First the good - the Panini was flavourful and delicious. Now the bad... I have never had the misfortune to be served by such rude and sullen staff. Every.single.one.of.them. Admittedly, I can't speak much Italian but I know when the staff are making fun of my mother and I. The barista making coffee was so rude when she made the coffee, and the cups were chipped. We ate at 2130 with an advertised closing of 2200 yet we're pressurised to leave straight away. The staff were only smiling and friendly to Italians. Lucky this is our last experience of Italy this holiday, and not our first. Very disappointing as everyone else has been exemplary. Such a shame as the food was nice.

I ordered mozzarella focaccia as I am a distinguished gentleman and noticed an uncalled for piece of pig on my panino, I went to complain and they called me crazy saying it was a tomato like I can’t tell the difference between that and an innocent slice of piggy. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

Very expensive which is to be expected as you're in an airport, but even more expensive as it's supposed to be a "premium" offer. The cappuccino tasted and looked awful. I've been here several times because I come by here and never was surprised by over average quality and freshness. It's airport food, just more expensive.

8€ for a really bad and tiny sandwich. No prices are displayed. I left my gf alone who doesn't speak English nor Italian. I went back to ask if that was the right price, it took me 2 minutes to get an answer, they were talking about everything else apart from answering. It's like daylight robbery. Avoid this place.

Outrageously expensive and no prices on display for the sandwiches

Never again! 36 euros for two glasses of Prosecco, one piadina and a plate of prosciutto. Prosecco is absolutely mediocre, piadina was okay but costed 11 euros (for a tiny little piadina!!) and a plate of prosciutto with 6 slices for 9 euros (6 slices!!). These prices are absolutely unacceptable in Italy. Stay clear from this place!

I found a woman hair on my panini. The most disgusting thing ever. I had a bite and it went through my mouth. Staff are extremely rude, they gave me my money back but unfortunately I’m starving.

Terrible! Super slow service and disorganised staff. Why do I have to speak and order to two different people for just one coffee??? When 1 customer orders something at the till first this could have been effectively communicated to the other person who will make it so that when i go and pick up the same coffee I don’t have to waste time standing in line again but the coffee would already have been made! Be more effective and stop wasting people’s time!

We had mozzarella sandwiches and latte caffe, place was overcrowded. We had to wait in a queue for a long time. I think it’s overpriced even though it’s airport caffe shop.

Horrible service. We sat at the high tables where there are sockets to charge the mobile and they arrived with another client, surely rich who paid them, they forced us to unplug the mobiles to put on the man's. We left right away and they ran out of two customers.

Absolutely would not recommend this place, staff are incredibly rude to anyone who isn’t Italian, even though I gave my best shot at speaking in Italian to order, half the order wasn’t completed and we had to wait ten minutes in a queue to get our receipt and then we were given into trouble for not having been given the receipt?? Truly awful place and has left a lasting impression on Milan and the airport. Your staff are rude and it looks bad on you.

Although I liked Obica in Rome and Florence, the one at Malpensa airport is truly awful. The waiter brought dirty cutlery (tried to hide by turning it upside down), tomatoes in the mozzarella salad were crispy green. Never again

I had a lovely tuna salad, the portion was very generous, and my son had a toasted cheese and ham sandwich. The waitress was lovely and very efficient. I have seen negative reviews here, but things may have changed now because I was very happy with it.

Zero stars if I could. This is a lousy bar with expensive, lousy food and rude, uninterested, lousy personnel. They don't care at all about their customers, serve beer in plastic glasses and half heated, stale panini's.

The waiter at the airport was very rude. Simply throwed and mashed my sandwich on the table. In general, the team need some good manners.

Expensive, but I wouldn't have expected anything else given that is thorough the gates. It was a bit cheeky to give me a Verdures (grilled vegetables) salad, with just aubergines though. Unfortunately, I could understand when the chef told the girl serving this fact in front of me and she didn't bother to inform me, simply responding 'fine'. The chicken salad was tasty though.

Sitting at a table since 37 minutes...no one coming or asking if I want to spend some money here...smile in option. 'I'm coming every 2 weeks since 6 month and the service is getting worse every week. A pity...cause food is just delicious ! Too bad...
