Every time my elderly 80 year old mother comes here, she is waiting for some obscene amount of time. She is here to see her doctor after spending 45 mins in the waiting room, just to come to a room get an EKG, which took 10 mins to be waiting another 30 PLUS BECAUSE WE ARE STILL WAITING minutes. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT THE ELDERLY. After leaving the room to ask how much longer she was going to have to sit in the room having breathing problems, did I witness the doctor chillin in his office on the laptop, only then did he then get up and come in to examine her.

Yes, there is Dr. Banal needs to sit down and listen more to the patients stop putting patients on your 2 to 5 minute time frame and exiting the room, listen and arrange for 30 minute sessions when a patient has the need to get more information or explanation of their condition. Stop trying to exit the room stop making recommendations of other medical professionals to seek when the line of question is in your court. I was referred to the specialist to determine my high blood pressure diagnosis or I need? to be placed on medication. It was not communicated very clearly by the specialist, one way or the other. I felt uncomfortable he deflected several times with direct questions about my hypertension, diagnosis or not? I'm not very clear on the outcome of the conversation I last had. I try to communicate and share information but I felt I wasn't being heard respect it or acknowledged seriously. I have decided that would be my last visit. I would need to take his advice and consult somewhere else as he stated! I would need to see, a hypertension specialist, not a cardiologist . I'm not knowledgeable on who that would be, and then he did not have any recommendation other than making the announcement which left me to seek his advice on my own. I'm disappointing shame on you . You need to focus more on the practice of preventive healthcare the well-being, overall care of the patient and stop focusing on your five minute stop clock to run to the next room. I felt like each time I visit it was only about due process and a claim to submit to the insurance company. Where is your passion? Did you forget why you got into this industry? Are you a paper claims pusher are you trying to beat the record for shortest time spent in a room with a patient stop slow down!!! I am a shame, to speak of you in this matter because I know your spirit is better than that I can feel it when you shake my hand, you do mean well, but you need to catch up with a "do well." I speak my truth and I hope you take this to the heart and you evaluate yourself and by the way, give yourself more than five minutes to do so. Please note that the 2023 statistics on the state of healthcare, deaths of African-Americans, due to incorrect diagnosis or lack of *attentive care are at their highest numbers today. It is an ongoing growing issue at their highest numbers today. It is an ongoing growing issue in the medical field across the board. We all strive to do our best every day. One must ask themselves have I, contribute to the systematic indifference of preventive healthcare efforts among the African-American population.- Godspeed.

I have been a patient of this location for about 2 years give or take. More often than not, voicemail is the protocol and calls not being returned in a day or 2 or 3 is normal. On several occasions, I have even had to drive to the office to get results, appointments, prescriptions or replies. The specialist is a pleasant and professional dr. The staff are pleasant enough in person, however there is a very present lack of accountability or follow through in the office managent staff. If I were picking drapes to match wallpaper, maybe it wouldn't be so offensively off-putting for such substandard service to be the acceptable norm. Cardiology is a bit more sensitive and care doesn't seem to be a part of their model of healthcare. Susan was given in her hands my COMPLETE medical file by me in November. Every time I have called her to follow up, she assures me she's been very "busy" and I should see her desk, which is why she hasn't scanned my medical private HIPAA information into my file as of yet. Even today, 6 months later, she has NO idea what she has done with my file. I was asked by the dr could I go to previous dr to obtain the missing documents again. My time, my gas, my inconvenience for an office impropriety conducted by the office staff. NO. How about Susan follow up with the correction needed for her own misconduct. The dr told me she was in the middle. No accountability for being too "busy" to do your job properly is a management issue. It is expected that when you leave your home to go to work that there may be actual WORK for you to do. I am greatly disappointed at the mistake, as we humans sometimes make, but am greatly disgruntled at the lack of accountability or corrective measures Baltimore Heart or Life Bridge requires of its employees.

