My second escape game and we made it out with 5 min left! It was so fun and engaging with many simultaneous activities that kept everyone busy. Nick is such a sweet and supportive guide! We had a great time and he helped us take many great photos!

Jennifer, our game guide, was awesome. He helped nudge us in the proper direction when we got stuck. Timeliner was definitely our favorite escape room so far and we’ve done all but 2 of the rooms

Such a fun and welcoming experience! I had been window shopping with my girlfriend around the mall when we stumbled upon The Escape Game when exploring the newly developed stores. When inquiring about the rooms, we were greeted by 3 team members: Ryan, Jason, and Norman! All of them made our time there enjoyable thanks to their knowledge with our questions about the rooms and their hospitable manner from start to finish! Jason gave us a sneak peak into one of the rooms which caught our attention to want to book a room right away, Norman helped set up our time slot and refered us Timeliner room which he believed gave the best overview of all the themes and puzzles, and Ryan was our Game Master who did an amazing job at dropping hints when we asked for them! In the end we escaped with 5 min to spare! 10/10 would recommend!!

ASK FOR JASON IF YOU CAN!! I have never written a review before but I had to for this place! I've done a couple escape rooms in the past, but the experiences I had here were definitely the best! The staff is super friendly, especially Ango at the front who will assist you in booking rooms and will happily answer any questions you have. I've done three rooms here so far (Timeliner, Depths, and Heist) and I can't wait to finish the rest of them! They are all incredibly creative and fun, plus if you're having a hard time solving puzzles you can ask for as many hints as you need. Jason was my game guide/master for all three rooms I did and he was also super friendly and made sure we had a 5/5 experience! He helped us get acquainted with the other group that my group was in the room with, and provided helpful hints when we were stuck. As I mentioned, there is a chance you could be paired with another group in the escape room, but if you don't have a good experience with them let the staff know! Jason and Ango really made my time here memorable and enjoyable so I highly, highly recommend you come to this location if you're looking for an hour of fun puzzling with people who really care about your experience! :)

This place will group you with others, meaning the room is not private. In general, I am not a big fan of this - but I’m so glad I did it because I met so many nice people:D. It was a really good experience! I was expecting it to be awkward, but I was pleasantly surprised. We escaped with 14 minutes left on the Heist! The room itself is very fun, the puzzles are unique! Everyone contributed a fair amount, which was very good. The staff are very nice, and they put a lot of effort in making sure guests have the best experience. Props to Brianna, Nick, and our GM. Not only did they add the final touches to the experience, but they seem like very cool people in general! I will update more things because I did more! We did The Depths and escaped with 20 minutes. The room is definitely on the easier side, it could be done will less than 8 people in my opinion. However, the room wasn’t super linear, so people were not left standing around. Thank you Jason! Special Ops is a very fun room! The rooms has a good mix of easier and very difficult puzzles. Our G.M Joanna? (I’m sorry) was very helpful!

Ryan was our game master and he was incredible. Super helpful and we won thanks to him! We did the special ops room and it was so well done! It was challenging but very fun! I highly recommend!!! Thank you Ryan!!

First time doing an escape room and had so much fun! Our host, Nick, was fantastic. We had 3 rooms within our game (The Heist) to progress through using various clues (some obvious, some not). Highly recommend for moms night out, date night or getting together with friends!

This was the best escape room I’ve ever experienced with the best customer service. Also got the chance to take a picture with bestie Norman. Another special shout-out to Aleks our guide who was very welcoming and made sure we had fun the entire time.

So much fun!! We tried the Mystery ops room it was so thrilling, adventurous, and fun, to escape from one room to another. We managed to escape at the end with 12 minutes left. Definitely going back to try the other 4 rooms!!

As a party of 2, we did the timeliner room. It was so much fun and we had such a great time. Love the flow and the technology of the game. Our game host is Mari, she made us feel super welcomed from the start. She was also super helpful. We used a lot of hints and she was always there when we needed help. We are definitely coming back for the four other rooms!

I had an amazing time! Xavier and Norman were very kind. We had a lot of fun meeting the other group that accompanied us! We will definitely be back! It was my first time escaping the escape room! Perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

Such a great experience! Great to do with two or even a big group! The “Gold Rush” room was very fun and such a creative challenge! Joey, Nikki, and Savannah were so helpful and kind through this whole process! Highly recommend going to this location and doing any of the rooms!

This was one of the best rooms we’ve done, the crew was nice, and the puzzles were fun to do. The fact that they had a discount everytime you escaped a room on same visit was awesome. Def met some really cool gamers doing these with random groups! Thank you guys! Shout out to our game host Andy!!

Andy is an awesome Game Master! Came for Halloween weekend fun and he surprised us with the cutest drawing of my group in costume! Very helpful and super sweet!

We had 2 groups go today- one escaped with 3+ mins left and the other with 1 min left. Great team building activity! Highly recommend. Puzzles were great and the ability to ask for clues was super helpful.

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to play two different escape rooms, the Timeliner and the Depths. We had a lot of fun, and our game guides, Daphne and Gabby, were AWESOME! The escape rooms were challenging but we were able to complete them in the hour allotted. We will definitely come back to try the other rooms!
