Wow. Fantastic visit! I got fettuccine with same day in-house made alfredo sauce with scallops and shrimp. The scallops were tender yet firm and had the perfect sear on them. The shrimp were large and juicy. Noodles were fresh and great texture. Sprinkled on a little fresh parmesean and yum!! The ranch dressing was refreshing for the salad, different from the masses. Rasperry lemonade was cooling. Everyone there was so nice. Talk about service with a smile! It was contagious - good food and a smile - I had it when I left. Thank you Andrew and co!

We eat at Olive Garden regularly because we love the atmosphere, the food, the service and the friendly staff. Everything was perfect when we noticed that one of the waitresses who was serving on the other side of the dining room (luckily she was not the one who brought us the food) was carrying the tray of food and her hair was touching the food. that was served. During the time we were having dinner we saw at least 5 times that she passed by with the tray raised at the height of her hair and it always touched the food on the plates, breadsticks and empty plates that people used to eat. The photos are a little far away and blurry but you can see it, I hope some manager sees this and tells her to put her hair up.

AlI always love Olive Garden. This location was conveniently located. Food was great. Service was timely. I always appreciate being able to pay at the table using the kiosk.

This location has great employees and we really enjoyed them. They were great with our kids and were fun. The regular menu food had great flavor and tasted good. The kids menu was pure junk. Poor quality. The bill came,... we eat out a lot, and I know prices have gone up but this was one of the most expensive meals we've fed our family in a long time, especially for a meh, just OK meal. This cost about $35 more to feel the entire family than what we usually pay when taking the family out for dinner.

Bravo Josh and the entire staff. My family traveled from Grantsville to eat here and they didn't disappoint. It was extremely busy yet every employee I encountered was calm and extremely polite. Josh was our server and he was just great! Really made our night that much better. We'll definitely be back for great food and great service! Thank you 💕

May be the best All of Garden on the planet. Manager Rogelio Ramirez cooked. Great food, service, will be back.

Our server was by far the best I had ever had st Olive Garden!! He was funny, happy, helpful, and generous. I did not catch his name. His hair style was shaved or bald, and his eyes were blue. He could carry a tune. My total bill was $18 and I gave him a $10 tip. This, by all means, is not the greatest tip but a nice one. In hindsight, I wish I would have given a little more.

I go here a lot. Today I had the chicken and shrimp carbana. The cheese sauce was just right with a generous portion. It's very cheesy with angel hair pasta and bell peppers. Our waitress was very attentive and efficient. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. The music here is typically pretty classy and there is plenty of space for groups to dine.

I have been twice so far and I really enjoyed! My favourite is their chicken and gnocchi soup. So delicious! Although it was full, we waited only 5min for the main meal. The server Lily was great! Good job!

I did a pick up order. I got all my food, it was fresh, tastes good. They gave me extra breadsticks and it was ready on time. Everything was well packed. Would recommend!

The service was good and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is lively but not too roudy. Getting seated and served took no time at all. (Granted it was only a Thursday evening) Years ago, my elementary school cafeteria served something called "beefaroni". I remember it so vividly because it was as awful going down as it was coming up when I threw it up later that day. I bring this up because the texture and taste of the granules of beef on my lasagna were the exact same as that of the accursed school cafeteria fodder I had tried so hard to suppress. Only apart from that, the lasagna had no taste whatsoever. It was just mush with red sauce. Most of the food didn't have any flavour whatsoever. The breadsticks, like everything else, were just fine, that's it. Of course I don't blame any of the employees as it's not their fault Olive Garden is trying to pass off frozen dinners as $20 meals. Come to think of it, I have had frozen meals with more flavour than what I ate here. I tried eating here with an open mind and I'm glad that I did because I didn't leave with a let down attitude but with the wisdom to never accept an Olive Garden gift card again.

Can't get enough of that fricken salad. The rest of the food is a fun pretend Italy experience. Also, they've got these machines on every table where you can pay for your meal on your own and slide your card or whatever are super tacky and makes it feel like a fast food restaurant. I gave the service a pretty low score because of that, but our server was an amazing human as usual 🙂

Food was great once they got the right order to us... Service was sloppy. Spilling drinks, spreading parmesan cheese on my lap rather than on the dish and never acknowledged that he did those things or even cleaning it up. He kept coming back to out table every 90sec. We couldn't even complete a small conversation without him interrupting at least 3x. Also, they say us next to a large table of about 20 even though other tables were available. so we had to yell at each other in a small booth. Bad experience... I love olive garden too. But this location just is not up to par

One of my favorite places to eat. We went on Valentine's Day and even with the chaos of the day, they treated us very well and the food was hot and excellent. And the wait wasn't that long as we used the call ahead list service and it worked great. Our waitress, very friendly, very good service.

