Went to this Hospital for a fracture, I have to say the service was an experience that I wish never to attend the A&E unless I am too far away from another. Extremely rude staff with no compassion for the language barrier which I would have given a zero if possible (told me the wrong date to come back) I have given a 3 star mainly due to the kindness of the main building that after 2 days of going back and forth have finally set an appointment to get my hand looked at. Beware the long haired short woman in the A&E as I am not her biggest fan. Edit: when I had my appointment in the main building they were horrified of the cast that was put on my hand by A & E 🥶 It was made incorrectly by A & E as they put 2 piece of metal and taped it 😓 AND THEY PUT THE CAST ON THE WRONG FINGER 😭😂

Yesterday morning at 7.30am I reached at the emergency care or so called casuality for extreme diarrhoea. I was just checked by a nurse and given a white band on my hand and asked to wait at the waiting area. I waited there for 5 hrs and was not called inside to see the doctor. Numerous times I went and asked them why they are not calling me , iam tired and exhausted,my back is paining and all .they said they will call me just wait there...imagine all the people who came after me who where given the same priority band on the hand was called in but not me...I don't know what kind of emergency ward is this.. is it because I am a foreigner..I had tessera saniteria with me...after waiting 5 hrs exhausted I left the place to my home...my diarrhoea did not stop till now , I am going to another hospital...worst health system ...I am happy I had some ORS with me in my house...I have to go to another hospital now......

Absolutely horrible. Will never go back again. I waited twice in the ER for six hours each time only to be prescribed a medication that I was allergic to (I told the doctors this and they said yes but take it until you feel bad and then come back to the ER). I also had two other appointments at the hospital and both were useless and a waste of time. I finally went to humanitas in rozzano and they took care of my issue in less than 20 minutes... without trying to poison me. 4 awful experiences at this hospital in 2 weeks. Never again.

Useless to go there me and mine friend waited there for 1 hours just to get first aid. I don't how come these people do their jobs I ask the guy over there once he replied I will call you I don't know there is not even single person in emergency and these guys are gossiping with each other rather than attending someone. It's really very bad experience to go to emergency in hospital.

A terrible experience I’m living at the moment, 4 hours Waiting at the ER, completely tired, dehydrated and without sleep or eating for 36 hours. The absolute rudeness the staff is dealing with the patients, I believe if you were at the police station for a crime to committed, they would have treated you better than that. I have Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, which turns my chest and my stomach into fire, I cannot set down because everytime I set it comes back and it feels horrible, after 4 hours of waiting, I explained my situation begging for someone to help me, I cannot stand on my feet, my pressure is low and the pain from stomach is much worse than the pain of my standing feet. They simply replied, you have to wait, maybe one house maybe 2, if you want you have to wait!!!!!! Maybe I come form a third world country, that has the most unequipped hospitals, but people their care, they understand the massage and their mission to stop people’s pain what’s so ever. Eventually, DO NOT GO TO THAT HOSPITAL, EVER!

One of the worst Experiences i had in Milano, the doctors are very aggressive and Racist with no patience to listen, they give u just any treatment to let u go home, they gave me wrong treatment that was not good for my case, Plus that the stuff is not doing their jobs they just gather to gossip without taking care of the patients, I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO ❌

Horrible. Very rude staff who do not take you seriously. The doctor is worse. Only plus is it is clean and at 6am on a Saturday morning it is only you and some homeless men. But I would rather go back to the over crowded dirty ER where they take you seriously anyway. Avoid this place.

The WORST hospital I‘ve ever been to!! Suffered from pain in the dirty waiting room, waited at least more than 3 hours and after asking the employees how long is it gonna take or if they offer some water to survive the 30 degrees, I just got a cheeky answer „it’s not respectful what I‘m doing here“ NEVER AGAIN!

(Translated by Google) This morning I went to the San Giuseppe hospital for blood sampling, for tests that are of some urgency in the vicinity of a next specialist visit. After checking in, I go to the space in front of the sampling rooms, noting such a crowd that it is difficult to keep a safe distance and, in such a critical period for Covid, the person in charge of the venous sampling was struggling to regulate who must do and what and so all together passionately waiting to be called without having understood the criterion:: pregnant women for pre-hospitalization, many patients waiting for the Covid swab, patients for serology and then the others .. normal ... and I, who am a patient at risk because immunosuppressed, would curl up in the corner hoping to keep a safe distance. I am amazed with how incompetent and superficial the managers of this structure manage this department which in such a critical period for the Covid emergency should be one of the most efficient, they do not even know how to organize a path reserved for Covid compared to those who have to take exams other pathologies. Complimenti

One of the worst Emergency Service I have ever used in all countries that I have lived. On top of the language barrier, the lack of care, the poor triage system and the lower efficiency, make this experience a terrible 5h waiting time without any conclusion. 5h for an emergency evaluation... this is not the place I would choose in case of a severe situation!

