Dr. Bomse and her staff were great. The appointment system worked flawlessly, everything was convenient and straightforward when I arrived, and they were very friendly throughout the eye exam and while assisting me with contacts and glasses. Definitely recommend this local business.

It had been awhile since I had seen an optometrist and Dr Bomse and her staff really have great patient care skills. They very patiently answered all of my questions as they used some interesting technology that I had not seen before. The staff here is so nice and welcoming. They fit me in very fast and was able to take care of me in less than an hour. Dr.Bomse is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns without writing a script for everything. She believes less is more and over the counter for the most part does the trick. The facility is immaculate and well equipped, but very pleasant. Dr. Bomse knows her stuff and at the same time so very personable. Today I went for an eye check up. Overall it was the best customer service and patient care that I have ever received. Each and every professional in the staff are super friendly and kind. (Sorry, I forgot to ask names of each professional but everyone was so nice). They genuinely care about resolving my eye issue and they made me so comfortable in the atmosphere. They also offer quick eye glasses solutions with reasonable price and without long waiting times. Dr. Meredith is really kind and having patience while handling patients. Best eye exam I’ve ever had in 51 years.Dr. Bomse is very caring and top notch. Her assistant is also great. The gentleman that help me with getting new glasses was very professional and helpful. I got 3 pair of glasses. Very happy.

I absolutely love Dr. Bomse and her staff. I think I learned more about my eyes from Dr. Bomse's offhand comments during my first exam with her than I did the rest of my (many, many) optometry appointments put together. The receptionist was so friendly and worked with me when I realized I left my purse at home. Laurie is a delight! I also didn't have to beg and plead for my own prescription like I've had to in the past. I went here because it was convenient, I'd come back here for eye appointments even if I move to a different state!

My family has been a patient of Dr Bomse for 25 yrs. Her service is impeccable . She is truly passionate about her work and excellent at what she does. She truly cares . My children, now adults, although living outside of MD still come to get their care from her. I think that says a great deal. Her staff are also so pleasant and always helpful. Took my six year old for the first time to any eye doctor: great experience. The staff was great and friendly, really had an awareness of children and how to interact with them. Dr. Bomse was great with my kid. Took cleanliness measures and I felt very safe in that office . I found glasses to be a little pricey but that may just be glasses these days.

The staff at Dr. Bomse's Family Eye Care is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bomse is very patient with my 5 year old. I am very happy with Dr. Bomse's Family Eye Care. I just do not like that Dr. Bomse is in-network with my insurance company and Catonsville Optical is out-of-network with my insurance company. BOTH businesses are in the same building.

I had no idea Family Eye Care was there, and am so glad I found it and Dr. Bomse! I have a condition where my already high myopia is getting very rapidly worse, and Dr. Bomse was very thorough and kind enough to help me with "bridge" contact lenses until I can get another pair of glasses made. Next year, I will plan to get my glasses at Family Eye Care, because they have an on-site lab (this is VERY rare in MD) and can make the glasses while I wait, after a few day delay to get the lens discs in. I'm so glad to have a source of terrific optical care so close by! My whole family will be switching.
