****** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***** every review left about this place is correct. Sat down and asked are the drinks on draft, or bottles. The waitress had the cheek to lie to us and advise draft beers. Wrong, when my partner went in to use the loo, the owner made a song and dance about it and didn’t want to grant him access to the facilities. We saw that the drinks were in fact bottles. To add further insult to injury, their menu advised the price was 5 euro per beer, upon paying the bill if was actually 16 euros, but no paper bill was provided. when queried the owner advised it was for service charge. We were charged 6 extra euros to be lied to and given drinks that were not even draft. Milan is a lovely place with many bars that will charge service, but the service you receive will reflect the price. For your sake, do not visit this establishment, especially as a tourist. Don’t let this bar put you off bars in Milan, as this has not happened anywhere we have visited.

Guy knows nothing about customer service. Prices are extremely high. And they lie to people. They charge 8€ for a coffee and its 5.50€ in their own menu. Definitely not recommended at all. There are plenty of nice places around.

I bought Café, Jaffa and two ice creams - price was 28€ 🙄 it was different price than in menu. I asked what’s that and seller told me that service costs 1,5€ per product. And even that price wasn’t 28€ if count from menu. He just told that ”this is Milano”! I really cant recommend to anyone this place. There is so many more better cafes! Ice cream was also tiny and not good as many else places gellatos. This place made me unhappy and dissapointed.

It's a scam. They will rip you off. The guy on the counter will show you total prize on calculator. Asked for receipt will give it to you without items specified on it.

The guy who was serving on 23 rd of July, 2017 Left very bad impression. He has not allowed the kid to use toilette until we buy something although we were going to buy from the very beginning !!! So we bought ice cream while he prohibited to use toilette for another family member until we buy something else. What a stupid attitude !!!!!

What a scam this place is. MICROWAVED pasta for 8€, and it doesn‘t even taste at all. The pasta was nearly cold and still hard. They had the audacity to walk by us with the microwave pasta packs before bringing the „pasta“ back to us. Don‘t ever visit this place

High prices, and not all prices visible. 5 crackers and 2 loaves €75, the price was quite a surprise. Liqueurs were billed at the price of whiskey.

We stopped for a cafe and drinks and ordered from the menu like usual. The final costs were enormous compared to the service and beverages we received. We ordered 1 caffe americano 3€, 2 cans of Fanta 4€ and ice cream with two balls 5,5€ and the total sum somehow was 21 € at the counter. They told us the ice cream suddenly was 7€ and 4€ per Fanta and the rest one cup of coffee? Doesn't add up... They wouldn't explain anything, just that they don't speak any english sorry... Terrible experience and illegal action for sure. They wouldn't give us the receipt of the purchase.

4€ for a small tea, luckily I realised early on that something was wrong with the restaurant! I can only recommend everyone not to go there and to be careful of this restaurant

Awful experience. Just don't Go! First of all, they are e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y rude. PLUS: You will get a true small ice-cream and they will charge you for a large ("grande") one (euro 4,50) instead. Very sneaky. Now I understand why this please have such a terrible reputation (Check all Trip Advisor reviews...) Some French tourists had warned me, but I wanted an ice-cream anyway and that was the only cafe -gelateria open. INSANE.

The grey-haired man in this cafe is suspected of being racist. This is my first time of leaving a review on Google Maps. It happened on March 4th (I left this comment a month after due to busy work, but I think it is necessary to record what happened here.) Around 8am, I was informed to meet my colleagues at this cafe. As soon as I walked in, I felt that this grey-haired man was not friendly, but I were not sure at that time. My colleague helped me order a cup of hot chocolate. Then I went to help my colleague order a croissant. When I went to order , before I spoke to that man, that man told me in a very hypocritical manner: “MISS, YOU OBVIOUSLY LACK OF GOOD EDUCATION, YOU ARE NOW IN ITALY, YOU SHOULD LEARN THE ITALIAN STYLE OF POLITE AND EDUCATION . " I was shocked and speechless because I didn't do anything. And I think what that man have said are very embarrassing and it’s also a very bad advertisement. Then he shooed us all away although we had all consumed, and the prices in this place are higher than others. I feel very speechless and sad about this. According to his words, what is Italian style of polite and education?

