Wish I had the same experience as everyone. When I first contacted this program I had a wonderful experience. It was during the beginning of Covid so I did most things online. My initial zoom consultation with the doctor was great. It wasn’t until 6 months later when I was supposed to do my in person appointment was when it went south! I was contacted a couple of days before my appointment and was told my appointment was changed. When I called the office later that afternoon I had a rude encounter with one of the reception. I asked for her name with the intentions of contacting the office manager in the morning. The next morning when I called to speak with the office manager I was told that I had cursed out the reception and was extremely rude!!!!! Imagine how shocked I was. I was so upset I started crying because this is not in my nature. The manager basically called me a liar and wasn’t interested in anything that I had to say. When I later attended my appointment the doctor basically had the same opinion even though he said he didn’t. Thank god I found another center who are very professional. The funny thing is that I also have been in the medical field for over 12 years and at my private practice I met 2 patients that have experienced similar problems with this office.

The staff are always helpful, and respond back to you fast. They answer any questions and explain so you understand. This team is truly there to help you achieve success and stay on your journey with you. I'm so happy I chose to go with Dr. A and his team, best decision I have ever made, they gave me what I needed to regain my life back. Thank you to this wonderful team!!!

I love this place when Dr Hamdallah say he will take care you he will take care of you!!! I had my surgery 4/25/2022 that next Saturday I can see results😘 just listen and do what they tell you to do I so love this team 🥰🥰🤟🏾

I am 13 weeks post op and have had an amazing experience pre op and post op. The doctors and staff both in the office and at the hospital are wonderful. All questions or concerns have been answered and addressed in a timely manner. Dr H. has a wonderful bedside manner! He comforted me when I was nervous (even reassured my fiance as he was nervous on the of my surgery and kept him informed) and pushed me when I needed it. I am so greatful for the team my only regret is not working the process sooner.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on August 8, 2023. My experience has been great. Thank god I have not had any complications and I healed well. Dr. Hamdallah is the best. I have nothing but good things to say about this program compared to others.

The team was pretty good there. The only thing I would say is to please make it known to your patients that they have to tell you when they are in pain and ask for pain meds. I had no idea and suffered more than i had to. Otherwise it was a lot better experience that i had with some other hospitals in the area.

Everyone was great! From Dr. A to all the nurses, they treated me great! Bianca , Rokey (i think that was her name) and the nurse I had right after recovery all treated me well! Thank you ladies 🥰

Dr. Averbach is the best. When three other Dr's said I needed my lap band out immediately, Dr Averbach took the time to do more tests and gave me strick instructions for a month. When I returned he felt there was enough improvement to keep the band in with continued good eating. I was so happy. The band has helped me to keep 100 lbs off for almost 17 years.❤️

Thank you for all the info. I had many doubts and they have been clarified. I am about to complete 6 months of gastric sleeve and I still did not know if I could eat seeds or other types of foods such as rice or pasta. I only have one big concern: my hair is really thinning a lot, almost in clumps. At this rate, I will be bald in a short time and it's real, I'm not exaggerating. I don't know what to do, I'm very worried 😟
