When I called to make an appointment I was originally put down for 10:15am. Then they called me back asking if I could come in at 1:30 pm. I said that's fine. Then I get there and the doctor does not see me until 2pm. When I walked in through their door I knew it would be a poor experience because not one of the 4 front desk women acknowledged me. They all stared at me, but did not say a word. When I asked the girl closest to me, Alyssa, if I should sign in she said "give me a second". Then proceeded to do something on the computer when at the time that I asked her she was literally not doing a single thing. I was the only Asian person in there so I don't know if that had something to do with it. Then the front desk woman in the middle told me how to check in, but she barely made eye contact and kept talking in a mono tone mumbling type of way. I go into the exam room and the doctor takes a while to come in. Does not do a full exam and keeps checking my reflexes. Recommends pain medication and x-ray. The room I went into for my x-ray was disgusting. There was a space heater running, stuff all over the place like it was a storage room, and a thick layer of dust all over the machines. When I had to go back out into the lobby it took another 30 minutes for them to call me up to make a follow up appointment. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not be going back.

I never have to wait long periods to be seen with either the doctor or for therapy treatment. The staff are friendly and polite.

Most importantly, my back feels dramatically better and the range of motion is significantly improved. I highly recommend it.

Every staff member is always respectful and nice I have been coming for weeks they have never give me any problems from the front desk to the doctors every one of ur employees are kind

Patient care was their priority. They listened, and they took notes to address all of my concerns. I am very pleased with the service I received. I will recommend this group to anyone that is in need of care. This is a good fit and an excellent choice for care. It's been such a pleasure going to therapy at the Catonsville location. Dr. Blum is great at what he does. I was in a vehicle accident (2/28/23) and came in and couldn't even touch my toes. The exercises with the heat and stimulation has been amazing. Dr. Blum will come in and work his magic 😊 and after about an hour, whatever he does starts feeling better. All the assistance in the office are always friendly (Selena, Sydney, Deja, and Melanie just to name a few). I will definitely recommend EVERYONE to get therapy here.

I am more than pleased with the level of care I received from MSHC. I experience an issue with my employer’s FMLA paperwork in the beginning which was quickly addressed and resolved by staff. The office manager, Melanie, was particularly helpful, friendly and accommodating as is their front desk staff. The Physical Therapy Team did a great job of adjusting my care plan according to physical limitations. They also eased my suffering by making the environment a comfortable and enjoyable place to go. The doctors I saw handled my care with professionalism and sensitivity to my needs.

Very friendly staff! They don’t keep you half the day. I’m usually out within 20-25 minutes.

I am a new patient at Multi-Specialty Health Care and I’m going to be quite honest this place is spectacular. The front desk staff is amazing, courteous, and outright marvelous pertaining to communication as well as patience. The therapy staff is equally matched with the same amazing and spectacular qualities as the front desk staff. Overall I wouldn’t want to be in any other therapy in the whole Baltimore area and I say this literally. Thanks 😊 for making me feel healthier physically and and happy mentally ❤️.

Some of the chiropractors that I have experienced seem to care more about how many times to get you in for treatment, how many X-rays they can take and other non related exams. Dr Blum was more interested in my well being and getting me back to normal. He took time to listen to my complaint and explain how, what and why the treatment. Multi Specialty Health is a great place to visit but don't want to live there.

Pleasant and professional. The staff in the back for therapy are awesome. The Doctors have been great, pleasant, concerned, and helpful with the injury sustained to assure the right treatment is applied to help in the healing process.

Everybody is super nice, absolutely wonderful! My sleep schedule has been all out of whack n they call me to make sure I don't miss my appointments!! When I did, they dealt with my lateness or misses with no attitude or grief! I wish they could be my regular primary care physicians office!! 10 stars haha

Staff is curteous and very professional. Therapists are extremely nice.. and treat you as a person not like a paid case. Would recommend this office for anyone who needs therapy.