Really tasty and fresh pasta really enjoyed it. We were also scared of other reviews about being scammed howevr that did not happen with us. Two pastas and two colas for 27€

We bought 2 breads, a couple of cream liqueurs, one rum cola and 2 hot punches for which we paid 75 euros! Products at different prices than in the menu! The first time you don't read the reviews, thank you. Avoid the place!

Absolutely horrendous place. The owner ripped off tourists like us. He was charging local €2 for a cappuccino but charged us for €3. And I heard him charging another tourist €6.5 for an ice coffee. AVOID at all cost!

EVERYONE BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I am shocked at how this establishment is still allowed to remain open. I wish I read the reviews of this place on Google before I even stepped foot in here! This place is not even worthy of 1 star! I visited this cafe while on vacation in Milan with two friends, the place looked nice from the outside but beware of first impressions! Between 3 people we ordered 3 iced coffees, 2 crepes, a wrap and 3 cocktails and the owner billed us €99 without the receipt. This bill exceeded our calculations by around €30 so we asked the owner to produce a receipt. The owner failed to produce a receipt with the prices of each item so we wrote down each price as listed on the menu onto a piece of paper and showed the owner. Our calculations showed that there was a mysterious €30 increase on the bill that the owner could not account for! The owner then tried to argue with us and say that each food and drink we ordered had a €1 extra service fee added, which is absurd because that would mean we would have to pay €9 for service alone for the 9 items we ordered and that the prices on the menu are incorrect. Even despite this, we told him this still doesn’t add up to the total price he was charging us. The owner then tried to pull the wool over our eyes by changing the price of the iced coffees to €8 each, even though the price listed on the menu is €5,50. He claimed that the whipped cream on top was an extra €2,50 despite not asking us explicitly if we wanted whipped cream at an extra price, and despite the pictures on the menu showing the iced coffees with whipped cream. We said okay, even according to this new price everything still did not add up to €99. The owner then tried to further claim that he had charged us an additional €10 for diluting our cocktails with some squirts of lemonade because we said they were too strong, which we argued that we hadn’t asked him to and an extra €5 for a dash of lemonade to a cocktail is insanity. What kind of bar would charge a customer €10 for a cocktail and €5 extra for diluting it? He backed down when realizing how ridiculous this was and settled on €2,50 instead for the extra dash. Even while telling us to ‘not worry’ and trying to add up the prices on a calculator, he fumbled over the numbers and pressed the wrong buttons to which my friend had to point out and correct him. The lies he was spinning didn’t add up, and he was unable to account for the total amount he was trying to charge us. In the end we managed to get him to remove around €10 off the bill which was added on for no reason, but in reality we should not have paid a penny extra which had not been clearly listed on the menu. Please be aware of this tourist trap if you are in Milan and steer well clear!

Major scam!!! Beware. 71€ for two coffee, two juices, and two scones. We left immediately. We were looking for Cafe Sì when greeted by a host at the street, it looked close so we went inside to try it. No prices except on the croissants. Sat down after ordering and then saw on the map we went the wrong place, saw reviews and ran inside to ask how much our bill was. Glad we did and left.

Oh! It is terrible of table charge. It's expensive the table charge than coffee. we stayed only less 5minutes.

I usually never write reviews but this place is a SCANDAL. Not only for tourists, also for local people. The owner was extremely rude and wanted to charge me extra for more WATER in my American coffee!!!! I left without even drinking my coffee (that I paid). Will NEVER come back.

Worst ever, CHEATERS and SCAMMERS, we payed 27.50 EUR for something that was about 15 EUR price by menu. They DON'T GIVE BILL, its impossible to get the bill they just say whatever price they want if you are tourist. Police should close this place together with their toilet which is DISGUSTING. Cold treatment towards the clients, the price-quality of the place is painful; on the topic covid the waiters don´t use the mask and a deficient disinfection of the tables and chairs.

Absolutely worst experience in Italy. He didn't allow my 7-year-old son to use a bathroom until I ordered and paid. He charged 16 euros for 2 cups of juice. No price was presented anywhere. Rude attitude. Treat my family like the homeless people. The toilet was stinky like hell. He was running it with his wife and little son. His son will learn how to treat people like him and charge differently depending on what kind of guests he gets. Felt sorry for his son. Shame. I took an Americano and this man deducted 5 euros from my account, when this price is not the price of a coffee. When I asked why, he told me because you were sitting here. In the morning, in another cafe, I paid 6 euros for 2 coffees and 2 croissants. I do not recommend anyone to come here. , he give me bed feeling .