1/23/24- Good visit. Everything went smoothly. My visit to Baltimore Heart on 6/21/23 was very good. The procedure was done on time, was very professional, and the whole experience was very good. I had a different procedure scheduled for 6/22/23. The office called to cancel that appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled time; of course I was on my was on my way to the office. The problem was that the computer system was completely down. The people in the office were very apologetic when I got there. Well those things happen. It is now in the evening and I am still waiting for the results of the first procedure and the re-scheduling of the second appointment. Hopefully the computer will be up tomorrow and I will hear. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The Baltimore Heart office is very efficient. It was under 5 minutes from the time that I checked in until I was taken back for the tests. The technician was efficient and very professional. And Dr Soodan was on time and had time for questions. I trust Dr Soodan completely, and I recommend Dr Soodan and the office to all of my friends needed these services.

Dr. Chaghanti’s office is always so friendly and efficiently run! The wait time is minimal and everyone bends over backwards to make us feel comfortable! Dr. Chaghanti is so kind — our brother is disabled and tends to be nervous, but their treatment relaxes him and makes him smile. Katie is AMAZING and so helpful! Thank you to all! Barbara

Dr. Soodan is an excellent cardiologist and I’m very comfortable in his care. The front staff are nice and friendly. I gave 4 stars due to wait time for check in, to be seen and check out. For such a busy practice they also should expand their waiting area, the seating is a bit close. In general the office is too small for what they’re doing and the type of patients that they treat.

Upon arrival to Baltimore Heart Assciates, I was a little nervous going to a new cardiologist. I was greeted pleasantly by Makeba and the new young lady that was in training. While waiting I was amazed to see the kindness of the staff to each and every patient who arrived. Then I was called to the back and taken to a room where I was given an EKG by a proficient tech who informed me it was her last day. Sorry to see her go but I wish her well. Dr. Sudan was just as caring about my health as my primary care physician. This place makes me want to come back.

I am at a major disadvantage with my mobility. I needed a bariatric wheelchair in order to get from the vehicle and into their office yesterday morning. The office staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate me because there was not a wheelchair available that I needed. They was even willing to bring an office chair out to help me. I wasn't able to take advantage of that lovely idea because of the severity of pain I would have had to endure. Kate is simply awesome over the phone and in person. They also genuinely care about your health and well being. They want to make I can get back to see them ASAP. I am looking forward to having my first appointment. They are working for the right doctor because they have very big HEARTS!!!!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Dubin has great bedside manners and showed concern about my health. Everyone was patient and thorough in explaining what to expect with upcoming procedures. I recently used Baltimore Heart Associates to check my heart health and I was greeted by a professional staff and my cardiologist Dr. Ajay Soodan. After having an electrocardiogram and nuclear stress test on Tuesday August 2, 2022, I quickly heard the positive results on Wednesday August 3, 2022 that everything was okay.

This was my second visit to this office and I was so pleased with the staff there. Especially Kim. She interacted with the patients in such a way that made them laugh and if there were any anxieties they may have had , they relaxed. The staff that I interacted with were equally the same. Thank you.

The technician was very nice. She made sure that I experienced no pain during the test which had been a concern for me. My doctor called me that night with the results of my test. The whole process could not have gone better.

I have been going here since 2015 for a second opinion, Thankfully, Dr.Abuzara found something critical the other did not, he took fast measures,, which resulted in a by pass, immediately, before I suffered an H.A.. in the left front ventricle. (Widow maker). He has always been caring, sympathetic, ahead of the condition, when there is the slightest doubt, or worry, he immediately checks it out. Very compassionate intuitive man who listens intently, to even things I may not of mentioned! Wonderful Doctor. The staff is the best also. Always make me smile, courteous, concerned, and quick! Janet deserves special thanks, when ever I have called with a question or issue, she gets right on it, I have never had to wait more than a few hours on difficult responses over the phone, usually response time with in the hour if not minutes. She is amazing! I love my Dr and his staff,
