I moved into Seasons at Library Square when the building opened in May, 2015 and I've been here ever since. The view of the SLC skyline from my northwest corner unit is pretty sweet. The central downtown location is ideal with lots of shops, parks, bars and restaurants just a quick stroll away. The apartment amenities are on par with other average downtown residences.

I moved here from Illinois and was not able to take a tour of the apartment. Jordain made it so easy and always answered my questions right away. Once I got here, Garrett and Jordan graciously welcomed me. They were so helpful, professional, and courteous. I had a problem with my washer the first day, and they got it fixed within 30 min. Love my apartment, and I'm so happy to be here. I feel safe and at home. Thanks Jordain and Garrett!!

I was surprised to see the google rating at a 4.9, but after touring the apt I knew why! The property manager Jordain was incredibly kind and welcoming! She was very accommodating to my needs, and even gave us a gift card for lunch after our tour!! You could tell but the way she greeted people by name that she cares about her tenants and loves her job. I could not rave enough about Jordain and the beautiful apt building! :)

Great place to live! Very safe and quiet! Management are extremely responsive! garret so helpful! and brandon the maintenance is the man! very close to city creek mall! smiths is just walking distance! I would highly recommend this place!

I've lived at seasons for over a year now and I just love it. Garret and Jordain have been such an amazing and friendly team to have around and you can't beat the price for the location being in the heart of downtown. If you're new to town this is an especially great place to live that's walkable/scootable to most areas of the city so lots of convenience to explore. The police station across the street makes me feel safe (especially as a young female living alone) and the building's garage is super secure (I've never had an issue of a break in). My only complaint is that the gym is small but the planet fitness is walking distance which is really nice. I won't be resigning my lease but explicitly because I plan to live in a place further from the city with a yard for a pup.

I just moved in yesterday, and it was the smoothest move in experience! Couple that with the genuine kindness of Garret, Brandon, and Nancy, and I can confidently say that I am so excited to call this place home :) The apartment is so spacious, it was so clean when I moved in, and all the new appliances and fixtures are amazing. The building is quiet and clean, has wonderful amenities, and seems to be in a great area. Also, before moving in, Garret was so kind and patient with my many phone calls and questions, and I so appreciate that! Thank you all so much, I am looking forward to living here and exploring the area :)

Today I visited these apartments to see their availability and floor plans. I was greeted by Nancy Ledford. She was so nice! She explained to me and my father all the information about their facilities with honesty and kindness. By the time Nancy gave us the tour of the apartment I knew that I wanted to live here. I'm ready to move in. Thank you Nancy for your help.

I have recommended this apartment complex to all of my friends and family because it really is the best place to live. The location is convenient, very safe, they know how to take care of their tenants, very gracious I may say and Garret is amazing.

This apartment is walking distance to trax, supermarkets, malls and library! Very convenient to someone who don’t wanna drive! The office management are amazing! Garret was so kind and professional!

Living at Seasons Library Square has been the best renting experience I've had! The common areas and hallways are kept pristine, and the rates are uniquely affordable for downtown Salt Lake. The location is about as great as you could ask for in the city, being walking distance from shopping, recreation, and TRAX that can take you anywhere; being right across from the library is also a huge perk. I had very few issues with my apartment, and when one would pop up, Jordain and Garret went above and beyond to help me out. They made the building really feel like home, and my Salt Lake City experience wouldn't have been the same without them and their passion for giving residents the best living experience possible.
