The hotel/apartment is pretty new and has absolutely stunning view over the lake! Room and bathroom were fairly compact but great design and more upscale finish which feels premium! pre arrival communication have been excellent and host Vicky was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good quality just were missing butter with the bread. Limited free car space available or €15/day 2 streets away.-We parked the car there on the afternoon but managed to find a free spot when we came back from Bellagio around 9pm so we parked by the free spot. The electricity sockets were fashion designed but very loose. Our room was looking over the lake which was amazing however we were right above a restaurant where you got some food smell if you open up the balcony window but its okay. Our main concern was the noise from the restaurant which supposed to close at 11pm but they had loud conversation and music from speakers ongoing until 1:30am when I went downstairs to ask them to stop as we could not sleep-other rooms had similar issue that evening. maybe was just an unlucky night, but the way was handled for me was less attractive-I informed the host next morning who were very apologetic, said many times sorry and clearly started to investigate what happened. Explained that the restaurant staff possibly stayed over to have fun which they were not aware and they are very sorry. I was sorry too as we could not sleep. Anyway, I hoped that they will offer the car park at least free as a gesture of goodwill or give a free bottle of wine as a farewell gift but when I had to pay for the car park I was disappointed with the way they handled the problem and I had no choice but to contact the site where made the reservation to help with the resolution. The hotel very nice but I would maybe try elsewhere after this experience. Thank you

A truly hidden gem. We’ve been around but this place is outstanding. Jay and her husband managed to turn this little house into a 5 star place. The rooms are renovated with attention to every detail and in a very high quality. The restaurant and the service were also perfect. Well done!

Wow! We got the ferry to eat lunch at Al Molo 5 and it was the best, most relaxing and pleasurable dining experience I think we have ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was wonderful. We were seated at a table looking directly over the lake and I don’t think I have ever eaten whilst looking at such a breathtaking view. The food and wine were fantastic, with a great range of dishes and veggie-friendly options too. Thank you for making the last meal of our honeymoon one we will never forget, I hope we will be lucky enough to return one day.

I hardly write reviews but if l say so it’s because the experience is great or terrible. The staff and Franco especially are incredibly accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond to welcome us. The place is stunning, incredible view of the lake. Food was excellent! Almost considered not writing the review to keep it secret but they made our day and had to return the favor.

We had a one of the worst nights and ended up both very sick. There was no central air to moderate the temperature and the wifi was very slow. Because we had to keep the door open we both got very sick because it was raining and got very cold. When we tried to shut the air the rooms air was very stagnant and also smelled so much of tabaco. We tried to communicate with the property about the issues with our any help , then we tried to get a refund also unsuccessfully. I would not recommend this hotel.

Honest to God this was the best food we had during our stay around Lake Como. The staff are very friendly and speak perfect English and the food and wine were just amazing. There is parking nearby, and you can ask to sit right outside lakeside if the weather is good. To get a spot right by the lake, make a reservation. We made our's just the day before, and they saved a table right by the water, under a large sunshade. It was perfect. The asparagus flan with a melted cheese sauce was *chef's kiss*... just perfect (I could have eaten 10 of them!). I also had the Frito Misto, which was light and crispy, with no oiliness. The portions are just right, so you don't feel overwhelmed! My husband had their fish of the day, which came perfectly cooked in a paper wrap, with finely chopped vegetables, and an amazing seasoned sauce. All in all, it was a perfect meal. Don't miss this place if you're visiting the area! They also don't blink if you order a cappuccino after your meal!!

Loved the stay here and recommending it to all my friends! The balcony overlooks the massive lake and this place is so tranquil, away from the crowds. 10/10 would recommend. We reached this accommodation by driving.

One of our favorite places so far! Its a beautiful and cosy boutique hotel with amazing lake views and an excellent restaurant and superb wine selection located in a very cute little village. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We fell in love with this place and its people and will definitely come back!

Victoria is an amazing host, she really goes above and beyond to ensure the most enjoyable stay. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast on the balcony is a great touch. The hotel restaurant is great. This is our second time staying and we will be back. The only issue is transport around lake como is quite hard if you don’t have a car, no fault of the hotel and they try their best to organise transport and provide options. If you plan a trip to the near by towns like belagio ensure you have planned a way back. The hotel is truely worthy of its awards and with only 5 rooms you really feel like you are the only guest.
