Serviceable place to stay, no frills. Was here about a month ago. Good for 1-2 night stay, doesn't offer much more than a place to sleep. However, I chose this hotel for the price and convenient location and not for a luxury vacation, so it wasn't unexpected. The lobby is super tiny and there aren't really any comfortable public/shared spaces to sit or hang out. Walking up the stairs to my room I could tell the buildings were very dated, and could use some new finishes - even fresh carpet or paint would make a big difference. Rooms open mostly onto outdoor walkways or corridors that are open to the exterior. I was pleased to find that the room was in good condition. Again, most of the finishes and equipment looked like they hadn't been upgraded since the '80s or maybe early '90s - especially the bathroom - but they were functional. Nothing was broken or dirty. Most importantly, the bed itself was very clean, soft, and incredibly comfortable. Sheets were spotless white and looked crisp and new, and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. Have to give the hotel owners and housekeeping staff credit for prioritizing attention on what matters most. I also appreciated the communication via text message from the hotel manager April prior to and during my stay to ensure check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Functional room: space, nice bed, clean bathroom (hot shower), hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV(I didn't use it), iron (for clothes). The staff is very polite and helpful, the room is cleaned everyday. It was better than expected.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The lady April helped me check in and out and was super nice. Room was clean and smelled great. You can tell its an older building so things are worn but everything worked and was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. Downside was no continental breakfast, whole lobby is locked down and all business is done thru small overnight window.

Erol was absolutely amazing and helped us every bit of the way! During our honeymoon, my wife and I had our car break down, so we stayed here for two days while we waited for our car to be fixed. Our stay was extremely quiet, we had air conditioning, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and television with hundreds of channels! I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Really welcoming owners of the hotel and clean room. Breakfast is not really anything you want to rely in the morning but the price is not meant for it neither ;) Great location a minute from the corporate park.

Room was quiet and clean, if the chairs were a little wobbly, and service was pleasant enough. But even though I prepaid for my room they insisted on a $100 deposit, and even though I checked out three days ago leaving the room in good condition, they have NOT released the charge. Why are you still hanging on to my money, Travel Inn? I can't recommend this place unless you like paying $100 more for your room than you bargained for!

Be careful with this place. Avoid it if possible. They took the deposit and never released it. According to them my credit card has an issue. I have been using that card before and after without any problems. I am in Sales and business travels are my job. I'm offered them alternatives to pay back the deposit like PayPal but it simply got ignored. The place is a dump as well. Room was dirty and the carpets full of stains.

Was mediocre! The best part was it was quite economical, and we were able to get rooms when there was no vacancy elsewhere in better hotels motels!

Erol was very helpful and kind! We arrived early for check in and he let us leave our bags so we could go out and enjoy our day. The room was large and comfortable, lots of TV channels and restaurants & stores were near by. Levis stadium was just a 10 minute uber away. We would stay here again.

Beds were uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline. My room key didn't work. The interior latch lock was broken. The room smelled bad. Turned on the heater, and it was burning off dust, which was a better smell than the original. I probably should have just slept in my car.

Kept the $100 room deposit. This is after checking out and having them check the room to makg e sure we were in good standings so that i would have that deposit refunded. They lied, kept it and are claiming to have released it to my bank. When in actuality they charged my card NOT released the hold but CHARGED the $100 The pictures I provided were immediately shown to the hotel staff which they acknowledged and said were already aware of so do not worry about the deposit

The room itself was good for the price, but there was a weird chemical smell. Also, no breakfast which was advertised when I booked.

BEWARE! Make sure you have the online rent quote IN YOUR HAND when placing your reservation and demand a receipt listing each day. The little Filipino owner April will overcharge you every night if you don't catch her little trick she's undoubtedly pulled on many unsuspecting people. She loves to play dumb and act aloof to any question involving money, but will gladly distract you with small talk like how she despises the Indian competition in the area. Keep your head straight during any transaction and don't sign anything until you have confirmed everything. The naΓ―ve will be fooled into thinking she's a charming old lady as she reels in your wallet. Be polite yet vigilant when dealing with this creature, or better yet avoid this place all together. If you can enjoy a sticky carpet with a busted heater and moldy baseboards, then by all means book this place. The quality of the bed is about the only decent thing. Just be sure to note that their main clientele are groups of construction workers that get drunk and rowdy at 2AM. Coupled with the constantly failing locks and flimsy doors, I definitely would not recommend this place for people incapable of handling themselves if it gets to that.

Has one of the most convenient locations. Staff always friendly. Bed is comfortable, a lot of TV channels, wifi is fast, clean rooms, plenty of outlets and clothes space. The only shortcoming is traffic is a little noisy sometimes.

I selected Travel Inn, due to the location, as I have the shared office nearby as well as dinner planned for this time. It is convenient to stay. no complaining.

Rooms were not as clean as one would hope for but it was quiet and a good value for the price I paid

I enjoyed the warm reception, smooth experience, and comfortable room in the Travel Inn. I did not give 5* because of the room noise (noise from traffic outside and the rooms upstairs), but I did enjoy my stay and will return regardless! 1

They took cash, which was helpful as we spent all night attempting to find a place to lag our heads that would accept cash as that's all we had, but they charged us $100 when we checked in close to 4 pm in tbe morning (we started looking for a place to stay in the evening!) And then made us check out promptly at 11... I feel like there should be a cutoff where maybe I was paying for current day or later check out, or pro-rate it for a single homeless momma who was just looking for a bed and a nice shower... Good while it lasted, but not worth the price

Stayed here for the first time. The receptionist April was very kind and welcoming. I was happy with the room for the price I was spending. I booked a king bedroom. Working microwave and mini fridge. And the bed was actually comfortable. Got a good night's sleep on a Saturday night. Location is quite. With a grocery store and fast food within a couple blocks. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. . Thank you again April.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms sufficiently large, but I couldn't sleep well due to the noise of the road and single glazing windows. Dimly lit, sticky carpet.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy. It’s on a main street so can be a little noisy but the location is conveniently located to gas stations, restaurants, The highway, and Shoreline Ampitheatre. My only complaint is the teeny tiny bath towels, they don’t cover much and are pretty thin. Got ur money this place is a great deal!

The people here are so friendly and helpful! April was very friendly. I also had a problem getting into the room but the housekeeper was very nice and helped me out. Very clean, little bit dated but it is what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Pretty decent hotel. No Complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was good. It's on a busy street but noise wasn't too much of an issue. The parking lot is well lit and there are cameras everywhere so you feel safer.

I got a very nice/ clean room, comfortable bed, very hygiene room, smelling good, very convenient microwave/ small refrigerator. Is good service for the price, I been staying in another places and I couldn't find the same service from the front desk/room as I received from April and the other representative. I recommend to stay in this place, if you want a clean and comfortable bed to rest, because here everything is free of smoke. If you request not 🚭 smoking room,is what you got. I been staying in other places and I have requested every time not smoking, and always have received dirty and smelling bad room. I have reviewed some comments for travel inn negative, but I have experienced different. Thank you for your friendly services.

The shutters were nice as well as vending machines.. however, everything else needs updating. The carpets were gross to the point of leaving oily residue on your feet and you could hear everything happening in the rooms around you. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic the room definitely was smoked in
