I’m going to be straight to the details because I’m traumatized from this experience. I stayed here 2 nights with my family and I booked 2 non smoking rooms online but when I got there, they addressed me to a handicapped room?? Upon entering the room, you’ll be lightheaded from all the heavy smoke smell, and keep in mind I had little kids with me. The bedsheets and pillows had black/brown stains on it. The ceiling was crumbling. Shower area had dirty towels and the water was also disgusting. Couldn’t even shower. In the middle of the night, I had waken up to a dry eye and a burning sensation occurred. This place is nowhere near safe to stay. If you value your well-being, avoid this place at all costs. Staff had attitude and anger issues. Stay safe everyone.

If only I could zero stars. The rooms were disgusting. The first one they tried giving us was full of furniture from other rooms. Possibly an honest mistake but it gets worse. The next room had trash and dead cockroaches all throughout the room and bathroom, cigarette burns in the bedding, the faucet in the tub was leaking a lot, and mold growing on the curtains. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they became very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Never had I had such a horrible experience. Do NOT book at this hotel.

Hotel was dirty. Mirros dirty. Cigarette burns on everything: the fabrics, the the tub. The room smelled like smoke heavy. Sheets had stains. Bottom of shower curtain was very dirty. We asked for a new shower curtain. Some guy from the hotel came in his underwear to switch it, but first he argued with us about it. He said that it wasn't dirty even though it clearly was. Reservation was for 3 people but they only gave us 2 towels. Also free breakfast and pool are not available due to "covid" even though no one wears masks and the hotel has food for sale. Also saw a huge rat in the parking lot at night.

The air conditioner in the first room I was given did not work. No fridge or microwave neither! Very bare minimum. I asked to change rooms and they were very helpful with that request. The second room had everything the first room didn’t. This hotel is for a budget traveler, no frills, no thrills…just a quaint comfy, affordable stay. The management can be helpful but are very aggressive when offering housekeeping services. The person hit the door rapidly with metal keys and shouted until we opened the door. He wouldn’t leave with a simple yell of a NO THANK YOU. We had to get up from bed, open the door, and say no thank you. Besides that and the lack of air conditioning in the first room, my stay was about average for the location and amount of stars. However, Wyndham should reconsider attaching their name to these types of hotels.

Never have I seen a rude front desk. Came in with family and was standing like we were invisible. The person at the desk kept doing something else without even saying a hello as if we were beggars. He clearly saw us waiting in front of the desk for a while. I gave ample time for him to do his thing until it seemed very rude. He chose to revoke the booking, I had my wife and baby with me , we drove for 5 hour to get insulated. Is this how Ramada trains their front desk ? The front desk is the first impression of the hotel. It’s possible he didn’t keep our booking and filled up the rooms and was ignoring at first to see if we leave. He also said they Still doesn’t serve breakfast due to covid-19. You can’t use that excuse forever to cut cost. Booking stated breakfast included but not when you get there. Bait and switch situation. No pool access. He told us to go somewhere else.

This is our second night staying the first night we stayed the bathroom and room smelled like smoke but the price was reasonable. The second time around our bathroom was out dated & old. We had no microwave or fridge. Our rate was extremely high. There customer service is very poor when it comes to accommodation.Rules are unbalanced ! I feel like I’m on hotel nightmares.I won’t be returning.

Checking in was ridiculous. The lady argued with my brother in law because he tried to tell her she had the rooms switched. Since we had 2 rooms reserved. Then when he started yelling back it was an issue. The rooms were disgusting. When we woke up in the morning the food we had sitting on the dresser by the tv had been eaten through the box. When we told them at the front desk they definitely didn't seem surprised at all. And just looked at us like it's a normal thing. We had 4 rooms total. Next year we will definitely go somewhere else. I would sleep in my car before I stay here again. There was definitely shady things going on in the building behind us. Which was still the same hotel. The same females in and out of rooms all night. We were there for the m3 rock festival. So we were all out hanging outside so we weren't crammed in a room. It was interesting.

Dirtiest, smelliest place I've ever stayed - and I'm 73. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Burn holes in the worn-out comforter. Window and mirrors looked like they were cleaned with used deep-fryer oil. Not worth the low price.

Of course I want to recognize the person in the front desk who had his bare feet on top of the table. And the roach who welcome us at the main lobby. And don’t let me forget of the bedbugs who bite my infant baby. Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Bed sheets were dirty & the room smelled cigarettes. Bathroom was filthy dirty. Never again. This hotel doesn’t deserve not one star.

