Update:
I
was
surprised
the
manager
contacted
me
regarding
my
review
and
made
sure
I
had
my
appointment
scheduled
timely.
When
I
arrived
at
their
facility
for
the
MRI,
everyone
was
so
nice
and
friendly.
The
MRI
tech
really
helped
me
feel
comfortable
because
I
was
quite
nervous.
Overall
I
was
happy
with
my
visit
and
also
happy
their
management
pays
attention
to
patient
reviews.
Horrible
experience
so
far.
I
went
to
schedule
an
MRI
and
they
told
me
they
need
prior
authorization
from
my
insurance.
I
gave
them
my
insurance
card
and
they
told
me
they’d
call
once
it
was
authorized.
These
people
didn’t
scan
my
insurance
correctly
and
then
the
next
day
they
text
me
asking
for
my
ID
and
insurance
which
I
gave
the
previous
day.
I
call
them
and
they
tell
me
they
didn’t
scan
the
cards
correctly
so
that
was
a
whole
day
gone
with
them
not
doing
their
job
on
getting
the
MRI
approved.
I
call
them
again
2
days
later
to
check
in
and
they
woman
tells
me
that
someone
didn’t
submit
my
insurance
information
to
the
pre
authorization
people.
What
sort
of
ridiculousness
is
this?
So
4
days
have
passed
and
these
people
have
done
nothing.
If
I
hadn’t
followed
up
they
wouldn’t
have
done
anything.
I’m
a
patient
dealing
with
pain
and
want
to
know
what’s
causing
it.
There
is
zero
concept
of
patient
centricity
or
caring
about
patients
health.
The
woman
on
the
phone
had
the
audacity
to
tell
me
oh
it
takes
5
business
days
well
it’s
day
4
and
you
people
never
sent
my
information
to
get
the
authorization.
Terrible
service.
Don’t
ever
get
imaging
done
here.
