Excellent
beer
but
the
rest
of
the
experience
was
not
great.
My
girlfriend
asked
for
a
cider
because
she's
not
a
big
fan
of
beer
and
a
server
showed
her
a
cider
in
the
fridge.
Then
suggested
something
else
they
had
on
tap
-
it
turned
out
this
was
not
a
cider,
which
is
what
she
specifically
said
was
what
she
wanted
to
drink.
If
this
happened
to
me
I'd
think
it
was
language
barrier
but
she's
Italian
so
I
can't
understand
why
she
was
steered
away
from
what
she
plainly
said
she
wanted.
I
had
to
drink
her
beer
for
her
and
it
was
a
delicious
Goser
so
can't
fault
the
beer.
As
others
have
said,
the
servers
seem
clueless
about
how
to
pull
a
beer.
The
beer
had
a
lot
of
head,
which
is
not
my
preference,
but
they
sell
them
by
size
of
glass
rather
than
a
particular
quantity
of
liquid
so
they
can
do
what
they
want.
The
problem
was
the
process
of
letting
the
beer
drop
from
height
into
the
glass
creating
masses
of
foam
then
WAITING
FOR
IT
TO
SETTLE
BEFORE
TOPPING
UP!
This
was
repeated
several
times
taking
a
total
of
around
ten
minutes.
I've
not
seen
this
done
anywhere
before
so
can't
believe
it
is
the
best
process.
We
did
not
want
the
long
wait
for
a
second
beer
so
we
didn't
hand
around
for
more
drinks
but
the
two
I
ended
up
having
were
great.
