Honestly, this is the only place, I will go! From the incredible staff to My Awesome Surgeon / doctor. Dr. Scott Adams They are so Thorough, kind, caring & supportive. Kiesha, is top of the line at keeping things straight & organized for us patients & lines is up on what we need to do next. They are excellent at what they do here! I trust & believe in my Dr. Adams he is very caring & understanding & doesn’t give up! I honestly want to say thank you to this practice!

Dr. Scott Adams is a fantastic Orthopedic Surgeon. I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for several years. Wonderful bedside manner. Both my daughter and son have been seen by the good doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Adams for any knee problems. He actually listened to my explanation of what I was feeling about my knee pain. Dr. Adams then thoughtfully explained my options for treatment. So far the best results were getting a cortisone shot.

I have been suffering from chronic shoulder pain and sought advice from Dr. Adams. He gave me a very courteous examination and talked me through the procedure. I felt very comfortable and genuinely appreciated his bedside manner. I have since had surgery and now recovering. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Adams and Orthopedic Associates for your surgical needs and rehabilitation.

The Centers for Advanced Orthopedics are always clean and well-maintained. Everyone I have come in contact with has always been very friendly and professional. Dr. Xie is wonderful! He always takes his time and explains everything to you until you fully understand what your options are. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Brian Polsky has to be the absolute best and genuinely the nicest orthopedic surgeon I have ever met. If he comes into the room 3 minutes late, he profusely apologizes for the delay. I don’t have any other doctor that does that. The best part is that he actually wants to know how your healing and treatment plan is coming along.

Dr. Singh and his entire staff especially Donna his secretary are all so awesome! Dr. Singh is a very knowledgeable and educated physician. He takes his time to listen to your health concerns and explain to ensure that you have clarification before you leave his office. I have a spinal cord stimulator that Dr. Singh perform the surgery. The surgery went so smooth and I had a speedy recovery. Donna Dr Singh"s Secretary is super knowledgeable, very helpful and give prompt responses and excellent customer service. I'm so very glad I have amazing doctors at The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics. I will recommend Dr Singh to my family, friends & strangers.

Dr. Singh is wonderful. He listens to his patients and explains things clearly. His team, especially Donna, are great with getting the appointment scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and during the appointment are pleasant. Dr. Singh restored my quality of life. I can’t adequately express my gratitude for that.

The check in process is quick and easy. No long forms to complete. Can complete required new patient information on line before your first appointment. The receptionist was attentive and polite. But most importantly, the doctors are very patient centered and very capable. They do a great job of articulating what is going on with you in a way that you can understand so you can make an appropriate decision about your treatment.

So my son broke his collarbone. I referred to this place by another physician to get another opinion about potential surgery. I called on three different occasions. No one ever picked up. I was sent to voicemail. Left a message expecting a call back. Instead I received a text message telling me I needed to download an app in order to communicate with this office. What ever happened to good old customer service. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Dr. Adams listens! I’ve been to other (male) doctors who seem more interested in telling me what’s going on in my body. Dr. Adams listens, affirms, and gives me choices. When I commented to him about this, he said, “I treat people the way I want to be treated. I treat them the way I want them to treat my mom”. This makes all the difference in the world. Everyone on the staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Love this practice

Dr. Singh is very personable and really listens to his patients. His treatments have been very effective in my case. His staff are very good to work with. I am also quite pleased with the therapists who stay in close communication with the medical staff. My experience has been quite positive with this facility.

I’m impressed and feel I’m in very capable hands with Emily and Adrien. Both are great practitioners and really good listeners in helping to design an exercise plan to get my strength back after an injury. They check in to see what’s working and what’s not every session. Great customer service from his team. Dr. Xie is great at what he does. He saved my life from blood clots! I had been seen other place and they missed it. He sent me for an ultrasound but he didn't think it was a blood clot. They found the blood clots! Thank you so much for checking that 1 more thing! It saved my life! God bless you!

My visit with Dr. Singh was very helpful. We discussed the several potential causes for the issue I was seeking advice about. He then explained the various options available to address these potential causes. He helped me see the likelihood of one cause in particular being the issue in my situation and made sure I understood the options to treat that. He answered all of my questions and provided very clear explanations. I highly recommend Dr. Singh in particular and Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland in general.

