I had an incredible experience at the new coffee shop in Sugarhouse! The atmosphere is simply amazing, offering a cozy ambiance that invites relaxation and creativity. The customer service was exceptional - the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. But what truly stole the show were the stellar recipes! Every sip was a delight; their coffee creations were masterpieces. I highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking a perfect blend of great atmosphere, outstanding service, and phenomenal coffee.

Love the place and the team. Although the drink I got was too sweet for me, I bet some people would like it. It was creamy for sure. Definitely a place to stay a while and do some works!

Wonderful spot for humans - and doggies! The staff is super friendly, the coffee delicious and the chocolate covered coffee beans a nice treat on top. We love the doggie sunroom - that’s a game changer! Don’t miss this spot!

Happy to add another 5 star review for this place. We came into town to visit from LA and were blown away at how good the coffee is here. The place itself is gorgeous, it's setup in a cute semi-modern house and it is a lovely place to relax. Everyone working there was positively delightful. We will be coming back! (Try the horchata latte, you won't be disappointed)!

this place is spotless. clean. and the amount of light that shines from outside makes the place feels warm and spacious. I tried the Cortado expresso prepared by Tyson, delicious, and was the fix I. needed. the connection between customers and employees was positive. last time I felt this warm tingly feeling was when I was in love. big facts

Price: Perfectly priced. Space: clean, modern, with lots of natural light and variety of seating spaces. Coffee: Their house coffee is one of the best ones in the State, the location and the space match the high quality of the coffee . Service: Unmatched! They are always helpful, friendly, and attentive.

Roots Sugarhouse is absolutely fantastic, the building fits the commercial/residential vibe of 11th E, and the interior is a high end yet relaxed vibe, not to mention the really cool patio between buildings. The service and staff is super friendly and very good at their jobs. I had a breakfast sandwich was was absolutely delicious and the drink of the month was a hit. I will definitely be back often.