The tv wasn't working properly and the bathroom also doesn't work right and is quite disgusting with the tub not draining. The place looked gross definitely wasn't cleaned properly and is quite unsettling. The stairway smelled of urine

Do not waste your money in this dump! Holes in shower curtain, bath tub was caved in, a dirty place, everything is falling apart, no lighting, dangerous ramp, smelled very bad and remote control batteries were taped to the back, smoke detector hanging off the wall!! It is run down! Also- no continental breakfast as advertised and no ice machine. Please see pictures

Customer service was great!! However, if I could give negative stars for the rooms I would. It smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The tub looked like lead poisoning . I was appalled. I never even unpacked my bags. I returned immediately to the front desk and asked to be refunded. I do not recommend.

Horrendous experience. Originally had booked for king size bed, they informed they were just giving out keys and room #s to other guest and no more king bed were available so we settled with a two queen size bed. Afterwards my room key didn’t work, I stayed for 4 days and only one day was I able to enter my room without having to wait over 15 mins for someone to open my room door. Aside from all of these inconveniences, I requested a towel and no towel was provided as they informed housekeeping was not available. Never again will I stay at a Ramada hotel The room was very abandoned. Only a couple outlets work, there was a clock with no time and customer service was repulsive

The pros of this hotel were heavily outweighed by its cons. Its strengths were the spacious, king-sized bed and inclusion of full-length mirrors, a T.V., and a microwave. Its shortcomings were plenty. The entire room was not properly cleaned. There were strands of hair and spots of grime all over the bedroom and bathroom areas. The bed smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns despite me booking a non-smoking room. The shower had temperature control problems. The front desk staff is not particularly welcoming nor helpful nor professional. Also, I called the front desk multiple times throughout my 6-day stay and they never once picked up. The biggest issue for me was that there was no WiFi during my 6-day stay despite WiFi being listed as one of the hotel's amenities.

By far the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Please understand this was not an overstatement. There was a dirty jacket in our closet. It smelled like someone was smoking in the room. (I asked for a non-smoking room) pretty sure there was a speck of dried blood on the bathroom door. There was a stain on the shower curtain. The bathroom smelled like a port authority. The mirror looked like it was not wiped with Windex but with used bath water. Outside of the hotel had a lady talking to herself. When we returned from our first event we cancelled our two day stay and begged family to send funds for a better place. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAYED FOR AND MUCH LESS. If wish had a hotel it would be this place. Do not stay here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. To start with the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom reeked of pot. There was not toilet roll holder, the 2 metal pieces were there but the plastic middle bit was not. There were ashes or dirt on one of the metal pieces. There was dirt and hair in the edge of the tub, long hairs in the tub-I have short hair so definitely not from me. The tub stopped draining randomly but was fine the next day. The fan in the bathroom was held up by packing tape. There was toothbrushing spittle above the sink-we use red toothpaste so definitely not ours. The front window had a crack in it. The curtain was dirty. There was a sock under the bed that didn’t belong to us. A jewelry looking thing on the carpet. So no vacuuming was done. The mirror was smudged. The chair came apart when trying to move it. The dresser drawers were not straight and broken. 2 out of the 3 lamps did not work. Part of the base board near the bed was missing with chunks of wall on the floor. Asked for 2 more towels, the front desk acted like it was a pain then said I’ll call someone. Never got towels. Asked the cleaning person the next day when we passed him on the first floor-he said we should as upstairs cleaning person. We stopped at the laundry room and asked again. They reluctantly gave us towels after half of us having to use hand towels because they would not give us towels. The pool is closed because of “Covid” as well as the hot breakfast. The sheet had a burn mark. The stairs are very rusted and have been painted over.

I have never been treated so poorly or with such disrespect, I was forced to send an email with a photo of my ID and CC front and back in order to pay for an emergency room for my son, who was staying in another state. A refund was refused for a cash payment by my son, who paid for a three night stay with the last of his money. I wanted to use my credit card for the payment instead, so he would have money for food and an Uber. This was refused, and finally after 6 phone calls and an email with my CC information, a refund of 2 nights was given, and my CC was charged for the other 2 nights. A refund of all lthree nights would not be given, because apparently the cash payment for the first night had already been "posted". Mind you this is almost 11pm Baltimore time. The desk clerk was extremely rude. In addition, the phone system of the hotel is in such disrepair that the person on the other line cannot be heard clearly over all the static and scratcy noises. To top it off, my son was told he could not check out until I called the front desk because I was the one who made the reservation. This is absolutely unacceptable! I am extremely angry and upset about this customer service. I will make it a point to never do business with Ramada Inn again!

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in...!! Front desk was on the phone the whole time checking me in. The bed was hard. The door's lock was damaged and loose. The carpet was dirty. The TV was too small. The sheets had holes. The iron board was dirty. The bathroom was too small and filthy as in needed a paint job, new tub and shower head. The toilet water pressure was no good. There were cracks along the wall and ceiling; the fire alarm was missing. There are no security cameras and insufficient lighting in the parking lot. I can continue..... WARNING ⚠️ STAY AWAY ! Ps- The water was hot and the air conditioner was adequate.

