Terrible experience! I booked a breast ultrasound, a check-up I do every year given the numerous cysts I have, but this time for convenience I turned to them. Well, the ultrasound was carried out in less than 5 minutes in a totally superficial and approximate manner, the doctor didn't even measure the cysts to find out if they had grown, even though I had also provided the previous tests. In many years I have never had a similar experience. I will never go back there again!

One star because you can't give zero. I tried for the second time to book a visit through the NHS in this clinic, unfortunately each time it turned out that the dates they enter on the Region's website are not truthful, but in fact the visits are then offered to you even more than 6 months later. They write on the Region website that they take high priorities (therefore URGENT) and then they say that this is not the case. Result: they made me waste precious time for a very elderly lady with a suspected deep vein thrombosis. Beyond the damage, there is insult because not only are they uncontactable by telephone, but on WhatsApp they respond with indifference when the health of others is involved. In addition to the review, we obviously made a complaint to the Lombardy Region and the local ATS.

Available and kind. The place is difficult to find if you rely on the navigator. It is located in a building, on the corner of TraviaTogliatti and Via Amendola. The entrance is located in front of the Terranova Gli Oleandri residence. Also accessible to people with different abilities as there are no obstacles. There are car parks in the immediate vicinity. Appointments are given within a short time.

Kind, helpful, very fast, and also young. On 04/05/2023 I had an appointment at 08:50 for x-rays of the right shoulder and right collarbone. Kindly welcomed, everything done in a flash and at 08:55 I was already out. On 11/04/2023 I go to collect the report (which they also kindly sent me via email at my request): it basically took me only the time to walk from the entrance to the counter and to return towards the exit (like 30 seconds total).

They give the form to collect reports on January 4th and the center is closed for holidays!!! Shame on you

Very bad experience. I've tried to call several times, they leave me on hold for several minutes and then they tell you they can't answer and end the call! If a good day starts in the morning... I was the first to cancel the X-ray appointment and look for it in other more serious and professional structures.

I had both a mammogram and two MRIs, the staff is super helpful and polite, the doctors seemed scrupulous and attentive, and what's more I was able to book the visits in a very short time. I advise.

I made a reservation but was told they couldn't get through on the phone, and when I went on the day I went, I was told it wasn't available today. There was no communication from SSN, no email. I will never go there again. It's the worst.

Troppo lunghi i tempi. Troppa burocrazia. Macchinosi. Per esser un centro a pagamento ci si aspetta un servizio più celere. No non ci siamo.

A parte il casotto con annesso ritardo sugli appuntamenti, i medici che mi hanno fatto eco e visita sono stati molto professionali. Per quanto riguarda l'edificio l'entrata è una lunga rampa piastrellata per disabili che con la pioggia e all'uscita, quindi in discesa, risulta molto scivolosa e a rischio caduta. Dovrebbe essere applicato una sorta di antiscivolo!

I went twice for x-rays. Courteous and helpful staff, almost non-existent waiting times. Very punctual. They call them by surname to make the acceptance exactly 10 minutes before the appointment. Reports ready in just 3 days, in 5 if the weekend is involved (in other places I waited twice as long)
