The csr was horrible... I can't believe you make someone jump thru extra hoops for something they've already had.. smgdh

My experience with Compassionate Care was amazing. Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. I was nervous going into the consultation, but Dr. Goodrich put me at ease right away. She was compassionate, helpful and incredibly informative. I look forward to using Compassionate Care again for my renewal next year.

The process was quick and simple. I received lots of reminders for my appointment and the staff went above and beyond to help me through the process. My appointment went well and all my questions were answered. The team was very professional and caring.

Their name says it all "Compassionate Care". I will continue to strongly recommend them.

This facility is very professional and the customer service is great. Dr. Goodrich was very quick, but listened to my needs and offered her suggestions based on my issues. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The renewal process is pretty easy. I would suggest this place for your medical marijuana needs.

I a great experience with Amy Goodrich on a zoom call. She asked appropriate questions, was very pleasant and had some good suggestions for pain control. There were many reminders about the appointment and a very friendly lady called right before the appointment to be sure I was able to get on zoom for the call. I felt that the on line information was appropriate requesting information necessary to the call . However, getting the information to Compassionate Care was a little disjointed.

The physician and customer support were excellent! The communication was great, and the attention to detail that the doctor took with me was exemplar. She took her time to make sure she provided salient recommendations that were best for me. I truly appreciated that.

The doctor I spoke with was very caring and understanding about my specific situation. She also gave me alot of information that is very useful. The doctor was very respectful and made sure all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone who would be interested in the program.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I was able to get a next-day appointment for the renewal of my card!! So quick and easy. Last year, I waited almost 3 months in AGNONY before I could see a doctor. They have such a friendly staff as well...makes you feel extremely comfortable. So thankful for you guys and THANK YOU DR. Y!!!

I initiated contact in February and everything went well. I needed to send them my medical records, and get approved by the state. I had issues getting time, as I'm a full time caregiver, and had issues with my dr, but in April I sent my medication records. I should have been approved right away, or certainly within 24 hours. But no such luck. I called after a day. Then I emailed after 2. On the third day I was told they might get back to me after the weekend. Maybe. At any rate, I contacted Marijane Consults, and was in a dispensary three hours later. Perhaps the dr was having a family issue. Maybe she was in a much needed vacation. I don't know. Had they refunded my money I would give 3 stars. But not providing the service, then not offering a refund rates one star.

Took a little more time to be certified than anticipated. Overall good customer service with convenient virtual appointment. -- Came time to renew and the price to renew was twice what they charged me for the first appointment. I found a new doctor that isn't taking advantage of people. Look elsewhere.
