Wish I could leave less than 1 star, willing to spend 4 digits and the so called "manager" comes over to completely belittle the customer. I have never experienced anything like this before. Poor girl made a mistake while scanning items, was happy to sort it and get a certain offer done too, he then came over and "sorted it" I was more than happy to leave all my shopping on the table and walk out, stuck up "person". Go across to House of Fraser people.

Will not be shopping here again. I’ve always found the staff quite rude and reluctant to help. I had some suspicions a while ago when I went to purchase a gucci belt and the store assistant pulled a mangled load of them out of a carrier bag. I asked if they came in a dust bag and box as they do when you order online and she said no. We had a really bad experience today when trying to use a £200 gift voucher. The voucher was printed on receipt paper and as the ink had faded it wouldn’t scan. The staff deemed the voucher invalid and told me it was my fault I hadn’t looked after it even though it has been folded inside my wallet since they gave it to me. They also said I should have taken a photo of it when it was first issued- but I have never had to do this before. The manager was like a wet fish, barely able to apologise and kept mumbling, doing his best to get rid of us. The store assistants were also useless, literally no sympathy or understanding or care to try and help. I may as well have asked the mannequins for help.

I rarely shop in Flannels because I feel as if the security staff are waiting to pounce, like they assume everyone is going to steal. My son loves the shop as they sell the high end designer clothing he likes. The store is very clean and tidy. The staff are exceptionally polite and the clothes are always placed in excellent quality bags.

Normal prices are much discounted. But they don't seem to update the clothes very often and the products I saw last December are still hanging there. The happy thing is that their Stone Island products are always on sale. This is something that no UK site can achieve. For discounts, you can often come across some great stuff with great discounts at their house. This allows you to get it at a very low price.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this store in Plymouth. The manager wasn’t helpful and prevented a sale of £1500 because of their arrogance and lack of compassion. This is a message to the owners - if the store isn’t doing well, sack the manager immediately! Me and my family will not be coming back to the store of bring it revenue neither recommend it to anyone else unless it changes it’s management.

Really expensive, but you get what you pay for, staff do not judge you at all, they greet all customers and always there to tha kyou for visiting or your custom. Love this store.

Visit this shop everytime I Visit Plymouth each year and it is always stocked with current and classic items from clothes shoes bags. Love this place

Lovely laid out shop but stock sizes for the larger man is very lacking. Eventually found a T-shirt I liked but £70 was to much to pay. Found the same T-shirt in house of Fraser for £45. Yes I know both companies are owned by Mike Ashley

This company is minus 5 stars!! I don’t want to give this place any stars but need to place a review and to warn people I was sent an item that can’t be warn due to it arriving with a mark on the front of it, I had purchased it as a Christmas present, I returned it and they just returned it to me…..totally against my consumer rights.. they are sending people unusable goods.. I’m reporting them to trading standards..do not buy from this company…they are disgusting..

Large selection from all major designer brands and lots of stock in most sizes. Great service from Marley the sales girl that was on 3rd floor when we visited, very helpful.

Plymouth shop is the worst customer service I've ever had it was full of young kids all just talking to the staff I asked for some help about labuton shoes sise and was told just help you self if the fitted then that was all they could do I said I was looking for a surprise birthday gift for the wife and she was not with me so just want some help as they seemed small butwlas told that they would have to come back after new year as its only sails until then so I'll go to another retailer from now on very poor customer services 😉

Extremely highly priced clothes that could pay for someone's dinner for months. Great for the upper class or wealthy.

If I could give zero I would, I visited today because I wanted to buy a new jumper whilst in there I felt targeted every floor I went to I had someone follow me other customers didn't. They took my bag from me multiple times. They stopped me when exiting and lady started asking me questions like why didn't I buy anything you tried so many things on (as I wanted to get a right size and jumper) plus I only tried on 4 things. And whilst in a changing room a heard a man ask how long was he inside the store which made me feel uncomfortable and un welcomed. Very bad experience avoid if possible just buy online.
