Having
lived
in
(South)
Korea
for
a
year
and
a
half,
I
immediately
wanted
to
try
the
restaurant.
I'll
start
by
saying
I'm
going
to
use
a
lot
of
brackets,
forgive
me.
The
restaurant
offers
an
all-you-can-eat
menu
of
grilled
meat
and
Shabu
(or
hot
pot
or
huoguo
whatever
you
want
to
call
it)
which
remains
a
type
of
food
that
is
very
popular
in
Korea.
Honestly,
I
was
a
little
disappointed
at
first
because
I
didn't
find
dishes
like
japchae,
bibimbap,
kimchi
Jigae,
Kimbab,
jeon
and
others
on
the
menu.
typical
Korean
specialties.
However,
there
is
the
possibility
of
an
à
la
carte
menu,
which
offers
"toshirak"
(basically
fish)
with
a
very
varied
assortment
of
panchan
(side
dishes
that
absolutely
must
be
found
in
Korea,
therefore
kudos)
accompanied
by
white
rice
and
for
the
"main
course"
a
choice
between
beef,
pork,
chicken
mmmh
(quote
song
from
Disney's
Mulan)
or
calamari.
I
tried
both
the
beef
and
the
squid
and
in
terms
of
taste
they
are
good
and
reflect
Korean
flavours,
the
chicken
I
stole
from
my
father's
plate
perhaps
a
little
less
so.
But
in
Korea
the
chicken
is
generally
eaten
fried,
not
braised
with
vegetables
of
various
kinds
like
in
other
Asian
countries.
The
salted
pork
with
kimchi
is
also
really
good!
A
negative
note
is
that
there
are
no
dishes
for
vegetarians,
given
that
a
series
of
traditional
Korean
dishes
based
on
vegetables
and
tofu
are
missing,
but
not
having
tried
the
all-you-can-eat
shabu
I
didn't
check
the
variety
of
choice.
I
will
definitely
come
back
because
I
enjoyed
it
and
I
will
also
try
the
shabu.
Another
note:
the
staff
is
very
attentive,
friendly
and
helpful,
and
makes
your
stay
in
the
restaurant
pleasant.
