This place is perfect to get your kids out of the house and active. Especially on a rainy or cold day when it's not exactly ideal to go to the playground. I have a 1 year old and after 30-45 minutes of crawling around and having fun, he was beat. Pretty sure I just figured out the secret to parenthood 😆 We went in the morning and had the whole place to ourselves! The staff was super friendly and take COVID precautions seriously. Can't wait to go back!

My daughter just had her 2nd birthday party here. I booked a private party with and additional hour. I arrived to an empty facility at 3:15 (my party was scheduled for 4pm) was greeted by a young girl who advised that per management she was not allowed to let us in to doctorate until 3:30. That was strike one, during the party I ran out of plates and asked if I could get plates (which the facility provides for parties) and was advised because I brought my own decorations I could only be given 10 plates per management when I paid for a party for 25 kids (strike 2). When the pizza arrived it the establishment policy that we should feed 25 kids from one large pizza that is cut into tiny slices. I paid to have an extra hour on my party to be told that I would only have until 6:30 because it policy that the facility is clean and closed at 7pm. So at 6:30 the young ladies on staff began to clean over top of my guest! Which is totally unacceptable! So I’m essentially I did not get an extra hour, I paid for nothing. Although the staff is friendly they are merely children running a business. They blame everything on management, but there’s no management representation on site! When asked to have the manager number that request was denied! I low key want some of my money back! The place is cute for small children, but I would NEVER patronize this place again!

This was the most unprofessional staff (not kid friendly) poor customer service I ever came across my daughter gave my grandchild a party over the weekend and it was a most unpleasant experience for children they didn't make us aware of their policies that 7year old children couldn't play in the area nor was in writing they continue to question the children instead of addressing it with a parent we booked for a private party space was too small to hold parents & children. we had special needs child that they had any knowledge of how to deal with him. We also received a pizza with the package and it was flip upside down.We was informed that the staff were all new employees which I honestly think they need additional training to deal with children.THIS IS A DNR (DO NOT RETURN) with no recommendations for anyone

Small venue and limited seating for parents. Very few outlets to charge your phone, if needed. They do birthday parties here. Bathrooms were clean amd there's a water fountain. Good for a quick play (1 hour-ish). Definitely designed with toddlers amd young kids in mind...

Because this store is frequently closed and we were driving from downtown Baltimore, we called ahead today (7/25) about coming in and were told that they would stay open until 5pm. We arrived at 3:45 and the girl at the counter (AirPods in, talking on her phone) told us that they were closing early. We mentioned that we had called ahead and she said that due to low business volume the owner had said to close early. We asked if there was any way she could recontact the owner to stay open and she refused. We asked if my 4 year old could play for 10 minutes while she went about closing the shop (I dunno, closing the register and cleaning the bathroom perhaps?) and she refused. The additional overhead for 10-30 minutes of play would have been negligible, and my daughter’s disappointment was palpable. We intentionally don’t promise a trip to Bubala unless we confirm that they’re open for business, and this was poor customer service and frank laziness on this employee’s part. Sounds like it’s only Hyperkidz from now on.

This is such a fun place - my kids had an absolute blast here TWICE this week and I was thrilled to be able to let them run and explore in a controlled, safe, and 💯 child friendly environment! There was a little school bus carousel that all the kids seemed to adore, a ball pit, slides into the ball pit and so much more! The young lady behind the front desk both times we went was so sweet and friendly, and she was always cleaning surfaces and keeping things tidy. Really happy with our time here - we were visiting for the week and I will be so sad that we won't be able to be back for a while. What a gem!

I found this place as the parent more enjoyable without the mildly lewd and very loud music.when we arrived their was music playing that in my mind was not appropriate for the children so I assume it's for the parents. However, it was eventually turned off. ( I dont know why) and to me, everyone including the parents still seem to be enjoying the place. The young lady working was very pleasant and patient with the children. The facility is clean and bathrooms are very clean. My children want to come back so that's all that matters....

