This is not only the worst hostel in Milan, and even not in Italy, but one of worlds', a total no-go. The young man at the night reception was extremely rude, no manners, and under no circumstances he wanted to accommodate me. Stay away, otherwise it is your own fault.

Probably worst hotel I've been in. Just a small room with bed costs 50 euro per night, and also after reservation they told us about some Italian taxes, which made it 6 euros more. Paperwalls makes it almost impossible to sleep if all other visitors doesn't sleep either, cause you will hear every single word, every cough and sneeze, I literally heard someone whispering in corridor. The only good thing there is bathroom probably, not perfect though, but still not bad

When we arrived they told us they had no electricity and we have to go to another hostel where they have a room for us. It would have been easier if they just had messaged us before we arrived. And they wanted that we already pay, without giving us a bill, but we didn’t do that because it felt like a scam.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. No air conditioning and during the summer in Milan, it is miserable. Barely any air circulation in the rooms. Located on the top floor so be prepared to carry your belongings all the way up. As a woman I felt very uncomfortable by the men who worked here and also stayed here. Location is also very inconvenient. Would not recommend, spend a little more money to stay central in the city

Terrible place. Don't make a reservation here. They charge 10 euros per hour if you check in after 6pm. Dirty, dingy, smelly, disgusting.

Very decent stay for the money spent. A real value for money especially if you don't have any issues with dormitories. The owners clean the rooms thoroughly every morning.

Scam artists. Avoid at all cost! The guy at the reception is rude. He does not know how to deal with guests and bullies you. He needs customer service training. And the worst of all, another guest staying at the hotel saw him going through people's pockets in the room. His boss is not any better. He wanted to charge me for late arrival fee of $20 hours after I booked sending me a message on the booking platform. But this information was not mentioned at the time of booking anywhere. And the checking was only at 6pm, not late at night. The truth is the whole place is so bad, even one night stay in that 12 bed dorm should not cost $20. There are no standards or ethics. From my readings, some people got charged 10 euro for late arrival whereas they wanted to charge me 20 us dollars. Of course, in the eye of this dishonest shady people, I was just another tourist to be plucked and take advantage of in this expensive travel destination. To be fair, the staff and owners, they are not local people from Italy. They are scam artists from another country who happened to run a shady business in Italy. How could a place have 2.2 rating, full of bad reviews customers complaining about being scammed, and nobody would do anything about it? The Italian authorities should be wise to intervene for the sake of tourism industry in this beautiful country. Avoid at all cost, the worst worst worst I have ever seen..

Possibly worst hostel in Milan. Got 13 bites of some insect. Using an apartment as a hostel so no kitchen, fridge. There are even no lockers to put your stuff. One of the beds in the room is just a cot. Charge you money for checking in after 18:00. Way too expensive to what I got

I’m not a person who is used to write a comment. But I think I need to write this time for saving people and suggesting that DO NOT stay this hostel because this is the worst hostel or stay I have ever stayed! If it’s possible to rate 0 point so do I. Strange system and unacceptable charges for undesirable reasons. You will get more charge for no reason. Staffs attitude is soo bad and mean!

The man works for this hostel (maybe the owner) was forcing me to wear hijab and claim that if I don’t wear hijab he will call the police to arrest me

Worst experience. I booked this hostel for one night and I sent them a message that I might arrive after the check-in hours and asking them to understand that it is something beyond me, however I arrived just 30 mins late and it was closed. I called them and they said they are closed now and it was my fault not to confirm the reservation. Maybe it was my fault but the irritating situation was the carelessness of the receptionist while saying "change your plan and find a new hostel it is easy"

horrible, I had no option but going there on a last minute call, but I would rather go anyother place but this, this cant ba called hostel. way beyond that.

This has definitely been one of my worst experiences in a hostel. The owner is not friendly at all and the rooms are terrible. Save yourself the hassle of booking here just because it is cheap, its not worth it.

The photo of beds aren't ok, beds are small, no A/C on summer time,alot insects, checking early 10 euro,checking late 10 euro, towel 3 euro, location was possitive..

The Hostel is dirty, messy and difficult. Has abusive taxes that they don't tell before when you make the reservation, and in this taxes they charge for services there are not done. I don't recommend to anyone! A great headache!

This place is a scam! We paid online over booking.com and were promised a 24h service desk. Then we get there around 9pm, are not let in because noone is there, so we call the owner who sends someone to check us in. This person does not speak English and wouldn't let us in until we pay in cash even though we showed him we paid online and added a supposed late fee of more than 50 euros. Then tells us there is no way to lock the door of our 2 bed room from the outside so we should just leave all our valuables there unprotected.... Yeah right. We left on the spot. They refused to reimburse us too, suddenly speaking English..... These people are evil and scammers.

Regarding the price the place is good for only sleeping. Don't expect a room for chilling out or kitchen, fridge or microwave at your disposal. The staff is nice but they're talking to loud all night long. Walls are so thin that you have the feeling to share the same room with others. In general there is a lack of respect regarding hosts. You have to pay cash (credit cards are not accepted). The location is okay, near dergano station. A simply market is just at the corner of the street.

If you wanna book a cheap small room just to sleep in - it is okay. But you must know that you will hear every sneeze and snore from naighbour room. Sound isolation is tarrible. Metro station is in 5 minutes walk, thats cool. And get ready to ask for an additional linens.

I haven't got all day to write how awful this experience was . GRIM . The place STINKS, the staff have no people skills and the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Honestly would rather sleep in the street .

It's very expensive hostel for their conditions. Check-in is untill 6 p.m. Every hour late costs 10 euro. The bathroom is not in the room. The room is small. The wells are dirty. The soundproofing is very bad.

Never again. If you think of going here just expect to sleep because there won’t be any other service.

Brilliant staff and all the necessary facilities. WiFi was top class. The area was classic authentic Italian with a high quality pizzeria just next door. Overall great hostel in a really interesting part of Milan.

It was the cheapest hostel in Milano, but still quite expensive, no kitchen. It was too cold in the room during the nights. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The hostel is clean and situated in a quiet district, the metro is in a walking distance. There's good pizzerias, groceries and cafes nearby.

This hostel looks like an apartment that is now used as a hostel. The staff opens the door for you, but are not great in greeting or helping with arriving to the city or restaurants nearby. The good thing about this place is the price, but considering you are far away from central Milan, is not that good. The rental gives you access to the room and toilet. We rented a room for 3 people, that was actually a good size. Bathroom with stained bathtub (we ended up having shower with flip-flops on) Kitchen, microwave, fridge etc is non existent. Forgot to take pictures. But the ones shown when booking did not correspond to the reality. Wouldn't go back there

Good prize, good service and well connected to the underground and to the train station to the airport. We missed a locker to keep your belonged safe and it does not include any breakfast. The rooms and the toilet are very clean. It has a nice balcony to sit down at nights and the rooms are huge.

He charged us more aa promised. Website said 20 a night he charged 60. Bedroom wasn’t even clean. Bedsheets were super dirty. It was disgusting

It is a filthy place to stay. There is only one men bathroom. For 8 people. It is very loud there because the walls are paper thin. The receptionist does not care about anything. You are not getting any blankets, you have to pay extra for them. The beds are uncomfortable and the furniture is broken. And there is no feeling of safety there.