This place was not clean. First room the sink was filthy went to the office the second room had a roach waiting for us, we just chose the first room. The guy came back to clean the sink. I recommend this place to people low on funds and really in dire need. This place is like a hideout for crack heads, also it's East Indian families spread out living on the premises, working there but doing a poor job.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I don’t even know how this is possible. We booked two nights and the first thing we were greeted by were 3 cop cars at the the entrance because of a reported domestic violence. Once we entered our room, there were cigarette burns on the bed and paint peeling off the ceiling. We booked a non-smoking room but the room reeked of cigarettes. Did I mention that this place has bed bugs and dust mites too? It felt like the whole night something was crawling and we woke up to bed bug bites. This wasn’t the worst thing we woke up to. Our bathtub and toilet were backed up and flooded the whole bathroom. Every time someone flushed their toilet in the next room, it would flood up our bathroom!! And the water was a yellow murky color, gross!! My boyfriend and I went down to the front desk and demanded a refund. We let the front desk know what was happening and the lady completely gaslighted us. She didn’t understand the severity of the bathroom issue until we showed her a picture. Luckily we were able to argue our way to get the refund for the last night, and we packed our things and LEFT!! But no it just keeps getting worst. The manager on duty came rushing in to the lobby demanding someone to call the police because apparently someone broke a window in one of the rooms. Not only were we greeted by cop cars but we left with cop cars coming in. This place deserves to be shut down and I don’t know how it’s possible it is still running. This hotel is dirty, disgusting, and unsafe. The service is 0/10. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I had to switch rooms 3 times, blood was on my pillow case, sheets were dirty, found dead bugs lying around The rm. key didn’t work, I was in line @ the front desk w/ 4 other guests that keys didn’t work. We had to go to the front desk to let them use the master key to get back in our room. The owners are from (a country where they wear a red dot on their head) for the sake of abiding by “comment guidelines”. As you know they are more into money, not luxury, comfort, or excellent 5 star service for customers whatever business they own.

I waited 5 minutes to be waited on . The girl was playing in the back office with her boyfriend. Once she finally came out she sat in the chair she didn't greet me or anything. I asked her u waiting on computer on something she said no she waiting on me ,I said u couldn't possibly be waiting for me I've been waiting on you for 5 minutes. Then once she gave me my key ,my room and 6 other rooms had there windows busted out. I went back and told her she acted like she didn't care ,but gave me another room key. Once in the room the shower was dingy and dirty. I had someone keep knocking at my door looking for a female. I told them 3 times no one was there by that name. Then a group of girls and guys started screaning and yelling for the female outside my room. I am shocked because it was once such a great hotel.

If I could give negative star rating I would! DO NOT STAY HERE! Lady at the front was the rudest I have ever encountered. People shooting heroin in the outside hallway. Room disgusting we did not stay. Pool was green and there was a sign on the window saying no breakfast. False advertising and the pictures they show are not this hotel.

The room I was in had nice beds, new carpet, and new sink countertops but the bathtub could have really used replacing. The bathroom door was very dirty as well.

-The room stinks literally stinks have to keep the door open during my entire stay vacated the room in couple of hours. - all the appliances are dirty, - bathroom looks bad - was advertised as complimentary breakfast is available, but there is nothing like that over there. - this is worst place I have ever seen in my 20yr stay in US. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone at the front desk before check-in. The rooms as filthy, I didn't unpack my bags. Not all the outlets in the room worked. When asking for amenities, you're better off going to the store to get it, since they said housekeeping was unavailable. The place is a dump, but I shouldn't have expected any thing more in a dump like Baltimore

This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I booked a room and when I went in the room there was pee all over the seat. I asked for another room and they said no problem and gave me another key to another room. This time there was just dry pee spots over the toilet. I went down again and the person said we have one good room and personally escorted me to the room There were roaches coming out of the bathtub. Got a refund and now looking for a place to stay because it's 11pm. Don't go here

Room was filthy. Non smoking room had cigarette burns on the bathtub and the linens and furniture. Smoke detector was missing. Website said they served breakfast but that was false. Also the swimming pool was closed. Sketchy activities around the hotel Avoid this hotel!!!!

If I could rate this place, it would be a 0. They literally canceled on me last minute! Like who in the sane state of mind would do that to a customer. The dude in the front desk then tries to give me a 2 bedroom for $50 more than what I had originally. He just wasted my time and I had to sleep in my car that night! AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COST.

  • 1/5 Quinton P. 2 years ago on Google
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Bring your own pillows, the bathtub covered in mold, incredibly rude staff, holes in the doors, burn marks in the bedding. They just flipped the sheets over instead of washing them. I’m reporting them the the county health department. **Update** The bed had bugs
