I have to say, I went into therapy with a lot of doubts. My surgeon wasn’t optimistic either. Hannah Dejarnette Changed my mind. While there aren’t ways to make my hands work like they once did, Hannah showed me ways to get around all that. By using devices and coming up with different ways to accomplish the everyday tasks that we all take for granted, I’m in a much better place now. I’m grateful and I highly recommend Lifebridge Physical Therapy at Foundry Row.

Professional and friendly

I have only just started with my therapy here. I’m working with Natalie and she’s awesome. She’s very friendly and when I have conversations with her she makes me laugh and smile. She knows her way around the human body lol. For what I’m being treated for, she has definitely done her homework on. She knows everything about my issues. She doesn’t hesitate when asked a question about my issues. Thanks for the everyday laughs and smiles Natalie. I know it’s the beginning of my journey, but I have faith you will be teaching me a lot of new things on how to treat and manage my issue. I’m glad I finally found someone who understands how I feel every day with this. Thank you!!!!!

The staff is knowledgeable, skilled, easy to work with, and provide individualized 1:1 care plans. Patients are not crowded in or rushed through. Location is convenient and well designed. Highly recommend it!

Conor Cox is the best. He is so professional, patient, and took his time to make sure that I got all the exercises right. He makes sure my knees are comfortable and that I get relief from my pain. So far so good. I really appreciate his work. I salute you Mr.Cox. Thank you.

I had the best physical therapy experience at Lifebridge Physical Therapy in Owings Mills, MD. Conor Cox was my therapist and he was very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I would recommend Lifebridge Physical Therapy in Owings Mills to all my family and friends.

This facility is well organized and friendly from its front desk staff to their therapist. I do recommend it for those who need effective help in getting better physically. Do remember that you as a patient also need to put work in your own recovery too.

Fabulous for physical therapy, I have used him for years and when I have back pain; I go back to him. Currently, he is helping both me and my wife.

I have been coming here since 2022 for lymphedema therapy. My therapist is Lisa and she has done a wonderful job. My arm is so much better off now. I have major improvement on my arm and I’m really happy about that. I will be ending my physical therapy because there’s no longer anything more. They can do for my arm. I was very pleased with the success I did have in my arm. My arm is in so much better condition. I have to thank the staff for being very patient with me and Lisa especially for all the help she gave me.

Renee was very thorough with her exercises and educational as well! all the people at this facility make you feel like you are the only patient there!

Several times I have been to this rehab center over the years. This was my first time meeting Conor and he has done an excellent job. He takes a lot of care not only to handle your physical needs but also to explain exactly what he’s doing. He’s a young guy that’s on his way up. Congratulation Conor keep up the good work. Lisa Cozzolino is a great therapist. She gets a 5 star rating for the following reasons: She is timely...I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. She is very professional, but, you can still enjoy great conversation while doing therapy. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why she is doing it. She is very caring...she takes the time to ask if you have any questions, then takes the time to address any concerns. I would highly recommend Lisa as your O.T.

Hannah is a good OT I had hand surgery and she has helped with the soreness and strengthening. Very professional and courteous! My hand feels so much better!

Lifebridge, Northwest Hospital contractual Physical Therapy in collaboration with Nova Care Rehabilitation, Owings Mills, Foundry Row next door to Wegmans, is an agreement that is above and beyond the needs of this community. Although appointment are a bit distant, the wait is well worth it as for as fast and complete rehabilitation. Having said that, I was there for vertigo treatment. I am currently symptoms free and I thank Dana and the other professional therapist, I can’t remember his name, please forgive. My observation of the work that the other therapist were applying, showed me how skilled and professional they were in the treatment of the patients and how comfortable they may them feel while going through their various regiments. I was equally impressed with the manner in which they treated the frail (very senior) patients. My evaluation of this organization is outstanding and would gladly recommend it to anyone who asked. Everyone is very kind and caring. Lisa is my hand therapist and she is quite knowledgeable with the type of surgery I had thus helping me to gain strength and mobility back in my thumb and hand. The receptionist and front end staff are so pleasant when I come in for OT. It is always nice to get a warm greeting from them!

Overall nice place. Front desk could be a bit more hospitable(not going to name call). Had a hell of a misunderstanding in reference to scheduling in the beginning, for them to say that "it always happens" between the 2 departments, but yet it's still not obvious to be corrected. One of the front desk women that assisted with the scheduling the very first time, handed the phone to the other assistant when I called to changed a presceduled appt that was given to me. If you want to take things person because you messed up, you shouldn't be working with ppl. Especially the Healthcare field..

I came all the way there and they didn't see me because I didn't come 30 minutes early which no one called to inform me that I had to do. That wasn't listed anywhere in the emails. They didn't send any intake form or anything. When I checked it online I'd have to spend 5-10 minutes on a form not 30. If that had been listed I would've saved my money and rescheduled instead of trying to make it. I have an IUD that Dr. Braun put in at another location and I've just been chasing after her ever since. I had to wait almost 2 months for this appointment and now I'm expected to wait another month. I will just be scheduling somewhere else

I’ve been working with Conor both pre and post hip replacement. When my progress slowed the end of 2022, it was Conor that sat me down and suggested I see a good orthopedic surgeon. He gave me the name and contact information for Dr Delanois, and told me he was confident Delanois could quickly assess my needs, and get me back on my feet. A long story short; I’m bionic now, back in PT with Conor, and progressing faster than anyone was expecting. Conor is caring, competent, and all his patients appreciate him. I should know; he’s been my #1 PT guy for a while now. I suspect he’ll be kicking me to the curb soon, because I’m doing so well. If you want a physical therapist who will always do their best to make you whole again, you won’t do better than Conor.

Excellent services at Lifebridge PT and over 2 month period I had no problems with scheduling appointments. I have improvement with my neck and shoulders and was given an exercise program to continue at home. Special thanks to Miranda S. and the entire physical therapy team.

I have been to several OT's and Hannah is the best one I have experienced. She listens to me and assists in breaking down my goals so they are achievable. I am 2 years post stroke and have gained so much movement in my arm since being treated by Hannah.

Ryan was great to deal with. He went over my neck & back problems and after reviewing the medical reports, he prepared a workout routine for me to follow at home that helped ease the pain and helped me to regain the mobility I had lost. I would highly recommend him for any issues you may have.

She was very and I enjoyed talking to her. Talking helped with the pain (haha). There was always something new to do.

I am very happy with the quality and care. Everyone from the receptionists to the therapists, especially Conor and Jessica are warm and friendly, very knowledgeable and supportive. They have made my rehab experience a successful one.

Very nice and friendly from the beginning...We talked like we had known each other for years. I felt very comfortable there. Absolutely loved there heating pads as well, very relaxing after the stretches.

It was very easy working with Lifebridge physical therapy. The therapist Natalie made my experience exceptional. The front desk staff were also very attentive. I rarely fill out surveys but because of their exceptional service and the care they took of me, I felt it necessary to let others know.

Love this place for the empathy and compassion shown by therapist Todd. I would like to express the same appreciation for the therapist I saw on my second visit (my sincere apologies that I can't recall his name, but he was young, so amicable and did his best to adjust the physical therapy that would cause less discomfort to me. I worked with Hannah on my elbow and she is a godsend. My pain went down tremendously after my sessions with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! She works very hard to help her patients and you can see that she truly wants you to get better. She is just amazing and I can't say enough about her. I also had 1 session with Lisa, and I found her to also be very helpful! I am so appreciative of everyone, especially Hannah. Thank you, LifeBridge for the amazing therapy.
