Last Wednesday I traveled 200 km to go there to the doctor Angelo Galli who I was already in contact with privately and who had indicated the costs for the operation I requested. When I arrived there another doctor, Michaela Adami, who was there together with he, but at no time mentioned to me by the doctor, continually repeated that Montallegro was an expensive clinic and that the operation cost double the amount indicated to me by the doctor, then she came out with inappropriate speeches saying that someone was applying silicone and they didn't do it but I never mentioned or requested the application of silicone, silicone as far as I know is banned in Italy then she went to the expensive clinic to suggest that I do 2 separate operations in the meantime the doctor had disappeared sometime scene and returned at the end of the visit saying that the cost was the one mentioned by the doctor and that if he wanted I could find less around. What to say!? Congratulations for the consistency of some doctors you have in this clinic.

Intervention booked! I arrive for hospitalization, they give me blood and swab tests and then they send me back to the reception, there they tell me that the room is still not free to return after 6 hours... I come back and they admit me! The swab has remained the same since the morning and in my opinion they only do it to make money... otherwise they would also do a second one for prophylaxis... Surgery went very well! Dr Cagnazzo is very competent together with the anesthetist who is wonderful, a person who can make you feel good even if you are scared! I want to say that the structure itself is valid with valid healthcare personnel, however the organization leaves us stunned... then it takes months and months after the operation to receive the documentation...

Messed up parking due to too many appointments, parking attendant rightly irritated by those who can't find a space, cramped internal spaces and over capacity, the signs mention no more than 5 people but there were twice as many waiting, very small medical rooms to have as many doctors as possible. All you have to do is pay handsomely, not only the visits but also the clinic fees, the rest counts for zero....

On March 7, 2023, I underwent surgery at this clinic for bilateral hip replacements. I would like to thank Professor Grilli Fabrizio, all his staff and the anesthetist Puggioni Maurizio for their professionalism, competence and availability, who allowed me to be able to walk from the following day with the sole aid of crutches and after a few days independently. A perfect organization. I would also like to thank the head nurses, the nurses, the catering staff and the cleaners who, during my hospitalisation, gave me such professionalism, friendliness and humanity, making sure I didn't miss anything. A round of applause also to the excellent physiotherapists. I consider this Clinic a center of excellence.

Hospitalized for hip replacement, beyond the happy outcome of the surgery, I want to express my total satisfaction with the period spent in this facility.
