This bar marks the highlight for our week in Emilia Romagna. You don’t just come here for “a drink” - you’re savouring the meticulous, innovative cocktail creations by Freddy, which are indeed the fruits of his decades of experience in the bar industry across continents. Within a week we were in Rebell 3 times, 4 different cocktails with each visit, and none of those disappointed. Every time when a cocktail was served we were impressed by how each ingredient integrates harmoniously for a unique palate. Freddy knows his drinks so very well, but most importantly he’s someone with immense passion for what he does. We were lucky to hear his stories in the drinks business, producing different spirits on top of his bartending life. Drinks made with love and knowledge are gems. We loved it so much here, and secretly wish to pack Freddy and his cocktails in our luggage back home.
