PAR NONE is where I’ll begin! My results are AMAZING, from my first procedures of many. Dr. Markmann and his ENTIRE Staff go above and beyond, meaning consultations billing pre & post operative measures. Beside manor, care and patient support is far than expected or experienced, no one is looked at in any differentiation. Expect EXCELLENCE from the phone inquiry to front reception to the surgical procedures plus all in between are sublime and top of the line. I recommend to set up appointments and feel the renewing of your spirit mind body and soul. I am experiencing what I am designed to be in my mind’s eye, after having multiple children raising a family and caring for others. Now with The Metamorphasis Family, they’re knowledgeable provide resources and above all professional to help me achieve MY TIME. A “Thank You” just doesn’t seem enough.

*Spoiler Alert* My review is lengthy, so you've been forewarned... Dr. Markmann performed my procedure in January 2022. It went well and I am 95% happy with my results. However, it's my other experiences with this practice that left me feeling otherwise. They appeared to have a high staff turnover rate. Markmann is the only doctor in the practice and he has A LOT of patients. Additionally, his Patient Coordinator at that time, Ashley, was unpleasant to deal with. I asked her a question in an email and her response: "Read the email". She was pretentious and was curt during discussions. I felt like I was annoying her with questions. Thankfully, she quit soon after. Jennifer Harvey replaced her and was more pleasant, but her follow-up (if she did) was slow and extremely poor. Unexpectantly, my post surgery care had to be home due to COVID and hospital bed scarcity, so I required an overnight nurse. At that time, Markmann's office was in dire need of bedside nurses. With only a few days to spare, I was fortunate to hunt down an excellent nurse through friends. Markmann was impressed with her so I was asked to see if she would be interested in on call work with them.  I told them I would reach out. Maybe 1-2 days passed and they took it upon themselves to directly contact the nurse that I (not they) went through cartwheels to find! I found it tacky. They gave her a substantial offer which she wound up declining. THE INFAMOUS BAG When I arrived for follow up 3 days after my surgery, Grace(Finance Coordinator) said "Hi. How are you?" Before I could respond she said "Did you bring the bag?" I was confused " What bag?" She says "The bag with all the medical supplies we gave you for your home care...There is a paper in the bag that says to return the bag...If you had used one of our nurses they would have known...Did you pay the deposit?" I was not my best and being bombarded about a bag as soon as I hit the door. Was it a Birkin bag or Chanel bag? I said "I didn't know I was supposed to return a bag." I saw about 5 nurses that day and was already nervous about an invasive surgery. The last thing I was thinking about was a bag. After some dialogue it felt like I was going to be labeled 'the angry  woman who made her feel threatened' very soon, so I got quiet. My husband overheard it and was irked. Days later, when the doctor called to check in, I told him I was bothered with the entire bag debacle because I take returning other people's property seriously. Dr. Markmann said bluntly, and I'm not making this up: "Grace's job is not to be compassionate, but to handle billing." *Clutches pearls* He then proceeded to gaslight me! He snaps "I don't know why you are making such a big deal out of a bag. (Mind you, I never started the bag drama) Just return it...I didn't charge you the deposit for the bag and normally that's $200." *Blank Stare* He lacked ZERO compassion for how I felt. I told him there was no warmth with his practice. I had planned to get another procedure done there but not anymore. He responds: "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way." Really? He could have cared less. When I returned 'The bag', the Queen Petty in me tied a HUGE red bow on it. The other staff looked bewildered.  But I know Grace and Dr. Markmann knew why I did that. I thought about going elsewhere for my follow ups, but I didn't feel comfortable seeing another surgeon for work they had not performed.  After that episode, Dr. Markmann conducted himself in a professional manner and never used that tone with me again. However, I stand by the quote "When people show you who they are, believe them the first time." For my first follow-up, I did not like how they sent me home with the same nasty drainage bra I was told not to remove after surgery. I also did not like how they lacked sufficient material ab. post care. Only received post surgery care p/w fr hospital, not them. Markmann answered questions, but Google was really my doctor. Overall, my personal experience with this practice was not good.

Always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Markmann. He is PATIENT and knowledgeable. He is VERY EXPERIENCED in his field, and I trust his suggestions 100%. We all at one time or another have met with a Doctor who is aloof and uppity, but this Doctor makes you feel safe and listened to. He has a SUPERB bedside manner. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, kind and welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home........................... 5 years later and I am very happy to say, this office hasn't slipped in the quality and care they give me.

Dr Markman was very attentive and never rushed when I had questions. I was always able to reach him with any concerns! I NEVER WORE SHORTS until after my thigh lift and reduction. I look DELICIOUS 😋 Thank you Dr Markman and all the staff❤️❤️❤️

Dr Markmann is the BEST plastic surgeon! He did my breast reduction with amazing results I am very pleased with him and the entire staff! Felicia is also amazing. I suffered from hyperpigmentation for years and now my skin glows. Not only is she knowledgeable on how to treat skin of color, she is passionate about work making her clients happy. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Tineaka has been super helpful with my recovery! Highly recommend buying the lymphatic massage package with her if you want to feel better and and have a speedy recovery after surgery. Dr. Markmann is a wonderful surgeon and has great staff to accompany him.

I came in today for Microdermabrasion, my first treatment with Felicia. She is so wonderful and very nice. Also my treatment was nice and quick. She recommended me adding the chemical peel to it, then I am now leaving the office with my skin glowing and super soft. I feel great. I totally recommend this place 😊❤️

Everyone at Metamorphosis Plastuc Surgery is great. Front desk staff, patient coordinator and nursing staff are all very nice and helpful. Dr. Markmann is wonderful. He is very personable and has great bed side manner. He listened to my goals and gave me the results I wanted !

Highly recommend scheduling with Kristen. She’s extremely personable and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout your session. She makes the appointment quick and easy. I have never waited more than 5 min in the waiting room and have even been accommodated when arriving early for my appointment. The rest of the staff is welcome and friendly as well! I am very happy with my results and with my experience and recommend Metamorphosis to friends and family.

Amazing work! Being a man and a first timer getting any work done, I was a little nervous but Kristen did a great job of educating me on the procedure and products, as well as explaining every step along the way, in a soothing and friendly demeanor, which put me at ease and made me feel confident. Her skills and professionalism showed immensely as I barely felt any of the injections and the results were amazing! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Markmann but had to rescheduled due to a family emergency. I just want to say even though I did not get a chance to meet the doctor, the STAFF was extremely nice. I got a really good vibe from this place and look forward working with them in the near future. Good Customer Service goes a long way!

I’ve been going to Metamorphosis for almost 2 years and Felicia started my skincare facials this year! And let me tell you that in 6 months, my skin has TRANSFORMED! I had tons of acne scarring and texture and indentation from acne, and she recommended I do chemical peels and the glow facials. It’s been excellent and my skin is so bright and smooth now in just 6 months! I can’t believe it! It’s been a struggle for me for years! She’s been great and personable and gives you tips on how to continue improving skin. The entire staff and receptionists are super friendly and so personable for any issues I have had. I have also gotten lasers here with Diana and it has also been a great experience! They do everything possible if there are any concerns to get them resolved as well and to accommodate appointments as needed. Definitely the best place for facials and lasers that I’ve been to!

Kristen did absolutely wonderful work with my face. She is amazing with her knowledge and skills. Everyone tells me compliments and I feel younger. I would definitely recommend her. I see the difference.

I received gynecomastia surgery and the results are absolutely amazing. Results took around 3 months to fully show but it’s worth the wait. The self esteem aspect I gained from this was worth every penny, and the care was amazing.
