You must be truly desperate to stay here. We were charged 10 more euros per person upon arrival before being given a key, indeed the fees amounted to more money than i paid to reserve the room in the first place. It took between 20 and 30 minutes to check in. Even at 7:30 pm, the staff didn't know if the room was ready and had to go upstairs and put on the new sheets. The sink the room was disconnected from everything. 1 of the 2 bathrooms in the hotel was out of order, and all the guests had to share one filthy bathroom. There was no soap, and there was visible black mold in the shower. It was a dreadful experience, but I suppose that's what you get for $25 per person.

Experiencing the same thing as many others visitors (reviewers). Very rude staff and will charge you extra. They don't inform us about the check-in time. And it charges us 45€ only for two persons just because we are late, though we have made the confirmation about our time check in in the remark during the booking. And the room is dirty and wifi is not working.

Would rate 0 if I could. Of every hostel / hotel / airbnb I've ever stayed in, this was by far the worst. Horrible staff, rude beyond belief. Had my stuff moved from one room to the other while I was out during the day, and they lost some of it, offered me compensation if I kept my mouth shut. Disgraceful, amazed it's still open.

Paper thin pillows, dusty blankets... Don't expect a comfortable night. Neither day light or fresh air. You cannot open windows because, by an unlucky coincidence, "the last guest stayed in that room broke the window today". If you book online, they charge you extra at the reception for "taxes, bed linens, towels". In my case it was 10€.

In a hotel experience the best or worse thing for me can be the way the personnel behave. But the receptionist in this hotel is horrible, they behave as if you did not paid and you are extra. They receptionist only speaks italian but even they dont speak that in a nice way. The room is very noisy.

Windows don't close properly. Very bad sleeping conditions and staff members are rude. First night there and I had no pillows. Asked the man and he said he can't do anything because the cleaner had the keys to the store room which sounds bs to me. Had to improvise a pillow

We reserved on a third party site for their price and the reservation read "towels and linen CAN be rented on site". When we arrived with brand new sleeping bags and travel towels we were told that the linen rental was mandatory at 16 EUR and if we didn't take the "option" he wouldn't hand over the keys. We decided not to stay and have since been charged the entire amount in a cancellation fee by the third party booking site who claimed no responsibility whatsoever for the shonky practice. Do not stay here - the other online reviews are extremely alarming.

Newly redone room with a sink and shower. To use the toilet, go down the hallway. The shower was very nice the hairdryer was very effective. No ac in the room I had but there was a fan it was still warm so I opened the window. The grocery store nearby is massive. The staff were friendly. If it had ac, it would have been perfect for me

Nice single room with a toilet and bathroom inside. The room is a small but enough for one person. No AC but there is a table fan, the room is not warm enough during nights. The location is superior but the hotel is too noisy because of the main street and the doors need to be sound proof. The smell of cigarette smoking is all over 😩 The metro station and supermarket are two minutes away 👌😊 Breakfast is avaliable with coffee and limited options.

The entire room seemed to be dirty because on the walls were plenty of stains. The light in the room was very poor. But the big problem was the shared bathroom. It was very dirty and smelled realy bad. My opinion is that you can find a clean hotel and pay 20 euros more. The only positive part is the close metro station.

Linens isn’t that bad, don’t smell nice but at least doesn’t stink, room is dirty and haven’t been properly taken care of. The blinder does not close so all the lights get in, and the worst is that during night time it becomes basically a pub, you hear everyone’s voices, chairs being moved, screams and laughters around 00:00… so if you’re coming to Milan and you expect to have a decent night of sleep, don’t come here

The owner is SO rude and disrespectful. I tried to call them to explain them how I could not make it to Milan due to money issues and they still charged full amount on my card. He did not even try to LISTEN to my situation. He just hung up on my face TWICE. Cannot believe such horrible people exist.

Good place to stay very retro feel but original, breakfast is no great but reasonable room with ensuite. Communal bathroom is interesting by design.

I loved it there. Clean room, nice people, very close to supermarket, metro and gas station.

To tell the truth, after reading google opinions, I was a bit skeptical about the hotel. However, I was positively surprised. The room was nice and clean. We got towels and soap, personnel was kind and helpful (although not every member of the staff speaks English, it was easy to communicate). A typical Italian breakfast was included in the price (toasts, croissants, juice, and delicious coffee). Overall, I'm really fond of our stay, and I will definitely come back there if I'm once again in Milano.