We only had a 10 minute wait. Service was excellent and the food delicious, as always. Our server always checked on us and made sure all our beverages were full.

Visited on a Thursday night. Seated right away. Drink orders delivered quickly. Food not too long after. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the new breadsticks, but they were hot, fresh, and plentiful. I did enjoy my green apple sangria, and tour of Italy never disappoints.

It was perfect. I took our German Foreign exchange student for the first time and everything was great!! She loved the fettuccine Alfredo! We had a fabulous server. Food came out fast and perfect temp. Ohhhh! I did forget to put that the breading on the calamari has changed. It was still good just not what I remember! Enjoy!

Our party of 8 had a reservation. One of our people showed up with her 5 yr old daughter. She is a small child. They had a round table in a room set up for us. It was ridiculous to have 8 adults around this table and feel comfortable. People couldn’t exit their seat without others moving for them. I went to talk to the hostesses and said that while I know things were done in this situation, we take teams out all the time and I thought that table was too small and wouldn't book if I had known the set up. Instead of saying we are sorry you feel cramped, they were argumentative and said that the 5 yr old made it feel small. I thought they were so rude that I dropped it. I felt bad for the waitress who tried to make up for it. The round table where they squeezed our party was sticky and the silverware was unclean. I mean UNWASHED. I wish that was the biggest of the problems. Please patrons expect better than the disaster that was the salad bowl. Ours contained the stems of the heads of lettuce, mealy tomatoes that had obviously spent too long in the fridge or were pulled off older salad bowls. Limp leaves and clumpy dressing mean that they are refrigerating bowls or parts of bowls that go uneaten. The person at our table that ordered soup said it was clumpy and cold in the middle, which again means things are being reheated over and over. Every single person at the table said that their meal was sub par. For a $250 lunch, we expect par. I would never go here again and the rudeness of the hostesses sealed that. We will take our business lunches elsewhere and we fully expect that eventually the Dept of Health will catch up to this restaurant or patrons will tire of the lack of professionalism and quality

I wish I could remember the name of the waitress we had, but she was great... While also not great. I went with my family for my birthday and she did give me a plate with "happy birthday" written on it with a pile of whipped cream as well as any dessert I wanted. They was awesome! Howeverz while being bubbly and making promises, she wasn't able to follow through completely as she got busier. I totally understand and don't hold the busyness against her, but promising things she likely knows she can't deliver is a bad look. Finally she asked if we wanted sauce with our bread but failed to mention it costs $5 for this... Maybe let people know before just tossing us what we thought was a freebie. Overall, I still love my endless salad, bread sticks and soup!

Consistent with food quality. Posted this review as shout out to our server Seth on Oct 17.He was attentive and reminds us of pre Covid service excellence. Professional demeanor in a busy challenging environment. Treated us like guests. Hostess and greeters were friendly. Drinks always yummy. Chocolate cake lovely. Scampi never disappoints. Hubby adores Eggplant parm. Their entrees never disappoint.

It's the Olive Garden, if you've ever eaten here before you pretty much know what to expect! The food was hot, service was really good, waitress was super responsive and accommodating. We have two young kids ages 2 and 4 who split off the kids meal and they split it in the kitchen and brought it out on 2 separate plates which is always nice then having to figure it out at the table. I think the Sugarhouse location is one of the better locations (we live closer to another location, but prefer this one!) Great place to eat with kids! We ate here for my birthday and they brought a really pretty desert and let me pick what I wanted off the menu instead of just providing one option which was nice!

Well, I have never been disappointed with Olive Garden! The rum cocktail is really good, as is their eggplant meal with the pasta. Our server Sarah was very accommodating and kind!

It’s incredible how amazing these people are tonight! John was an absolutely incredible server! I’m a waitress myself and I completely understand what stress he was under, regardless he didn’t forget about us and was the most kind waiter I’ve had at Olive Garden! He even took time out of his runs to go through all the desserts with us and explain how they’re made and what he thought of them. He deserves a bonus or something! No waiter goes through the trouble he went though!
