April was very attentive and caring! The place was spotless with someone continually wiping down the equipment. The appointment schedule was well staggered, so only a couple of clients were there at the same time. Very pleased!

Kathy is the best pt out there. She can give you instant relief. Also take home exercises to help advance your healing process. Very friendly front desk staff. Easy to schedule appointments.

The staff was so warm,friendly, professional and caring. They taught me about the understanding of pain and soreness. They showed me the various exercises and stretch therapies that I needed to help with my condition whether in therapy with them or anywhere else. Dan , Pat, Cathy and Adam thank you so much. I feel so much better each passing day as I keep on doing what I have been taught to do. Best therapy I ever had. 😁😁😁

I received a knee replacement last November and the doctor recommended that I use Pivot. They were great. All of them. They all are fully certified with degrees and training. Kind, patient, considerate and thorough. They stay with you to insure that you know what the exercise is, give you pointers and are most aware of your strength and abilities. I have told others to go there. Some did and said it was great. So didn't and regretted their decision.

I started Pivot last month and was skeptical about if it would work for my knee that was bothering me. I have another month scheduled, but so far I’m super pleased! I started with April who was beyond caring (and funny) and then moved time slots due to work and have worked predominantly with Kachi. Kachi has excellent exercises and a genuine personality. He keeps me on track! I actually always look forward to my sessions even though they’re tough. Special shoutouts to the assistants, particularly Mackenzie, for getting me the towels and ice :)! And of course, the front desk worker, Erin, keeps my appointments organized and greets me nicely each day. TL;DR…you should go!

Pivot is my go to place for PT! Friendly staff and excellent therapists.

The staff at Pivot is wonderful. This is my second time using them and they take care of everything insurance and workers comp related (I've used both now).They are also so kind when I'm trying to schedule appointments around the rest of my work and personal commitments. Of course the physical therapy and dry needling (very helpful) are both excellent. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and Travis (who does the dry needling and has almost always been my PT) is very friendly, effective and supportive.

In the past few years, I have had three major surgeries after which PIVOT physical therapists were consequential to my full recoveries. Most of the time, I was treated and coached by Nisrin Abdel Rahman, who was thorough , encouraging, warm, and intuitive in her treatment of the injuries and requisite surgeries to my wrist and ankle. Alternately, I had positive experiences with Travis Fales and Patrick McNamara who contributed to my regaining strength and mobility. I also commend highly Ben, the assistant to the therapists; he was extremely attentive, very knowledgeable, and consistently kind. Injuries and surgeries are no fun and I don't recommend either, but for regaining use of injured body parts, this PIVOT PT group made post surgery exercises as pleasant as possible and successful. In addition, Shannon, the receptionist, cheerfully helped find convenient appointments and took care of insurance issues. Although Keezia never worked on me, she was friendly to me. The director Travis sets an upbeat climate and efficient tone for the clinic and the entire staff takes interest in patients' progress/recovery.

Ami Shah (physical therapist) has magic hands! I'm now in PT for a neck problem I'm having, and she is wonderful. I originally sought her expertise pre- and post-operatively for a hip replacement at the end of 2022. Ami is an important member of my health care team! The administrative staff is also very helpful scheduling appointments and dealing with insurance matters. The PT assistants are patient with us patients too!

Wonderful staff. Very patient and caring. Dry needling helped me alot with my pain and muscle tightness.

They are very professional and respectful and courteous there they're very knowledgeable and they know what they're doing I already feel 100% better I'm glad I got more weeks to go though so I can get stronger and stronger

Ami is wonderful. I tore my hip labrum a while back. My pain was so bad I was unable to walk, climb stairs, or even carry groceries. She worked with me for about 7 months total and my pain is mostly gone. You certainly have to put in your own efforts at home but after all the work, I have no regrets and I'm still doing the workouts. Thanks again, Ami!
