to ask once more — as I felt at least the city tax should be paid. Again he said it wasn’t needed. Later in the day my friend also clarified we stayed together and asked, again the answer was no. Then late in the evening when I was alone in the room getting changed, this staff member entered the room saying he needed to do an “inspection” and started screaming that I had to leave the room immediately. He wanted me to leave with him, not even giving me time to put my shirt on or grab my bag. I told him he was making me feel very unsafe, and that I did nothing wrong. He left, but came back within a few minutes. Literally kicked me out of the hotel (!?) and then followed me on the street…it was not the problem of a language barrier, unfortunately. I should have probably gone to the police.

For Milan is a nice affordable option, the rooms are clean and sufficient for a short stay. It's a pitty that they don't have 24/7 hours reception, they left us out on the street at 2 am after missing our flight, so we had to literally sleep on the airport, because they refuse to have someone to open the door at that time. I think italians and Europeans in general are used to a large amount of tourist they don't care anymore about hospitality.

Doesn’t deserve the current poor rating: rooms are clean, nice & accommodating staff, good breakfast options. Lobby closes at 23.00 (11pm), important to keep in mind for late night travelers.

Not too expensive for a last minute booking. The room was nice but the shower small and not practical. Breakfast has small portions and could be of better quality. Staff is ok.

Great service, thank you! Shy of a 5* because of the room size

Horrible attitude from an old blonde woman that works in this hotel, she turned off the power at the checkout time even we told her that we wanted to extend two more nights. The rooms are small and don’t have internet connection, I will never recommend this place at all

Nice and clean hotel that also offers breakfast. In the vicinity a metro station that can take you downtown where most sites are. A fair price for location and good rooms.

It is not very clean, the rooms are dirty, not a fancy stay. It is cheap and in the city centre, near public transports. Breakfast is included, but with only a few frozen croissants.

3 stars... on a scale of 10, probably. Admittedly, 59 EUR for one night near Porta Romana is cheap, but the bed is uncomfortable and the paint is peeling from the walls. Plus it smelled like cigarette smoke (smoking rooms in 2019 should be forbidden). Milano is severely lagging behind in terms of medium budget accommodation. At least it had air conditioning.

Room smelled of heavy smoking. Bed was comfortable. Very old and not much maintenance. Breakfast was not alot to choose from. Hidden fees of €4 per night when checking out.

It was terrible!! The fotos in booking are fake. The room had three beds that are not real and it was like we were sleeping on the floor. They have plastik chairs. It was dirty. There is no soundproof. Across the road they wanted to build something and it was like they were building somenthing under our room. The aircondition was not working properly and it had not a remote control. The door was ancient and it didnt lock so good. We couldnt connect to wifi because the signal was too weak

Absolutely catastrophic, service was more than rude from the second we have stepped into the hotel to the moment we checked out. None of the employees can speak english and are so unfriendly that it amazes me how they’re allowed to even work in a hotel. The lady at the reception got loud and screamed at us for asking too many questions. Unacceptable, would never ever return to this hotel again.

As said by others, doesn't deserve the current low score. Good quality for budget price especially with the super central location, in a very fancy area. Friendly and polite staff. Rooms perfectly fine for the price, clean and cozy. The only issue is they don't have night reception so that can be a problem if you need to check in after 23 (once you're checked in you have your keys and it's not a problem).
