I contacted the company at around 5/6 am when I realized the flight I was about to get on was flying into Linate, but the flight I had to catch was flying out of Malpensa! They replied very quickly despite the early hour. When I landed, a driver was waiting for me with a sign to take me to the right airport. All in all it was an easy, convenient experience, although I certainly paid a pretty penny for my mistake.
