My second home. My coffee and food is always perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet and the store itself is very clean and well designed.

Their donuts are delicious and the taste of some of them are surprisingly good. The cashier is friendly and will help you pick the best ones. You need to trust her. Do not worry, you'll be in good hands

It’s totally unbelievable that men restroom is closed and the workers don’t place handsoap in the women’s restroom. It’s unsanitary not to have a place to wash your hands. Can you imagine how are they preparing the food?

No sense of urgency among the staff. You could be waiting 10 minutes for a simple sandwich to be made which is ridiculous for a spot serving quick on the go breakfast .

Good service good food get my coffee everyday from there. That should tell you how much I like it there.

Stopped in at 7:10 a.m. to pick up a box of coffee, munchkins, and chocolate croissant. The store was not overly busy, and the wait time to place an order was less than 5 minutes. The counter person immediately took the order of the person in front of me but seemed to take a longer time addressing me. After placing the order, I waited almost 15 minutes off to the side before returning to the main counter. The counter person said she was getting my order, which she then started assembling. It appeared as though she had forgotten. She said the croissant was in the bag, but as I was placing napkins in the bag, I did not see it. I returned to ask her, and she again said it was in the bag. By now, I had been in the store for 20+ minutes and again looked through the bag. No croissant. At that point, another worker said it was in a separate bag on the pick-up counter. When I got to my destination and opened the croissant bag, it turned out to be very hard and stale... obviously leftover from the day prior.

The guy who makes sandwiches in the morning always has an attitude on his face, looking at each other, rolling eyes when you ask for something, just makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to ask for anything and he messes up my sandwich every morning. Some staff are very nice/good, some just terrible. The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest to my house.

The staff are always friendly! I really appreciate it. The food is the usual, the coffee is pretty decent. Happy to have this business in our little area.

The Pumpkin or The Cake flavored signature iced coffees wasn't as good as usual last time I went. Don't get coffee with sprinkles in it lol just don't. But I'm not giving three stars based on flavor here. My GF ordered mini everything bagels and we were sitting right in front of them for 17 min before she had to say something. Not her responsibility right? Showing more patience than usual, she asked for a refund after 20 mins. Worker stated there was miscommunication which was obvious, but what is more obvious is who's to blame 🤷🤦✌️

that place did not come again, the one who attended me yesterday a disgusting character as if you do not have money to pay what you want, go in for a coffee and donuts but only came out with donuts because they did not even want to ask for the coffee they gave me , it shows that that boy scared away all the clients

Great place...Coffee was old brewed like morning or so and I could feel that taste..other than that everything else was good.

Staff is not very good at keeping track of the bagels.

My stop most mornings before going to work. A couple of errors on my order but their willingness to make things right is important. They are respectful, friendly and always a pleasant visit. Establishment is always clean and inviting.

I honestly don't know how DD stay in business. The coffee was watery, the selection of creamers slim to meager and overpriced, The part of the experience was the customer service 👌 otherwise this would be a zero star rating.

If you are a pregnant or have kids or just wanted to use the bathroom don’t think come to this location they claiming the customers won’t return the keys Especially the man …I wonder why the women bathroom is closed also or just tell the truth it easier when you need to clean less I have to say the bagel was fresh……. I advise the manager/owner fix that and have customer want to come to your location More customer more profit