I have known Dr. Sydney for over 30 years he replaced my knee. I have had no issues with With my replacement I trust Dr. Sydney and his recommendations and he is also a nice guy. I am going this Wednesday to get injections in my left knee to try to buy some time before another replacement when I need it I will call Dr. Sydney.

Morgan is a dedicated, intelligent, and caring clinician. She clearly explains treatments she implements, and the reasoning behind them. I appreciate her honesty about realistic prognoses and functional outcomes for the individual patient. She is who I would choose time and again to be my physical therapist. I would also like to offer my gratitude to the other PT/PTA/OTs, Rehab Techs, and Front Desk staff who make the Catonsville clinic feel like a welcoming place. They all want what is best for their patients and work hard.

I loved the treatment received from Emilly Holloway. She listened to me as a patient and offered me options. Emilly allowed me to be apart of the decision making to determine what would be the best treatment modality for me. Not to mention she was definitely super personable. I've always had a great experience with The Center for Advanced Orthopaedics. I've even been to different locations and received great customer service. I've even referred friends and family to them because of the multiple services they offered.

Morgan and her team are amazing. My recovery program was well thought out and varied week to week. Even though she had other customers at times, I always felt she was focused on giving me her full attention. Based on the challenging exercises Morgan put me through, my overall fitness is better leaving than when I started. She tailored the program to develop the strength in areas I needed to get back to mountain biking quickly. I had a top notch experience overall. I would recommend Morgan to anyone who takes their recovery seriously and is willing to do the work

Dr. Adams is the best!! So knowledgeable and extremely kind. I’d recommend family and anyone I know to his practice! He has a super convenient office and you can get into your appointment without much waiting time. He’s quick and to the point while giving expert care. You are in great hands with this one!

I have seen several different doctors at OACM, but Dr. Brian Polsky has performed surgery on both knees and both shoulders. I have friends and family who have had similar procedures and my results have been far more positive. His caring, concerns and manner is closer to being a friend than what you would expect from a doctor.

My doctor ( xie) always takes time to explain everything to me. I am always seen timely for my apt. It is though difficult to get an apt right away. Usually schedule 2 or more weeks out. Yes

Great location, parking and clean building, inside and out. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Very solicitous of your welfare and any concerns you might have are answered right away. Procedure was efficient and painless!

They got me in the day I found out my elbow was broken have taken care of me and answered all my questions. Drs. , PAs Evan especially have been awesome. Nurses always have a smile for you. X-ray techs are awesome as well. My experience has been great.

I called to schedule a appointment, because I was in pain for weeks. Called on Monday was seen on Tuesday by Dr.G Singh couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I have sciatica this flare up was one of my worst. Had MRI done on Friday so doctor Singh was able to look at the images. What I liked he asked me several questions and the treatment was my decision. I chose injections over other medications. Doctor Singh I truly appreciate your mannerism and how you and your staff made me feel comfortable from the first clinic floor to the second procedure area. Positive experience from end to end. Make no bones about - its not a stretch to say that the doctors and staff are outstanding. Even the waiting room was comfortable and professional. It is a very busy practice, a sign of their quality. They didn't hamstring me along but provided me ample doctor time. ( I saw Dr. Xie for a sports injury ). Dr. Adams has been an outstanding surgeon, and his humor assists in healing.

The staff is great. Very upset to hear, with no notice, that our insurance is no longer accepted. We found out after we checked in for our appointment. It had already been almost a month since I made the appointment, and my son was looking forward to answers. Ended up paying out of pocket for services. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. Luckily, my son's injury is not serious, but all other people scheduled for surgeries, injections, etc., have been put into a horrible predicament. I blame nothing on the offices, but entirely on the higher-ups. Very poor customer service, especially having no grace period or any notice whatsoever.Extremely disappointed and the heads in charge should be ashamed. As everything else lately, it becomes about the money and not the people.

Not discounting the professional care as a patient, but if you’re looking for a practice that cares about you as a person, is warm and com welcoming - look elsewhere. From the moment you walk in, this practice has you do everything for them. I understand technology, and I embrace technology, but healthcare is about a relationship. The owners of this practice clearly are cost cutters and have the greatest focus not on the operations, but the financials. Patients are not robots - you need to take time for human beings, develop a relationship with them. This team cares needs to care more about their patience than profit. you need to take time for human beings, develop a relationship with them and care more about their patients then profit. Care is great. Management and executive decisions are less than desirable when it comes to caring for human beings.