Honest review! Read the reviews before you book a party, because I read the 1 star reviews, I avoided issues and had a wonderful time! My son had his 1st birthday there, perfect venue. We had soooo much fun. I see people saying the staff is young & there’s no management on site, true! But I’m young too so I had a lot of fun with the staff lol. They legit just follow the rules to a T, if that bothers you idk what to tell you. PAY THE EXTRA $100 TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! The pizza provided sucks lol. I don’t know *why* it costs more to bring food but it does. The projector doesnt work. It’s there, but it’s not usable so don’t plan to use it. You will get 30 mins to set up, so create all your decorations and organize them at home. Do your best! This is a children’s party not a wedding, the room is cute even without decor! I know we all love our kids but how much decorations does a kiddie party need? WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! My son had fun, all the kids had fun & we made amazing memories. It is not a grandiose venue, but it’s affordable and fun. I still give it 5 stars & I might have his 2nd birthday party there too 🎉🥳

Pros: Location is accessible, in the middle of a plaza where most kids dont have anything similar nearby. Affordabl-ish, discount for multiple kids is nice. Safety, has a toddler gate to prevent escapes and safety foam everywhere. Hole in the wall also means its not terribly crowded. Cons: Hours, short and events that reserve the facility aren't posted so call ahead. Dated, just has that worn in feeling like it needs fresh paint but you can tell they try to keep up. Supervision, this place has no employees watching kids play it's up to the parents. Safety, the no employees also means an abduction could very easily take place. I do recommend this place for the occasional visit but on a nice day I'd much rather just go to the local free park.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE…Had a 1st birthday party for my granddaughter there, the place was filthy. They moved our time back an hour saying there was a booking conflict, and that they needed time to disinfect the play area. However a friend who didn’t get the time change notification sat outside for an hour, never saw any staff cleaning anything . The bathrooms were dirty, and at one point out of tissue paper. The staff was almost nonexistent since she just sat there on her phone the entire time. No interaction no knowledge just gave me the contacts number, who never even responded to my calls. Horrible customer service

The female staff on 06/10 was beyond rude very short and ignorant. I asked her if she hated her job because she was so unpleasant very unprofessional and im not sure why she is working around children!!! Her attitude was absolutely horrible & I hope there is someone else the next time we come before I continue spending $40 to come to an establishment for young children with RUDE employees

Great places to take children of all ages. I took my 2 year old twins and my 4 year old there and there was so much for them to do. I could even play with them. Be mindful of bigger kids running around on busier days.

My children age 1&2 had there birthday party there today and they enjoyed there self so much we had a private party and it was amazing the staff was also very helpful will honestly recommend the ONLY con was the pizza place they order from the pizza was sticking on paper inside the box so I recommend just getting your own pizza but party room was a nice size for me to make his and her tables

I was looking for something to do for the day with my 1 year old and I searched google and this place popped up. I was excited to see it was close and the equipment was perfect for his size. It was clean, with a good amount of activities for the kids, and staff was friendly. I am glad we went the kids had a blast. We will be going back!

I recently revisited Bubala's Indoor Playground over the weekend, and I must say, my recent experience only reinforced my positive impressions from my initial visit. However, I can't help but express my dissatisfaction with the deletion of my previous review, which praised Dreshawna, one of Bubala's stellar employees. Initially, I was disheartened to find my earlier accolades for Dreshawna's exceptional cleaning skills erased from the platform. Nevertheless, my disappointment turned to delight upon returning to the facility and discovering that she not only still works there but continues to exhibit the same level of excellence that initially impressed me. The dedication to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at Bubala's is truly commendable. The indoor playground itself continues to be a fantastic space for children to explore and play. While I stand by my previous praise for Dreshawna, I hope this review remains intact to convey my satisfaction with her consistent performance. My only suggestion would be to ensure that customer reviews are treated with the importance they deserve, fostering a transparent and honest reflection of the establishment's strengths.

Staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Kosher pizza available upon request. Great place to throw and easy kids birthday party or outing for the little ones

This is a small quiet place just for small children perfectly child proof awesome for hot summer days when it's just too hot to go out or a rainy day or just because! I loved it and my 2 yr old son love it as well we will be back. Pricing is cheap. Snack are not so just bring your own

The place was clean and my granddaughter loved it. My granddaughter being non verbal Autistic she did not understand she could not have a cookie that was openly on display within reach. She kept trying to quickly grab one. The lady behind the desk was bothered. Maybe they could have a set day and time for children with disabilities. May open an hour early for them.

Had a great time at the birthday party. But my cold had a sensory overload. So if your child is sensitive to different colors and textures may be best to do a test run to see their level of appreciation.

Drove an hour away only to find theming closed at the time they said they would be open. Really disappointed. Didn’t even answer there phones.

I called at 3p and asked what were the hours of operation the woman on the phone told me 6pm. I got there at 4:30pm and when I got there she said the manager changed there mind and told them they were closing today at 5pm. Of course the manager wasn't present for me to speak with. So I paid for 30mins of play time because my 2year old was excited.