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately I am forced to give a star because there is not less. At first glance the hospital looks modern and well maintained, but just wait 50 minutes at the CUP to make the acceptance that you realize the disorganization and lack of desire to work of some of the counter staff. in the clinic we notice a certain arrogance and rudeness of the staff and little predisposition to human relationships. I highly recommend most of the staff seen today to change jobs and to respect human beings more especially those who are sick and in pain .. This will be the last time we come!

Only no Star would be right. After 6 hours of waiting we left the hospital, because no one took a minute to listen to us. My boyfriend had an allergic reaction and nearly collapsed. They doesnt care at all. The person at the entrance was extremly unfriendly. Cant believe what happened over there.

COVID regulations respected to perfection, they gave me both the rapid and the molecular swab before visiting me. They performed an x-ray and then the doctor examined me and gave me the prescription for the necessary medications. Waiting times in line with an emergency room, I was lucky and I was inside for a total of 3 hours. I found the staff helpful and courteous despite being very busy. All this without any sign indicating it. Then oh well the arrogance and the lack of a counter where you can simply ask for information. When will this atrocious use of health as a means to earn and not to focus on the human being and his health will end. Shame on everyone. Pecoroni. (Translated by Google) With great disappointment and surprise, I note that the line of patients waiting for covid swabs is mixed, inside, with the line of all the other patients, including many elderly, waiting for other visits. In a nutshell, the two entrances converge in the checkout area where there are dozens of people all mixed up and safety distances are NOT respected. as some would say ... crazy stuff! it is truly incredible how minimal and basic programming has not been carried out creating inconvenience but above all very high risks of outbreaks. It was sufficient to create two separate areas with a physical division or with mobile barriers or dividers (50 euros each on amazon) since accesses take place from different areas. the covid row enters and accesses the 10/15 counters while the other patients use the 1/10 tills. I propose myself as a medical manager with a salary of 100,000 euros a year to solve these problems in a brilliant way.

(Translated by Google) Too bad not being able to put zero stars. Context of rudeness and no human respect. My mother came in on Sunday 19 u.s. at 2 pm for probable bronchitis. Nobody informed me for hours of her state of health, I was not allowed to see / assist her despite her condition of total disability. On Monday morning I was informed that my mother had died early in the morning on a stretcher awaiting admission to the ward (there were no beds available). Nobody informed me that she was in danger of life, nobody invited me to say goodbye to her. I found it broken up among the other hospitalized in the PS not even covered by a sheet. A paper was put in my hand and invited to follow the mortuary attendant. Obviously, shocked by what had happened, I asked the doctor on duty for clarification who replied in a rude and inhuman way that he knew nothing about it and that he had limited himself to ascertaining the death. All while screaming, with no human regard for my mourning, to the nurses "give me the papers of the deceased woman ...".

(Translated by Google) There is a nurse in the triage, probably of South American origin and with a pigtail, who is of a unique antipathy and arrogance, and I note from the reviews that many others have had bad experiences with him. When dealing with the public it would take a little empathy, there is no such thing as being told "it's Sunday what she came to do" when it comes to coming to the emergency room for a problem. A way of treating people without a minimum of kindness in a context where people who arrive clearly do not do it willingly but because they are in difficulty. Plus there's a dirt unique to the triage, even the spiders crawling on you slowly, upsetting. The rest of the staff was kind at least, for him zero stars.

(Translated by Google) When I looked for the way on Google I saw that there was a star and a half star rating ... .. I understood why, first aid absolutely not organized to manage admissions and consequently emergencies, plus luckily I went alone to pick up a person and it has already been 1 hour in which I have not been able to speak to anyone. The nurse who makes admission every now and then disappears for quarters of an hour and has no problem discussing with colleagues while people wait, I consider this attitude really unprofessional, if I were not forced I would not set foot in this emergency room , little attention to people.

White code, ok we will have to wait a long time, soul in peace. Very small waiting room (max 10sqm) and very cold. After another 5h we are left with only two patients because at least 6 have progressively given up. They do not visit, no other patients arrive but nothing moves, they wait in the cold. By now 9pm, homeless people come in and agree (9.30pm) to come and spend the night in the same waiting room. No covid protocol respected. Masks are not worn, fever is not checked. But in the meantime, what do you expect? We do not know but when asked, we are told that now there is a change and it will take time. Give up after 7h and taxi to S. Carlo. Unworthy hospital service far beyond described; shame on you. (Original) 3 novembre 2021: Esperienza pessima.
