Amazing hotel with perfect location near the ski lifts

One of the best hotels in this region. Perfect place for those who wants to enjoy the amazing nature in South Tyrol. Very clean, spacious rooms, quiet place, friendly staff and of course very delicious food.

This luxury 5* hotel is really amazing, I have nothing to complain about. Large apartment-style rooms, but with hotel service, a luxurious spa with indoor infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna world, all with mountain views, and real fine dining with chef Mike Bräutigam. Definitely don't go here to lose weight! :) The hotel is also directly opposite the slopes of the Ratschings - Jaufen ski area, you don't have to commute anywhere. It is surely one of the best all-round experiences I've had and always enjoy coming back to. The lovely staff will help you make your stay even more special. Totally new and awesome! Love the place. Directly in front of the very modern and comfortable ski ressort Racines/Ratschings. Only 15 minutes by car to the beautiful medieval city of Vipiteno/Sterzing. Great choice of great local wines!

Absolutely outstanding in every aspect of it. Food, staff, location, facilities. Everything. Oh, and they accept dogs!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday and stayed here one week with our 7 month old baby. The highlight is the food! Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Halfboard was definitely the way to go. Impressive service during meals. The staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for the guests. Indoor pool exceptionally clean. Sauna area adequate. Some details in the room a bit worse for wear. Location great for hiking.

Amazingly friendly staff and great food. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The interior feels a bit cheap in comparison and our room, a “superior deluxe room”, was not designed well (for example too dark) and was missing some of the listed amenities (for example there was no coffee in the room). Please note that the hotel is in the valley so don’t expect great views.

We just spent 1 week in the chalet and it was a fantastic experience. Special highlight was the fact that you could order the food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the chalet (which was very practical as we have a 7 months old). Food was amazing, the same you would get in the restaurant (not the usual room service). The receptionists and the restaurant staff (for breakfast) were also very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come again.
